i want to give a bad review.we booked a flight and hotel long time ago before our vacation to celabrate our 36 years married anniversary.we were alraedy packed and on our way to the airport.unfortunatly all flights were cancel, the airspace closed due to the war between Israel and Iran.the airline company refund us fully with no penalty also the transportation to and from the airport.The next steps was to cancel the hote.the hotel refused to refund or porspond the holiday.the hotel inssist to follow the cancellation policy and charge all the amount 1064 euro.i explain the guy in the reception that it was out of my hand,i even ask to move the dates or to charge half.|the hotel refuse my request which was very disappointing, having said that as a travel agent i am very awear to hotel policies but i also know, that because this difficult situation, a lot of hotels around europe were very considerate towards client.i feel like the hotel didnt have any simapthy or empathy to the situation.|i paid a fortune for this vacation that didnt happend.|i will never recomend or book this hotel at all.|i am still hopping for refund , i am very upset.
