She was very accommodating, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Her excellent customer service made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

A very special thank you to Sarah, Melissa, and Alex. Every morning they welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness. They always made time for a friendly chat, remembered us, and made us feel seen and cared for. It may seem like a small thing, but starting each day with their positive energy made a real difference. Breakfast didn’t just feel like a meal it felt personal and comforting, almost like coming home. We would also love to mention the gentleman at the egg station, whose name we unfortunately don’t know, but who greeted us every morning with the biggest, most cheerful smile. His positivity never went unnoticed and always brightened our morning. Thank you all for making our stay extra special. It’s truly the people who create the experience, and you absolutely did. We will remember that warmth. Also a big thanks to the cleaning people! They were also super sweet! And a very special thank you to Dev, who cleaned our room so beautifully every single time. He always greeted us with a big smile and was consistently kind and thoughtful. It truly made a difference to come back to such a perfectly kept room each day. We really appreciate his care and warmth.

Amazing stay! The room is very clean and comfortable, the bed makes for a good sleep. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, providing the best service. The location is strategic in the city center, making it easy to travel. The breakfast was also delicious with lots of choices. Will definitely come back again! Siska take cafe of us very well
