Unfortunately I have to write this, first I want to send a big thank you to SHERRY and Maddie for giving me top tier customer service and women empowerment support not often is this found. They both have a true passion for what they do! Unfortunately the dark cloud of Audrey C has to be apart of this store she turned my 3 hour experience sour by thinking I was trying to steal. Sherry was the only reason I decided to step foot back in VS and spend anymore money. As women we know bras can be a love and hate relationship over the last year I have spent thousands of dollars in VS that just hung in the closet due to not being sized correctly or not having good styles that support my body, having an associate like sherry to take the time and knowledge to size me correctly and assist me in finding the right style is everything. I called to see if I could bring some of my bras I had brand new with tags for exchange for the right bra size and style after being correctly fitted I was told I could, when I got there to my surprise sherry was there y’all she so good she remembered my name from the week prior. After speaking with Maddie and Audrey Cordova the store manager they offer to give me exchange for in store items on the lowest price for the bras bc I could not pull my receipt up and they could not pull it up from my loyal account “ I was able to pull my bank transactions up from that store.” After getting fit I go on my hut for bras, I wanted to try them on, I was let into the fist dressing room. I am assuming that I took too long, I hear a knock on the door are you OK? Can I take any bras that you’re not going to buy? I am OK and I don’t have any at this time, five minutes later I get another knock saying the same thing, then the third time, at that moment I knew that somebody had an issue with me trying my bras on, as I get done I meet up with Sherry and she asked me how did they fit I told her I think it went OK but I also asked her if I can try a couple on so she can see and let me know her professional opinion, She gave me a couple bras to try on from the ones I choose to buy, she wanted to change the size and style, Audrey then comes and knocks a fourth time on the door and ask hours later, When did I buy the bras that I was returning? I open the door as I was in a bra no shirt on And said excuse me. I’m trying to find a bra and Sherry is helping me. I’ll be out once we’re done so she walks away and finds another associate saying something, so I knew she had a problem with me trying on bras for whatever reason. She was now targeting me as if I was stealing which is crazy because me and Audrey had already had an positive encounter where I gave her my name, Phone number, email address, loyalty number etc. for me to steal after that would be crazy, not to mention not my character and ALL BLACK PEOPLE DONT STEAL. Audrey even went as far as telling other employees to watch me due to her thinking I’m stealing. After Sherry brings me a few other bras and we find the ones that truly work for me I walk out of the dressing room give the bras I don’t want. Audrey approaches me, and I let her know then she has made my experience not pleasant due to her treatment while I was in the dressing rooms she gave me some lame excuse and says oh no that’s not my intentions, she walks away and proceeded to lie on me saying that I said that Sherry helped me with the bras that I was returning last week. Which is untrue I never said that! she was just doing her job and trying to get me to spend my money which she did a very good job because she got me back in the door. Audrey kept making a big issue making it very uncomfortable between me and Sherry, at that point I got the bras that I had in the bag paid for them and left. Due to Audreys unprofessionalism targeting and judgmental behavior. I left without getting the rest of my stuff that I had planned on getting. she did not know I actually came in there to spend a nice little bit of money with Victoria’s Secret. Audrey Cordova definitely made VS lose a customer.
