Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Cracow

My wife and I have passed on may visits to Krakow and stayed a few nights for our Christmas visit. Vienna House is a grea, modern hotel situated beside the main station and Galeria Krakowska with all transport stops directly outside, an ideal location! Krakow stare Miasto is only a 10 minute walk away. There is everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are very well equipped and cosy with everything you need including a fantastic shower. The restaurant has a great selection and staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

Spent 2 nights here in Kraków and loved every minute of it. The hotel was really nice, clean, stylish and the receptionists were very friendly in and helpful. Very close to the main square and everything you would want to go / see in and around the city. The city itself is beautiful ! Super safe and clean. Very reasonable priced rooms considering the location and the price of food drink etc is quite good in comparison to other Europe city's. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very central, easy walk to get to the old town and the tram is outside takes two mins to get to Jewish quater. The room was very clean, be careful of the glass wall between toilet and shower. Staff seemed friendly.||One thing to beware of is if you book a taxi ask how much it would be. We asked for taxi to go to the airport and it was more than double the price of the Uber we got on arriving from the airport. Best to get Uber or Bolt at least you know what your paying.

We had a fantastic stay here recently. Smooth check in and helpful, friendly staff. Loved the ‘plant for your room’ idea - to take a plant from reception to live with you in your room for the duration of your stay. We were on the second floor, overlooking the square, which was lovely. Room was very spacious with large double bed, seating area, desk, tv, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and safety deposit box. |Location was good, 5-10 minute walk from Krakow Glowny (main station) and 10 minute walk from the main square. |Lovely bar with soft sofas and armchairs - the bar staff make great cocktails! Chilled atmosphere after a day of sight seeing. |Easy checkout and staff were amazing after I left my eternity ring behind by accident, finding it for me and returning it promptly. |We loved it here and will definitely be returning! Thank you.

The hotel was booked for us through our airline for a night. All was super smooth, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful in arranging transport and amenities. The room was extremely clean and well-equipped. Perfect location and nice hotel overall!

Great location outside the main train station and shopping mall and only five minutes walk into the old town through Planty Park (which goes all the way around the old town). Room modern and clean. Gym with 3 cardio machines and small weights machine. Sauna. Bar nice and cozy with good drinks but more expensive than bars in town (as expected). Restaurant breakfast was delicious.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel and would highly recommend. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy. We had drinks in the bar before going out and the only thing I could suggest is to open the bar earlier than 6pm as we had to have a drink in the restaurant area which was not as nice. On a Saturday people are wanting to have a drink somewhere cosy and start their holiday. However in general a great stay and will return!

Excellent hotel. Very well placed from station and few minutes walk to the old town area. Breakfast was good too as were the staff on reception who were super helpful. The room was comfortable too. Difficult to find any fault really.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, clean and open lobby, and centrally located. This hotel is located right next to the mall and the plaza, and across the street from the park. Their breakfast had an amazing selection and everything was so fresh like their fruits and fruit juices. Between the convenient location and the amazing food, I really enjoyed my time here.

Came here with my family during a pilgrimage trip with the church. This hotel I would definitely come back to if I was ever back in Austria. It's close to a mall and has its own restaurant. The rooms were very cozy and had a new look feel to them. There is a gym and free WiFi which was a huge plus

Vienna House is a sparkling jewel in the middle of the city. Everything is perfect.. the rooms, the bar, the restaurant and the staff. Where else can you take a plant to your room? We had a fantastic time in Cracow and are looking to come back soon.

Stayed here three nights while on a city tour. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. Restaurant is good for breakfast and other meals. Room was modern and staff was excellent. Make this a choice for hotel when in Cracow

My regular hotel in Krakow. Nice place, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, WiFi coverage is a little spotty - but the wired connections in the room are extremely fast. Location makes walking to the market square very easy - so plenty to see in the area. In future trips I will always stay here.

Great location. Close to mall and train station. Short walk to Main Square in Krakow. Friendly staff. Only complaint was that the room had a faint odor of cigarette smoke, perhaps from a previous guest.

The location of the restaurant is good. It was a good stop for us while we were waiting for our train. They have good desserts and beverages.
