We stayed for four nights and, sadly, the experience fell far below expectations. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered by it. We were told this had been an ongoing issue for at least two weeks and wasn’t going to be resolved anytime soon. Their advice? “Just open the window.” After several complaints, we were finally given a fan, but it barely made a difference — the room was still unbearably hot.||The room was much smaller than what was shown on Booking.com, and the hotel in general looked more worn down than in the photos. Beds were uncomfortable, and the shampoo felt watered down — not what you'd expect at this price point.||One morning, we had no cold water, only extremely hot. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the receptionist tried to explain how to use the shower. When I insisted that the water wasn’t working, I was told the neighbor might be showering at the same time — a shocking excuse for what I assumed was a higher-standard hotel with modern plumbing.||Breakfast was just okay. The coffee machine kept breaking, and only one staff member seemed to know how to fix it. The floor around the food area was often dirty, some vegetables and cakes seemed old, and basic items were sometimes missing.||Service was inconsistent — staff avoided us for the first two days, seemingly more interested in chatting with each other. By the last day, they were cleaning so fast it felt like we were being rushed through breakfast.||The only positives? Online check-out was smooth, and the location is convenient — close to public transport. Luckily, because there’s nothing much around except one market open until 10 p.m.||Would not stay here again.
