Vida Creek Harbour

I recently stayed at Vida Creek Harbour, and my experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful, modern design and a very calm and welcoming environment. Everything was well maintained, and the location is perfect for a relaxing stay. I would like to specially thank Harshdeep Singh from the housekeeping team for his excellent service. He cleaned my room perfectly and made sure everything was neat, fresh, and comfortable. His work was very professional, and he always maintained a polite and friendly attitude, which made my stay even more pleasant. The overall hotel service was excellent, and as a guest, I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I really enjoyed my stay at Vida Creek Harbour and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

This was my first time visiting this area, and I stayed at Vida Creek Harbour. Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. The property is very clean, modern, and well located, with a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping service provided by Harshdeep Singh. He did an outstanding job cleaning my room. The room was spotless, well-organized, and refreshed perfectly every day. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly made a difference during my stay. The hotel staff in general were polite and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. As a first-time visitor, I felt very satisfied and relaxed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Vida Creek Harbour to anyone visiting Dubai and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay, the view alone is worth it calm, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Every arrival and departure was smooth and welcoming, which immediately makes a guest feel at ease. The breakfast experience deserves special praise. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. The team working in the breakfast area were attentive, polite, and always smiling, making mornings a real pleasure. Compliments also go to the chef, who clearly puts great care into both presentation and taste. The housekeeping and service staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, respectful, and professional. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and serviced with great attention to detail. I would like to give a special mention to Benjamin Kusi, one of the cleaning staff. His kindness, positive energy, and high level of professionalism truly stood out. He always greeted guests with a warm smile and took genuine pride in his work, which made a noticeable difference to the overall stay. VIDA Creek Harbour is a hotel that clearly values its people, and it shows in the quality of service delivered at every level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will certainly return.

The hotel is greatly located and served my stay perfectly with its service. Harish from Nepal has dome a great job on housekeeping and was very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless every day. Reception amd concierge service was impeccable. Breakfast and gym as well as the pool area are well attended to and more than sufficiently equipped. Service as it should be. Definitely staying here again

I stayed here for 5 nights from the 17th of December to the 22nd of December . My family stayed in the Vida Creek beach residences next door . |I was greeted at the door & my luggage was taken from me . I was checked in quickly & was given a late check out which was free . That was really good . |I had a lagoon view room which had great views in the evening . My room also had a balcony on it . The bedroom was very clean with a super king size bed , & a shower room . The room had a fridge , safe & lots of wardrobe storage but very few drawers . |The breakfast was a good choice & the people who worked in the restaurant were excellent. |Both pool areas were clean & had lots of lifeguards . The bar & restaurant were also good .|The hotel is in a great location & all of the Creek area is easy to get around on foot . |I’ve only given this hotel four , one reason is I went up to my room at 15.15 to get ready to go out & my room hadn’t been made up . I think this was too late. It was eventually made up . |The other reason is we were at the infinity pool & we asked for some drinks & an hour later they hadn’t come . We then went back to our room as we couldn’t wait any longer . |I would recommend this hotel to my family & friends & if I was ever staying in the Creek again I would choose to stay here.
