Such a beautiful hotel in such a beautiful town. The scenery along a mirrored lake and next to the Blue Church was breathtaking. The room was really large with a balcony view of the lake. The bed was cozy and the sheets so soft. She even left us an entire chocolate bar to enjoy. We loved our stay!

Lovely hotel! It was renovated but still had some of the old charm of the wood beams and stairwell. Very narrow stairs; no elevator. Room was clean and bright. We liked how the windows open to let the breeze flow. As another reviewer mentioned, not black out curtains. Bring an eye mask if visiting during the summer. Everything within walking distance. We were surprised the port could fit a cruise ship. Quiet!

Most modern and bright accommodation for the whole Iceland trip. Room is spacious and super clean. We got a room overlooking the church and rainbow road! Everything is close by. Things to be aware of is the stairs are narrow, so ask for a ground floor room if you have mobility issue or big luggage, although second floor rooms have better views and more privacy. Room only has blinds not curtain, bring an eye mask to sleep if you come in summer and are sensitive to light.

We had a beautiful, cozy room with balcony on the 1st floor with a view of the fjord. Very good beds and high quality products in the bathroom. From the balcony we could watch seals and birds. Viewing the waterfall from the bed. Waking up with the morning sun was fantastic.|Parking was no problem either. Small parking lot opposite the house.|Good restaurants just 2 houses away.|The supermarket is also close by. It was the best stay during our trip.

The guest house was wonderful. Clean, modern, comfortable. Great location: the best restaurants in town were less than 50 meters from the guest house and a grocery store is about 75 meters away. Free parking right at the guest house. The WIFI was perfect. The town is small, but very cool and is the place to stay in this part of Iceland for those driving the Ring Road.||The owner, Maggy, was very helpful and facilitated a smooth check-in and stayed in touch throughout the stay. It was very comforting to have someone to call if you needed assistance.

The location is just great!! It was a warm and friendly guesthouse right on the lake. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony and it made the room even more special. We sat out on the balcony in the morning and had coffee.|The owner was available if we needed her also. I do HIGHLY recommend staying here if you go to that part of Iceland

We had 2 nights stay in this quirky B&B in Seydisfjordur. Centrally located in this little town with great views up the fjord. Very simply furnished with basic amenities, but fine for a night or two. A minor criticism was that there was no storage of any sort or furniture to place luggage or put toiletries on. Breakfast is catered for at a nice café/restaurant a couple of door down the rainbow street. Parking is easy, just across from the B&B. Rooms are very well insulated and quiet, we both slept very well.

After a long day of driving on the Ring Road, our room was the perfect place to relax. The modern design, incredible location, and special touches (coffee and chocolates) made for one of our favorite stays on our 10 day trip. The room was impeccably clean and check in was a breeze. We had a room with a patio and stayed up late taking pictures of the town right from our room. If you are in East Iceland, make this your first choice!
