Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel

Stayed at the hotel for an official function and it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Staff were receptive on arrival, environment was nice and well maintained. The rooms were equally nice and spacious, while the meals always turned out good, though pricey. A well stashed bar overlooking the pool gave a conducive atmosphere for you to relax. Before I forget, they got a well equipped spa and a visit to that spa could help revitalize the body. No doubt, it's a place to come back to. Overall nice

I like the location because it was central to the places I had to visit. The rooms are very cosy as well. Super polite staff. And lastly a big shout out to the chef. The guy can whip up any meal

Wow! Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel is truly a gem in the heart of Victoria Island. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with warmth, elegance, and a touch of luxury. The ambiance is serene and the decor tasteful 😋 The concierge made our check-in and check-out a breeze and really to assisted with our luggage 🛒. Their warm hospitality sets the tone for the entire stay 💃 My Hubby and I had an impeccable service from the housekeeping team! The rooms are spotless, fresh linens daily, and every detail is attended to with care. You can tell they take great pride in their work, cos' every space feels clean and inviting, yeah! 😀 The dining experience 🍝 is nothing short of amazing. The bar is well-stocked with quality drinks 🍷 and offers the perfect spot to unwind, just the way we wanted it 😄 And again, security is tight yet unobtrusive. The guards are alert and courteous, and the secure environment allows guests to relax and enjoy their stay with complete peace of mind, Hubby had to commend them. I highly recommend this hotel ✌️ From two happy guests 😁

Had a last minute trip change and was booked here for a night. Walked into an incredibly stuffy lobby and rooms that took almost half an hour to check into. No hot water — called the front desk and was kept waiting for over an hour for feedback on the issue. The particular front desk agent was also not friendly. Would give him a zero rating if possible. The sheets had a damp feel to them. Would have left but unfortunately settled in at close to midnight and would have been a hassle to find another hotel that late. The next morning: requested fresh pineapple juice at the restaurant. Even though pineapples were included in the breakfast covered by my reservation, I was charged 8,000 for the pineapples to be juiced. And the juice wasn’t even properly made — see all the foam at the top. Absolutely do not recommend a stay here. Terrible.

Second time here is definitely better than my first time lodging at Victoria Crown Plaza. The change is very obvious. I decided to try this hotel again. I stayed for three nights and had a truly relaxing experience. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the clean, well-furnished room, everything was smooth and professional. My room overlooked the pool, which added a nice calming touch. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of local and continental options. I especially enjoyed the freshly made omelets and jollof rice on Sunday. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. I spent some time by the poolside with a cocktail from the bar—their “VCP Sunset” was excellent. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, perfect for unwinding.

Kind Staff and Neat Environment The staff at VCP were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is clean and nicely arranged. Nothing over the top, but it feels comfortable and well looked after. I had a pleasant stay and wouldn’t mind coming again.

Located at Ajose Adeogun, it is a nice, clean hotel with decent food. Be sure to go to the poolside, enjoy the music and a wide range of drinks. The staff are friendly and respectful.

My visit to VCP Hotel in October, alongside a team of renewable energy experts for a conference, was truly exceptional. The conference room was comfortable and well-equipped, the staff were professional and welcoming, and the buffet exceeded expectations—delicious and satisfying for everyone. A memorable experience overall.
