Victory Road Villas

This place is beautiful, we would have stayed longer. We arrived at Phong Nha in the late morning and checked into our initial accommodation and we were not satisfied. We looked for other options in town and we found this amazing gem of a place! We were so happy they had availability last minute. The property is very well maintained and clean and the amenities (pool, restaurant, bar) are fabulous. Delicious food and very friendly staff. The owner was very kind as well. The villas are lovely! The outdoor tub was a nice touch and I had a nice bath. The furniture is great quality and it had nice tasteful decor. We were sad we were only staying in Phong Nha for one night or we would have had a longer stay.

A wonderful, boutique hotel with incredibly friendly, helpful staff and in a fabulous location. We stayed three nights with our family of four, the kids LOVED the pool, pool table and food- Vietnamese and Western food (tasty burgers and pizzas) was delicious. Hubby and I enjoyed happy hour, the expresso martini were the best we have had. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Right in town but with views out to the karst hills. Free bikes to cycle around on. Staff arranged the Phong Nha riders to take us out to the Bong Lai valley (Duck stop is a crazy, hilarious experience), Pub with Cold Beer (so great having a pool), Monkey Bridge (ouch!) the National Park (Dark and Paradise caves are ‘must sees/dos’) and out to Phong Nha farm stay. Am guessing our stay here will be the highlight of our Vietnam trip.

Victory Road Villas is a wonderful oasis, perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. We spent four nights here and were thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality and incredibly kind, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, a great spot to cool off and unwind. The breakfasts were well-prepared and satisfying, and we ended up enjoying several dinners at the on-site restaurant, which, in our opinion, serves some of the best food in town. The setting is peaceful, the service top-notch, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to rate this stay a solid 5 out of 5.

We really enjoyed our visit!! We stayed in villa 3 and were treated to fantastic views. The villa was two floors and had a sunken living room. It also had an outdoor bath/shower. The outdoor bath/shower was located off the living room, so probably not usable if you are traveling with folks you are not wanting to bear it all to 😊. The bathroom on the upper floor was spacious and clean (not a wet bathroom, separate shower). The paper products (toilet paper and tissues) were very high quality! We had included breakfasts, the selection was great! I was a little nervous ordering the French toast, and eggs Benedict, but these were probably the best I have had in Vietnam. They also had free bicycles, and we took advantage of them each day to ride the short distance to restaurants on the other end of town (5 minutes). Just be careful to make sure the tires are full, and the breaks are good. They probably need to work on making sure all the bicycles are ready in the future. The staff were super friendly and were knowledgeable about the area and attractions. The arranged the scooter rental for us, it was super easy! If you are a westerner you will be very happy at this hotel!! It’s not the cheapest hotel in town, but the best value for a quiet, clean, full service experience. We will definitely recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful tranquil place to stay. Only 9 rooms so small and quaint. Restaurant was fantastic and great food. Room was amazing. We arrived early off the train and they were most welcoming and accommodating be such an early arrival. The staff were full of suggestions of what to do whilst in Phong Nha. Every meal we ate here and the food was superb, full compliments to the chef. Staff were extremely helpful and so sweet, lovely ladies and girls serving in restaurant. Highly recommend to stay here, and would think best place to stay for your visit to Phong Nha.

Great location with good rooms. I think one of the best in the area for my family, with the real stand out being the service and helpfulness of the staff and the great restaurant facilities. The staff provided great recommendations for seeing local sights and helped us book what was needed. They were engaging with the kids, and appeared to truly want to give us a standout experience. So much to do in Phong Nha and it was a top highlight of our month-long trip in Vietnam. If visiting Phong Nha, I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it is worth the extra money for staying in a beautiful big villa with an outdoor bath and maintained big swimming pool. The cleaning is always of a high standard. The restaurant area has amazing ambience and really friendly staff always saying hi. Really delicious carrot cake 😁 and they bake their own bread which also is super tasty. The location right on the water is just stunning.

This is a lovely river across from the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Villa are spacious, great for families. They organised all our tours. Breakfast was included and they have happy hour on the river across the road. Gorgeous! Worth a stay.
