Victoria's Secret & PINK

Angela the manager was very helpful in helping find a new men’s cologne. I was pretty surprised Victoria’s Secret carried men’s cologne let alone top quality. Thank you, I’ll be back again.

I haven't been to the store in the citadel mall for a while, great customer service from the time I walked in the door. Josh is AMAZING though!! Well definitely be back 👙

Until yesterday, the only Victoria's Secret and/or Pink products that I owned I got from various other people. I always loved how the bras and underwear felt, they are super comfortable and feel like they are made with great quality fabrics. The reason I never went myself in the past was because the prices were way too high for my price range. But yesterday my sister in law told me about these deals that were going on: Pink had get $10 panties for $30 when you have their Pink Nation app, and bralettes from Victoria's Secret were $15. She showed me everything she got and I was instantly sold. I had to go and take advantage of the deal for myself. My husband took me and luclily I got to take advantage of both deals. I am extremely happy with the entire experience; The Pink Nation app is easy to navigate, cute, and fun, and I got some super great deals too. Also, no matter if I buy something or not, whenever I am in a Victoria's Secret store, the employees are always incredibly helpful. At the Briargate location, Victoria (super ironic and super great) was a phenomenal help to us, seeing as we've never made a purchase from these stores before. I am so grateful for the entire expereince and would definitely recommend it to any women looking for a great deal for great quality clothing. UPDATE!!!: Went in again today, two days after the last time I went in, to also take advantage of the 2 for $49 everyday bra deal they had going on. I got two great bras, one of which matches a pair of panties I got two days prior, and one of which I was gawking over while browsing the Pink Nation app. I previously gave Victoria's Secret and Pink a 4 wtar rating, but now I will change it to 5. The clothes make me feel fantastic and these sales give me big bang for my buck.

Expensive but very very much inventory. Like drawers full of them and a bunch of colognes and perfumes if you're looking for something sexy for the misses this is where you want to go if you're looking to spend some cashhhh$$$$$

Once again I went to VC to get a bottle of my favorite perfume, Heavenly. There it was on the shelf sporting "Another" new look. I don't understand why they keep changing the look of the bottle. I understand the same thing is in the bottle but the bottle now is PRETTY UGLY and PRETTY PLAIN. I don't know what was wrong with the look of the last three bottles!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Victoria’s Secret store at The Citadel in Colorado Springs. I received an email promotion clearly advertising 10 panties for $40, but when I arrived, the store was only offering 7 for $35. I showed the email to the staff and politely requested they honor the advertised deal, but they outright refused. It feels misleading and unfair to send out promotional emails and then refuse to honor them in-store. I made a trip specifically for this deal, only to be let down by the inconsistency between the advertising and what was actually available. This experience has made me question whether Victoria’s Secret values its customers’ time or loyalty. I expect better from a brand of this reputation.

Came here a few days ago with my husband ! This VS had everything I wanted and some ! The staff were all super friendly and it was amazing that we weren't followed around like other VS stores I have been too ! Amazing products , amazing staff and reasonable prices - I will be back

The manager almost made me cry, she was horrible and intimidating. I was here during my lunch on 5/18/2023 to use a coupon and she just completely barked at me when I was ready to check out. I asked to speak to the manager for how rude she was and for how uncomfortable she made me feel and she said she WAS the manager. I told her how she was being too abrupt because I also heard her interact with others, and she said she was the only one on the floor and that her district manager was down her throat. This was such a bad experience.

The prices are what you expect of VS. I went in during COVID so we had to stand on the blue line while we were explained the dressing rooms are closed and that they couldnt touch you during fittings. She asked if I needed a fitting and was prompt to getting another employee over to me who helped guide me through a self fitting. This young woman helped make sure I got my proper size even though I was wearing a padded bra. After cleaning the measuring tapes she lead me to some nice bras that were on sale and was able to tell me where other things I was looking for were. They also have signs suggesting sanitization and had sanitizers in several places throughout the store. Everyone was polite and helpful. The inside was organized and clean.

I went there today and Barbara was SOOOO HELPFUL!!! Thank you so much for your GREAT customer service. Will def be going back !

I love this wonderful place!!! My daughter is now a huge fan so we both get the cutes undergarments.... of course she is not allowed to get some of the things I get...

Wonderful experience shopping at VS today - staff are professional and assisted with making sure my daughter had correct size for purchases. They took their time and weren't pushy- she left without feeling awkward and happy with what she bought.

This store is always a mess! It didn't help that they were rearranging a wall so there were clothes laying EVERYWHERE, I couldn't even look at the underwear because the girls took everything off the walls and laid it on top of the underwear table. I got so overwhelmed by the mess I just left. It would be nice if the employees acknowledged you too.

Was shopping for new bras, I had the best helper :) her name was Audrey! Make sure to ask for her if you want to find the perfect size.

The customer service is excellent. I went in to use my birthday coupon and ended up getting offered another coupon in the store. After the sales and coupons I got about 40 dollars of stuff for free. The cashier even took off the change when I was already happy about my purchase and was willing to pay the difference without trouble.

So unorganized and such a mess. It's so small and gets too crowded. Customer service was not the best. Definitely will stick to the Victoria's Secret at Chapel Hills.

While the store itself has a great selection and nice setup, the customer service was severely lacking. My sister works for a VS in Florida so I know what their standards are. No service reps came up to me to offer assistance, there was no one in the fitting room, nor was I offered a fitting. The store was not busy, either. I will not be shopping at this location again. I went to the Chapel Hills mall location straight from there, and had much better service.
