It was a very good Hallmark. The staff was excellent! They didn't have any sweets - first Hallmark I have visited that didn't have any candy products. Although I am personally not interested in Pandora line, they had a good collection.

Beautiful store with something for every occasion. Went in looking for 2 sympathy gifts and the lady working, wish I had gotten her name, was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick the perfect gifts and found boxes to fit them both. Definitely recommend this location for cards/decor/gifts.

It’s a nice store, but the employees keep following you around, made me feel like they thought I was going to steal something?? We went into the Pandora/jewelry store and they followed us in there, went back to the main store and they followed us back. Never talking to us just constantly keeping up with us. I was literally holding one big item, you think I’m going to steal it blatantly? I understand you need to watch people but it made me feel like I was doing something wrong the way they keep blatant watch on you. It happened before when I was there too, just not a comfortable experience and my boyfriend said he noticed the same thing.

We visited this store around Father's Day time and had a very pleasant experience! The ladies were quite helpful, especially when we returned to make an additional purchase. Just as we were about to check out, they noticed and pointed out that the item was chipped rather than sell it to us. Very helpful!

Nice small shop in a busy parking lot location. This is probably one of the smallest Hallmark stores I've been too. They also sell a lot of pandora which I had no interest in. Staff could of been more friendly. They didn't even greet me when I walked in and I was one of two customers in the store.

Victoria's Hallmark Shop is tucked away in a shopping plaza off of Citrus Tower. It's jam packed with Christmas and holiday fun merchandise. They had tons of their signature ornaments, inspirational jewelry and gifts of all kinds. In the back there were racks and racks of cards. The staff was attentive and stayed busy assisting customers.

I wouldn't recommend this hallmark! I went here to see the Christmas ornament preview they had about 5 out that's it . I'm not sure why they would say ornament event not have anything out. There's a ton online that say in stores as well!

Very helpful staff. An item I wanted was not available at the Clermont location but the clerk called a store in Leesburg to see if they had what I was looking for. Fortunately they did have it and it was delivered to the Clermont store in just two days.
