We stayed for four nights and, sadly, the experience fell far below expectations. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered by it. We were told this had been an ongoing issue for at least two weeks and wasn’t going to be resolved anytime soon. Their advice? “Just open the window.” After several complaints, we were finally given a fan, but it barely made a difference — the room was still unbearably hot.||The room was much smaller than what was shown on Booking.com, and the hotel in general looked more worn down than in the photos. Beds were uncomfortable, and the shampoo felt watered down — not what you'd expect at this price point.||One morning, we had no cold water, only extremely hot. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the receptionist tried to explain how to use the shower. When I insisted that the water wasn’t working, I was told the neighbor might be showering at the same time — a shocking excuse for what I assumed was a higher-standard hotel with modern plumbing.||Breakfast was just okay. The coffee machine kept breaking, and only one staff member seemed to know how to fix it. The floor around the food area was often dirty, some vegetables and cakes seemed old, and basic items were sometimes missing.||Service was inconsistent — staff avoided us for the first two days, seemingly more interested in chatting with each other. By the last day, they were cleaning so fast it felt like we were being rushed through breakfast.||The only positives? Online check-out was smooth, and the location is convenient — close to public transport. Luckily, because there’s nothing much around except one market open until 10 p.m.||Would not stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied. The breakfast was excellent! While the selection wasn’t huge, everything we enjoyed was available: delicious coffee, various teas, juices, and fresh food. The breakfast area is elegantly decorated and very pleasant to sit in. The hotel’s location is another big advantage. The metro, bus stop, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and nice. There is also a paid parking option, which is convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to share our experience after staying here recently—it just didn’t meet expectations at all. Right from the start, check-in was painfully slow. There were only two staff members at the front desk, and honestly, they didn’t seem interested in helping. One of them even walked out of the break room and skipped right past us to help new guests, without so much as a glance in our direction. No apology, no acknowledgement—it felt like we were invisible. Our room wasn’t much better. The air conditioning didn’t work, which made things really uncomfortable. When we asked to change rooms, the alternative we were given had two separate beds—not exactly ideal for a couple on holiday. And don’t get me started on the facilities: the spa only had a sauna open, and there was no bathtub, despite what we saw when booking. All in all, the service felt cold and impersonal, and the amenities didn’t come close to what was advertised. For a hotel of this size, I expected better. Unfortunately, this stay left us really disappointed.

Went with Leger on a tour with 30 others. I would review this hotel as style over substance. 2 stars given. One for air conditioning and the 2nd for a decent breakfast. Arrived at the hotel after a very long coach ride from Dresden via Poland to Berlin. The hotel needs a map or better signage as there are 3 sets of elevators all going to different places so it is very confusing getting your bearings and finding your way around. The hotel is very disappointing in that its main restaurant is a Michelin starred restaurant so out of most people’s price range and a bar that has very small capacity so turns guests staying at the hotel away. The only alternative in the hotel for food and drink is Maverick’s which closes at 20:00 and serves mainly Currywurst and Burgers. Our room was tiny but nicely air conditioned. The bed was so hard that my body ached like I had slept on the floor and the pillows were so soft that they gave no support whatsoever. I would definitely not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Vienna House Andel’s Berlin. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with excellent facilities.||||The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and not far from the city center. The breakfast was delicious and varied – definitely a highlight.||||The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the check-in process took quite a long time. That was the only downside to an otherwise excellent experience.||||Overall, I’m very satisfied and would be happy to stay here again during my next visit to Berlin.

Breakfast is good, room has good space, but all the doors in the bathrooms are disturbing and the floor gets all wet. Air conditioning was not working on my room, staff was kind to move me to a new one. No daily cleaning, restaurant was not working at the lobby. Location is not good, no good places to eat around it.

We were surprised from size and quality of the rooms, really good! Service is very good including free mini bar and they even have a nice Spa area. Only downside is the noise from nearby street and tram.

Actually a pretty great Hotel itself. Awesome location: S Landsberger is just across so you can practically go anywhere pretty quickly. There's an express check in which you can do by yourself via email beforehand, which speeds up the process a lot. Otherwise very friendly staff, both German and English speaking so far. The rooms themselves are pretty nice too. Quite modern, the bath, for example. The only real problems one can find are both the AC and outlets. The AC is somewhat slow, due to the building being so large, I've been told. The outlets are a problem if you're traveling internationally, I guess, cause they're Type C and there are no USB charging ports. So definitely bring a couple adapters. But even that can be a problem, because the outlets are quite deep into the wall, so my adapter didn't fit.. (The front desk also didn't have a spare for me so I had to buy one) Breakfast is smallish but comfortable. Croissants, cereal, cheese and meat, and quite good too.
