Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort and Spa

This hotel is amazing. I travelled with my husband and 84 year old mother who has mobility issues. The staff could not do anything more to help her and make us all feel so welcome. The hotel is very disabled friendly and safe. Besides this, it is a stunning property with everything you need. Bright, comfortable rooms and an amazing breakfast. Every member of the staff team here are brilliant and welcome you each morning with a friendly smile. We have been lucky enough to travel around the world and can honestly say this is on if the best hotels we've stayed in. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to all who work there.

One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Not exaggerating. Excellent, hospitable service, a fantastic breakfast buffet with countless options of consistent quality, and comfortable, well equipped rooms. The hotel’s gorgeous , historical aesthetic is the cherry on top. When I return to Hoi An in the future, I know where I’ll be staying again. Cảm ơn! 🙏

A gorgeous place to relax! We upgraded to the Ocean View Junior Suite and adored it - it's worth every penny. The pool and private beach are both outstanding, and we very much enjoyed the private cinema, which we used on the evening of my 30th birthday! The breakfast staff were very sweet and made me a special breakfast dish each morning as I am vegan, although it would have been nice to have more options on the buffet itself. I did mention I was vegan when booking, but no one seemed to be aware initially and the person answering my emails was not particularly helpful. Therefore, if you have special dietary requirements, make sure you communicate them directly to the breakfast staff. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you would like to relax at the beach or pool, but would also like to be close (10-15 min drive) to Hoi An centre.

We spent 2 weeks at the resort and found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. We did encounter language barriers at times but then there was always atleast 1 staff around that spoke English. The resort itself is rustic but we loved it that way. Swimming pool is not heated so we couldn't enjoy pool time as it was freezing. Food menu and options are very limited and not many choices esp breakfast. |Great cocktails! And the bar staff are great!

Many resorts in the area call themselves “beach resorts” but are not directly on the beach, often requiring a shuttle or a walk to get there. If you prefer a true beachfront experience, this resort is perfect and eliminates that hassle.||The resort is competitively priced, offering excellent value considering its stunning location, charming design, and high-quality service. It’s elegant without being flashy, which adds to its intimate and welcoming vibe.||We loved the complimentary shuttle service to town, and the bicycles provided by the hotel were a fun way to explore Hoi An. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing spot-on recommendations for food and tailoring services that made our trip even better.||Victoria Hoi An strikes the perfect balance between comfort, charm, and convenience, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting this beautiful region. Highly recommend!

The beach resort is lovely- we were upgraded to a junior suite overlooking the ocean which was in a Japanese style and is very large. |The pool is really large and lovely. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. |Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Best resort in Hoi An, blend of French / Vietnamese influence (architecture, ambience, cuisine). Grounds, facilities, buildings and rooms maintained to a high standard (check out its wood panelled library, ideal for reflection!). Nowhere else offers sidecar rides around! Staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast buffet an excellent balance of local and Western / French influenced fare

Great resort with the beach view. Our family spent two nights here and we have great experiences staying in this resort. The staff is nice and friendly with our children. The breakfast buffet is okay, does not have various types of Vietnamese food
