Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel

I recently stayed at Victoria Crown Plaza and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall facilities were up to the mark. One of the biggest advantages for me was its location — it was very close to the exhibition center I was attending, which made commuting extremely convenient. While the breakfast spread had limited vegetarian options, I was genuinely impressed by the effort made by the chef. After mentioning my dietary preference, the chef went out of his way to prepare something special for me each morning during my 4-day stay. This kind of personalized attention made a big difference and added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and professional. It's not always easy to find a hotel that balances comfort, good service, and a convenient location, but Victoria Crown Plaza managed to do all three. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the effort to accommodate my needs. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

We have stayed at the Crown Plaza hotel in Victoria several times over the past couple of years and I had been our favorite place to stay. However, the last time we were there (3 nights starting August 8 for my birthday) we had a serious issue. There were bedbugs. At the end of our stay, I had 12-15 bites and my husband had three. They were NOT mosquito bites; all were on my body, in places where a mosquito could have bitten me. When we checked out we told the desk clerk about our experience. He immediately wanted us to talk with the manager, but as we were running late to catch the ferry, we couldn't wait, but he assured us that he would speak to his manager and someone would contact us regarding this matter. (As a side note, in the past, I owned a small luxury hotel, and ALWAYS made it a point to address any concerns -good or bad- immediately.0). I'm sorry to say, that next time in Victoria, we will not be staying at the Crown Plasa aaain..... nor will any of our friends. | Kae Mapel

I like the location because it was central to the places I had to visit. The rooms are very cosy as well. Super polite staff. And lastly a big shout out to the chef. The guy can whip up any meal

Wow! Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel is truly a gem in the heart of Victoria Island. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with warmth, elegance, and a touch of luxury. The ambiance is serene and the decor tasteful 😋 The concierge made our check-in and check-out a breeze and really to assisted with our luggage 🛒. Their warm hospitality sets the tone for the entire stay 💃 My Hubby and I had an impeccable service from the housekeeping team! The rooms are spotless, fresh linens daily, and every detail is attended to with care. You can tell they take great pride in their work, cos' every space feels clean and inviting, yeah! 😀 The dining experience 🍝 is nothing short of amazing. The bar is well-stocked with quality drinks 🍷 and offers the perfect spot to unwind, just the way we wanted it 😄 And again, security is tight yet unobtrusive. The guards are alert and courteous, and the secure environment allows guests to relax and enjoy their stay with complete peace of mind, Hubby had to commend them. Quality room and service provided. We had good experience here and we're more likely to call back. I implode the management to keep the maintenance of the hotel going without quality reduction. It will be a good thing to add separate protein to the complimentary breakfast rather than sauce protein only.

Second time here is definitely better than my first time lodging at Victoria Crown Plaza. The change is very obvious. I decided to try this hotel again. I stayed for three nights and had a truly relaxing experience. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the clean, well-furnished room, everything was smooth and professional. My room overlooked the pool, which added a nice calming touch. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of local and continental options. I especially enjoyed the freshly made omelets and jollof rice on Sunday. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. I spent some time by the poolside with a cocktail from the bar—their “VCP Sunset” was excellent. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, perfect for unwinding.

Kind Staff and Neat Environment The staff at VCP were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is clean and nicely arranged. Nothing over the top, but it feels comfortable and well looked after. I had a pleasant stay and wouldn’t mind coming again.

Located at Ajose Adeogun, it is a nice, clean hotel with decent food. Be sure to go to the poolside, enjoy the music and a wide range of drinks. The staff are friendly and respectful.
