The hotel is wonderful and the staff is excellent. The breakfast buffet is amazing with so many choices available. My favorite though is Mahan! He has done an amazing job tidying up my room while I am out and about seeing Dubai. His client service is exemplary and so necessary. Mahan always has a smile and welcoming attitude!

The stunning waterfront views, especially during sunset, made my stay unforgettable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, making my stay cozy and stress-free. The hotel facilities are excellent — from the relaxing pool area to the dining options that served delicious and fresh food. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. What stood out the most was the ambiance of the hotel. It strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with a peaceful environment that makes it easy to unwind while still being close to the heart of Dubai. visited Vida Creek Harbour for afternoon tea, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. I had the octopus salad — it was incredibly delicious — along with perfectly brewed coffee on oat milk, tasty scones, and a huge selection of desserts (so many that we couldn’t even finish them all!). The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind. At one point, a small bead fell off my blouse, and they actually found it and returned it to me intact — such attention to detail truly impressed me. Overall, a wonderful place with a beautiful atmosphere and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay at Vida Creek harbour. Staff were friendly and willing to explain how things worked around the hotel. Lots of amazing places to eat within walking distance . The rooms were lovely and Mahan Kishan ,our oom attendant, made sure our room was always clean. The free shuttle service to the Dubai mall and La Mer beach was so convenient making it easy to plan my movements. The metro was also within 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Definitely coming back to Vida Creek Harbour.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel The room was clean and comfortable, and the place smelled really nice. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. Mary who was assigned near the pool she was very helpful and always smiling. The whole team made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

A four star hotel with an amazing tidy sunset pool for relaxing. Valet parking guys are exceptional. The check in process took a little more time than expected. My room had a balcony which is a plus. The breakfast was good with extended hours which is comfortable. The check out process was fine.
