It was a good and cozy stay, very relaxing. The staff were calm, warm and welcoming. And their spa is a major feature quietly nestled inside the hotel. I will check out their anti-wrinkling botox on the face.

I recently stayed at Victoria Crown Plaza and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall facilities were up to the mark. One of the biggest advantages for me was its location — it was very close to the exhibition center I was attending, which made commuting extremely convenient. While the breakfast spread had limited vegetarian options, I was genuinely impressed by the effort made by the chef. After mentioning my dietary preference, the chef went out of his way to prepare something special for me each morning during my 4-day stay. This kind of personalized attention made a big difference and added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and professional. It's not always easy to find a hotel that balances comfort, good service, and a convenient location, but Victoria Crown Plaza managed to do all three. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the effort to accommodate my needs. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Fantastic location, very close to the beach. Music started playing in the hallway each morning around 9am that was loud enough to wake both my husband and I up. The bathroom could have done with a clean. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Staying at this hotel in the heart of Victoria Island was an absolute delight. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, the service is warm and attentive, and the meals are simply delicious. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a great experience in Lagos.

Vcp has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in in Victoria island lagos. So much love the spacious and conducive rooms they have. If I am going to be recommending an hotel in Victoria island and it's environs to someone, VCP would be that hotel.

I visited the hotel to meet with a legal luminary from the UK who was staying there . Easy to locate and get to . Front desk staff were courteous; Bar nibbles / snacks not available at the bar; Rats "comfortably" wandering around in the outdoor sitting area.

I recently travelled to Lagos with my family to celebrate the Easter Vacation. Someone recommended Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel for me, though I doubted it in the first place; but decided to give it a trial. Honestly, our experience was an unforgettable and amazing one, We loved everything! and I highly recommend Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

It’s a definite no from me and is currently being removed from our approved hotels list. There’s not much right with the place to be honest. First 3 days there was a choice of chicken burger only which somehow takes 2 hours to make. The laundry takes too long and the power outages that left me trapped in the lift are just not acceptable. The staff are great but there’s only so many times you can hear them apologise on behalf of the hotel. Final straw was no water or really dirty water in the bathroom to go with the raw sewage smell that makes you physically want to vomit most mornings. Not to mention the 2 rats I’ve seen in the bar area. It’s just not a good fit for me or my company.
