I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel’s customer service. Due to the war, my flight was canceled and I couldn’t travel. I informed the hotel in advance and explained the situation, yet they refused to cancel my reservation or offer any flexibility. Instead, they charged me 100% of the booking cost without any empathy or understanding of the circumstances. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such rigid and inconsiderate policies during a crisis. I will never book here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
