Victoria Falls Waterfront

Cozy, homely and one of the best places to stay in Livingstone. Nestled right by the Zambezi River it is truly one of the best places to view the Zambezi sunset. I had the added benefit of having the sunset directly in my line of sight from my river facing room. Staff were wonderful, professional and very friendly. Always willing to help. Would have given it a four out of five but on this particular visit the chef seemed to miss it. Comparing to their own high standards, the fish we ordered was dry and overcooked, the accompanying salad looked like it had been mashed up using salad leftovers from the day before or even last week. Ordering a greek salad as replacement, what was served was a far cry from what a proper greek salad should look and taste like. The staff and the atmosphere and the wonderful accommodation was this establishment's saving grace.

I stayed 3 nights, 1 in an 'adventure room' and 2 on the campsite as part of a group tour. I loved the location of the property - from the restaurant you can see elephants crossing the Zambezi, it cannot get better than this! - and all the staff were very helpful and friendly, nice pool as well.||The only negatives I would say is that there is no mosquito net for the bed. There is a net for the door/window but mossies always find a way to sneek in, so it would have been helpful to have a net for the bed as well. Some of those little monsters disturbed my sleep... (Still slept like a baby though)

Victoria Falls Waterfront is a lovely lodge with different accommodation options to choose from and a good variety of activities that can be arranged for guests. The rooms were really clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.||We enjoyed our stay!

The staff were amazing and knowledge for our stay. They were very helpful with any requests.||We were very sad to be leaving. lots of wildlife in the resort aswell

I was priviliged to stay here for wonderful two weeks for a kayaking holiday on the Sambesi. My room was just perfect and Safe from masquitos. Deeply impressed by the friendly hospitality of everyone here working for the Lodge. Food was lovely and everyone of our group could find something tasty every night for dinner I would very much Like to come back;)

It's was a breath taking adventure to just enjoy ourselves from the busy capital life, we enjoyed the scenery,the activities and the service offered, even from the staff like Malambo, Given, Ricky, Sean and Paul. We are most definitely coming back with entire family.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Insects are unavoidable but insect repellent provided are functioning. Breakfast included is nice as well.

A pleasant resort by the river side. It has all kinds of options with rooms, tents and camping stations. The breakfast was good. This place also has their own sunset cruise which was a good experience. The restaurant is just by the riverside and scenic. A good stay overall.
