Morning coffee at the riverside café is a ritual in itself—sipping a hot cup while watching boats glide silently past, bathed in golden light. It’s easy to lose track of time in such serenity. But perhaps the highlight of the stay is the sunset river cruise, a signature tour offered by the resort. Gliding along the water as the sky turns amber and violet, you witness a living painting of Cần Thơ’s river life—peaceful, poetic, unforgettable. Victoria Can Tho is not just a place to stay—it’s a place to pause, breathe, and fall in love with the rhythm of the Mekong. A perfect destination for anyone seeking rest, romance, and a touch of nostalgia.

It is actually the best place for our team to stay during a 10 day trip in Vietnam. Great location just a few mins walking to the pedestrian area, nite market .... BF is plentiful with a lot of choices. |We were impressed with the staff here. FO is friendly, attentive and always there with a smile. One of the outstanding staff has to be Mr Tha, who looked after our team members so well. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

The whole hotel is a throwback, built and decorated like a hundred year ago, but actually much more modern. Lush landscaping close to the river, verandas, and beautifully decorated large rooms. We loved the pool with its special vibe, the breakfast area and buffet were stunning, and in the evening the bar with the pool table we could spend hours in. Not to forget, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and the stay an experience not to forget. Such a pity we stayed so short, definitely need to return!

We fell in love back in 2007 as we spent Christmas at this beautiful resort. Rediscovering the Victoria Can Tho in 2025 with friends was simply enchanting. While signifcant improvements were made in past 10 years - starting with a massive pool which we had just for us ! - the resort has kept its old Indochina charm and peaceful rythm by the river. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and while a block away from the center of Can Tho, it takes you miles away from the world business. But what makes the Victoria a special place is the people who looked after us with genuine kindness and care. .. at the lounge bar, at Spices restaurant, at the spa, in the hotel's boat and at reception. Our thanks are heartfelt for making these few days such a delight.

We spent 3 nights as 2 couples at The Victoria during low season.|The hotel is very spacious and the staff very friendly. The decor is dated but clean. The ensuite bathrooms have a shower above the bath and everything is mahogany wood. Could do with modernising.|We experienced a sunset cruise with welcoming staff. I had a facial within the spa garden complex - extremely good but a bit pricey.|It is set along the river bank. Double glazed rooms ensured it was peaceful. Beds were big and fairly comfortable.|2 members of the group participated in a cookery class, which was again a little pricey but very enjoyable.|In general the hotel was more expensive for food, drink and activities compared to another local hotel we stayed at, but we would recommend staying.

I went to Victoria Resort Can Tho for a special event they were hosting and it happened to be my birthday. What a pleasant surprise to have a handwritten birthday wish, a small gift and messages from the staff waiting me. The event was well received, the food and displays were top notch, the live music was great and the staff, exceptional. I appreciate all the sweet birthday gestures from the staff, it truly made me feel celebrated! Thank you again for a memorable experience!

I stayed at this hotel with a Tour Group. From first impressions hotel and it's grounds looked great. And I was not disappointed. The service, facilities and food was terrific. I explored our the back of the Hotel. There is a walkway along the river with a bridge over to the City Centre. Definitely worth a visit at night. It looks so magical.

This is our third time staying here whenever we visit Can Tho, and I just have to recommend it because it’s never let us down. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. The resort has two pools — one for kids and one for adults — making it great for both families and couples. The evenings are beautiful, with cool breezes and a calm, peaceful vibe that helps you fully unwind. It’s only about a 10-minute walk along the Hau River to downtown Ninh Kieu. The room prices are very reasonable, especially for the amazing views overlooking the famous Mekong Delta river. And the staff are just wonderful — super friendly, welcoming, and they always remember us every time we come back.
