24 Best Things to Do in Hong Kong

"Couples, families, and solo travelers are equally likely to visit Victoria Dockside in hot pursuit of the epic views of Hong Kong’s famous skyline. Beyond the general waterfront appeal, this avant-garde urban village also lures architecture and design nerds seeking to peek into Hong Kong’s evolving cityscape, which increasingly integrates organic structures, high-tech features, and ample greenery. Victoria Dockside gets crowded on weekends, so if you’re even the tiniest bit agoraphobic, take a pass or visit best on a weekday." - Kate Springer

Victoria Dockside is one of Hong Kong’s most impressive waterfront developments, perfectly blending art, culture, luxury, and modern design. The entire area feels thoughtfully curated, from the stylish architecture to the creative public spaces. It’s a beautiful place to walk around, especially during the evening when the lights reflect off Victoria Harbour and create a stunning atmosphere. There are plenty of dining spots, cafés, and shops, making it an enjoyable place to spend a relaxing afternoon or a romantic night out. The design is very contemporary and polished, giving the whole area an upscale yet welcoming vibe. Whether you’re exploring K11 MUSEA, enjoying the open-air terraces, or simply strolling along the promenade, Victoria Dockside offers a refreshing and visually captivating experience.

I call this place Kowloon harbour and it’s WAO. very beautiful scenic and lively. It’s like an ongoing fair with lot of activities and attractions. Mainly the skyline of hongkong island is breathtaking whether it’s day time or night time then tourists ferries with lights on the water adds on to the whole scene. Small kiosks of fresh juices and ice creams food completes and finally the the harbour wind sunset does the magic. I can spend mane evenings here without getting bored or tired. I loved my time here

Man! Such a beautiful building a Tower, which looks magnificent at night. The lighting on it, make it so different from other building. If you are into architecture, you will definitely love this month visiting during the evening and staying till night.

Great spot for a photo of HK with Victoria Peak in the background. Perfect when the weather is fine. It can be very busy as it is a key tourist zone, but worth the view and you just need to be patient with all of the hustle and bustle around you.

A nice place to enjoy the breeze and catch the views of HK CBD. I stayed once for the light show. It wasn't very impressive. There are handprints of famouschinese stars and singers too! Access this place from the new K11 Musea.

Great little walk seeing the stars hand prints, and the light show… you will get hounded by people trying to sell you boat show tickets, which we did, but I wouldn’t recommend. You get just as good a view from the riverbank and don’t get stuck on a boat for 30 mins.

What a beautiful sight! Never thought skyscrappers could be this attractive, especially at night with all the neon and LED lights. Must visit for travellers

Absolutely loved it here during the day. At night, crowds start forming at about 630 to watch the building light up. Pretty cool experience.
