This time, I'd like to talk about the Victoria Spa, particularly Shina the therapist. She is exceptional. She gave me an amazing Khmer facial yesterday, and today she gave me a detox massage. She provides some of the greatest treatments I've ever received, and I appreciate all of her kindness and knowledge.

We stayed at this hotel in March at the very start of our holiday. We could not have chosen a better hotel and could not fault it at all. It is in an ideal location for exploring, and only a short Tuk Tuk ride to Pub Street. Our room was kept very clean and had a view of the swimming pool. We loved the outside seating area on an evening, where we had a few drinks before going for a meal. The food at the hotel was very good, and there was plenty of choice for Breakfast. We booked a trip to Angkor Wat from the hotel reception. Our lovely driver was called Mum, he was friendly and polite, as were all the staff. We enjoyed relaxing around the swimming pool, after being out exploring in the heat. The lifts in the hotel are different, very Colonial. The staff were always cleaning all over the hotel, which I think says a lot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this tranquil hotel.

We had a great time. The hotel staff was very friendly and they definitely loved our little one. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, they also made an effort to have it ready somewhat earlier as we arrived early in the morning which with a one year old was extremely convenient. The pool and garden are lovely. Kids club a nice surprise. Lunch pretty good, but cheaper if you go somewhere else (but that's to be expected with a 5 star hotel). The overall atmosphere was very relaxed, everyone very chilled out, the hotel not too crowded. Staff helpful with arranging transport and advising on activities. We would definitely go back here if we were to come back to Siem Reap.

I recently stayed there and due to the virus the hotel was very quiet. But that didn't dampen the spirits of the amazing attentive staff; everyone here and I mean everyone of their staff was superb! From the reception desk to the pool men that service drinks to the spa staff to the breakfast --a special shout out to their lovely nightly musician who generously entertained a handful of guests. The food was wonderful (particularly the breakfast buffet, I was also there for a special "International Women's Day" brunch that was a WOW. The room was lovely with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful tropical landscaped pool. I had the pool to myself most days (I stayed for a week and was told I was their "VIP" guest) which was an wonderful respite to relax in after big days touring the temples--the gorgeous plumeria tree bends over the pool on one end with a quiet waterfall cascading down. The colonial decor and feel to this special property is simply sublime. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - their service is a 10. You won't be disappointed!! I am truly worried about all their lovely staff in the aftermath of the virus outbreak across the planet. I am praying for them.

My Mother and I visited this hotel during the Coronavirus outbreak and therefore the hotel had limited guests. This is a lovely centrally located, colonial style hotel, the gardens are immaculate and the whole atmosphere is very peaceful. The restaurant looks out over a beautiful swimming pool. Rooms are spacious. Ours had a balcony which overlooked the gardens and pool. Room was clean and had all necessary amenities. Room had airconditioning but still could have been a bit cooler. WIFI was fast. The hotel was able to arrange transport for us if required. Staff were friendly and approachable. We experienced no problems at all and can recommend to future travellers.

Wonderful service - friendly, efficient and helpful. Great large but simple pool, very good food cheap by home standards, very nice rooms. The hotel is deliberately quaint and old-fashioned and we loved it. However, it isn't a resort in any sense of the word - it's a good posh hotel. Breakfast was super if pricey, Sunday Brunch a wonder and amazingly cheap. The Spa is pretty good and reasonably priced, especially during happy hour! Happy Hour cocktails are just too inviting - $8 for four😁 - ok, $4 for two but...

Our stay was terrific and one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere in the world and we've stayed in many. The entire hotel was perfect in every way, it was well designed with great detail in an art deco colonial style with good quality furniture, exceptionly clean, superbly well managed with very polite, efficient and courteous staff. The rooms were lovely, and the breakfast was a delight. The pool was warm and inviting after a hot day sight seeing. We originally booked for 5 nights but stayed for 12. Definitely recommended
