Pillows were comfy. Air conditioning powerful. Excellent location. Staff is nice and polite Downside: they didn't clean our room the 3 nights we were there, room is small & mattress too soft. Would i stay here again? Yeah can lah if on a budget

Great location, just under 7 mins walk from the ferry station. It was also in the heart of George Town so super easy to get around without needing to grab a ride within the city. For the price, the rooms were decent and fairly big, but a struggle to get hot water or get the shower cap working right, and my sink was clogged so would take a while for the water to drain. Overall, it’s a great location and stay for the hotel

One area I’d appreciate the hotel’s support with is the nighttime noise disturbance.There have been groups of teenagers gathering near the hotel at night, parking their motorcycles with engines running and speaking loudly for extended periods. For example, last night the noise continued until around 11 PM, which is close to bedtime.I kindly ask the hotel to look into this matter and help manage the situation to ensure a more peaceful environment for guests to rest.That said, I’d also like to highlight some of the hotel’s strengths. One of the key advantages is its location—conveniently close to many tourist attractions. Most importantly, the hotel offers excellent value for money. While the room size and bathroom amenities are modest, they are consistent with the affordable pricing, making it a fair and pleasant stay overal

In general, the location is good, and the room and place clean. It will be great if hotel can provide hair dryer in the room or on loan basis.There are many good, tasty local food nearby, and also cultural history and building as shown in the attached photos.

I chose this hotel as it is <100m from my conference venue. It is decent, quite spacious and there’s some disco music late Fri/Sat night that were not loud enough to bother me. Hotel counter staff is ok but can be a bit more smiley.

The location is very convenient and close to tourist attractions. The elderly staff member provided excellent service and helpful advice. However, some bathroom fixtures, such as the liquid soap dispenser, were out of service.

Since George town isn't big & the tourist spots are near, any hotel in George town will be convience.With Victoria Inn, you can go to the ferry terminal and the weld easily.The room is clean & tidy. But I didn't expect the shower head is fixed therefore I suggest adding the handheld one.

Location no doubt very convenient but parking is based on luck because only public parking is available or that few parking in front of the hotel small alley. If it rains you be wet. However it can be extremely noisy at night as alot of people especially motorists loves to hang out along the hotel, pumping their engine or letting it run and I cant sleep on my first night, second night were slight better maybe because it's a weekday. Meanwhile, certain area of the room can be dusty and it's difficult to get assistance from housekeeping they dont stay in house going to the reception is no help he will tell you that he cant do anything until housekeeper comes to work the next day. Remember no hair dryer on loan here. Be sure to bring one.
