Great location in the middle of Rome, close to all main sites. Very easily assessed by all major transport. Great location and the staff at the location are so helpful and friendly always willing to help. Not the biggest place but very well presented and room sizes are great for short/long trips. Situated on the 4th floor of the apartment building. It has lovely views and serves up a great breakfast service in the morning. Continental style Breakfast with orders for different types of eggs being cooked for you. Very helpful team and great tasting food. On the street next to the location is a array of wonderful bakeries and pizza/pasta shops which were delicious and mini supermarkets for other food/drink. I would fully 100% recommend this place to stay and use for a trip to Rome, and would stay again if I was to return.

Absolutely fantastic stay, staff are really polite and couldn't do enough. Accommodated our early check in such a short notice from us. Breakfast is standard contenital but chef prepares fresh omelettes for you on request. Room nice and clean, beds very comfortable. AC works great. Proper duvets instead of sheets. Plenty of space to hand clothes and store luggage. Mini fridge is room and kettle. Bathroom nice and spacious. Location is just perfect we had a fantastic stay.

i want to give a bad review.we booked a flight and hotel long time ago before our vacation to celabrate our 36 years married anniversary.we were alraedy packed and on our way to the airport.unfortunatly all flights were cancel, the airspace closed due to the war between Israel and Iran.the airline company refund us fully with no penalty also the transportation to and from the airport.The next steps was to cancel the hote.the hotel refused to refund or porspond the holiday.the hotel inssist to follow the cancellation policy and charge all the amount 1064 euro.i explain the guy in the reception that it was out of my hand,i even ask to move the dates or to charge half.|the hotel refuse my request which was very disappointing, having said that as a travel agent i am very awear to hotel policies but i also know, that because this difficult situation, a lot of hotels around europe were very considerate towards client.i feel like the hotel didnt have any simapthy or empathy to the situation.|i paid a fortune for this vacation that didnt happend.|i will never recomend or book this hotel at all.|i am still hopping for refund , i am very upset.

Great place to stay. The entrance looked a little sketchy. But don't let that throw you off. This place is top notch.

Except a bit of noise at night from the street everything very good. The bed is good, room is nice as well as breakfast

Amazing stay. Spacious rooms and shower/toilet (with he/she basin and bidet) Service was great- staff was prompt with their communication regardless if it was email, whatsapp or phonecall. Breakfast has an amazing spread Location is the biggest plus point for us- easily walkable to Trevi fountain. It was always crowded during our visit and difficult to take pictures, staying here made it easy for us to wake up at 4am and walk to Trevi fountain for better pictures. Bus stop was just less than 3 minutes walk away

Great location in the heart of Roma. Staff have been amazing! My wife’s bag was delayed and they were very helpful in getting it to us. More so than the airlines. Rooms were quiet and breakfast was included.
