We went to Ludo. AMAZING! And dont forget the water shows afterwards. Yes, pricey, but worth every pesos and more. We had the incredibly presentation of dinner and desert before the show. The show was outstanding.

Attending Lionel Richie concert. The show was scheduled to start at 8PM. It is 8:54 now and still there is no one on stage. Even old videos were repeated a few times. The beer cup is about 1 litter and cost $250 M. Feeling like being ripped off.

Be careful booking here. Front staff are rude, rooms are old and run down in certain buildings and they will put you there until you drop bad reviews on their website. Electrical plugs don’t work. Bare bones, no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. provided. Sheets are ripped and dirty. Mini fridge is the smallest I’ve ever seen and rusted out. You do not get at all what you booked, they put you in the oldest hotel that has fixtures rusted out and you can barely get the taps to turn on in the bathroom. There’s no air conditioning. Room was dirty with hair in the bathroom. Mirror has fingerprints all over it. Took 4 hours to get our luggage, totally unacceptable. I’ve stayed at some pretty bad resorts here in Puerto Vallarta, but this one is the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Staff don’t care, just tell you that’s all that’s available and to call the booking line when it opens, they just keep transferring you to other departments and nothing gets resolved. I would also give this place a 0 if I could. My husband finally was able to talk to a front desk staff member that resolved our room and moved us into what we had booked into. New room is clean in different building. Wasted 1 whole day straightening this out. Sad.

STAY AWAY! They lied! They said one hour of your time. Ended up 5 hours of our vacation. They say you would receive free flights for 2 and free breakfast or lunch. Well the tickets are for 400$ per person. 200$ per person to activate the tickets. Tickets can get bumped. When you don't buy into there time share they become rude.

I enjoyed it. I went there to see the preview of some shows they will start performing in the next week. The place is colorful, there are ferry wheels and other carousels, perfect for families. The view from the ferry wheels at night is amazing

An amazing phase 1. Quite a few restaurants, 2 rides and great fountain shows. Lots of construction going on for additional rides, restaurants and Cirque du Soleil resident show. Can't wait to see future progress.

Truly an amazing experience, family friendly fun, great food, continuous entertainment, shows, lights, music and water only 2 rides at the moment but very short wait times and carnival games for the young at heart.
