Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Cracow

Spent 2 nights here in Kraków and loved every minute of it. The hotel was really nice, clean, stylish and the receptionists were very friendly in and helpful. Very close to the main square and everything you would want to go / see in and around the city. The city itself is beautiful ! Super safe and clean. Very reasonable priced rooms considering the location and the price of food drink etc is quite good in comparison to other Europe city's. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Great location outside the main train station and shopping mall and only five minutes walk into the old town through Planty Park (which goes all the way around the old town). Room modern and clean. Gym with 3 cardio machines and small weights machine. Sauna. Bar nice and cozy with good drinks but more expensive than bars in town (as expected). Restaurant breakfast was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay here recently. Smooth check in and helpful, friendly staff. Loved the ‘plant for your room’ idea - to take a plant from reception to live with you in your room for the duration of your stay. We were on the second floor, overlooking the square, which was lovely. Room was very spacious with large double bed, seating area, desk, tv, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and safety deposit box. |Location was good, 5-10 minute walk from Krakow Glowny (main station) and 10 minute walk from the main square. |Lovely bar with soft sofas and armchairs - the bar staff make great cocktails! Chilled atmosphere after a day of sight seeing. |Easy checkout and staff were amazing after I left my eternity ring behind by accident, finding it for me and returning it promptly. |We loved it here and will definitely be returning! Thank you.

1st time travellers to Cracow. This hotel was a wonderful experience nice, clean and staff was presented very professional and polite. Location perfect could not ask for nothing else, next to shopping centre, Train Station and only 5-10 minute walk to Main square. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The hotel is wihin walking distance to the centre of Krakow.|Checkin was quick and we were offered a map with the all the places noted(circled) by the Hotel Receptionist, we then went to the 3rd floor where we were in room 303. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the floor to ceuling window was lovely.|Breakfast was included and runs from 630am till 1030am on weekdays, a lityle later on the weekend.|Breakfast was eat all you can, fresh every morning and help yourself, the coffee was very nice.|The hotel has Mavericks Restaurant and whilst we only ate Breakfast here they offer Lunch & Dinner. There is a Bar opposite the Restaurant Bar Smok, we sat here after each day and enjoyed a drink whilst people watching.|Absolutely no issuea to report with the Hotel, fabulous location, lovely breakfast and very attentive Staff.|Thank you for being the best experience on our 1st visit to Poland.

Great location, next to a big shopping centre and close to the square which has some great bars with good food. Only complaint is the house keeping. They came in once in the four nights we were there. So no tea /coffee restocked , no toilet rolls replaced so had to go on the hunt to find some.

I travel often and have stayed at many hotels, but this time, due to my own oversight I accidentally booked a room at another hotel under the same brand. When I arrived at the front desk and was told that my reservation was actually for the hotel in Łódź, I was truly shocked and anxious—especially after more than 20 hours of flying. Thankfully, the front desk staff Authur (I’m pretty sure I’ve misspelled his name), was incredibly kind and helpful. He called the hotel in Łódź to explain the situation and did his best to arrange a room for me. It was amazing! Both hotels responded with such warmth and understanding, which made the experience even more heartwarming. Of course the location of the hotel was perfect! most major attractions were within walking distance. I’ll definitely come back next time.

Look no further if you want a perfect city centre hotel in Krakow. Ideally situated for the main medieval square, the train station, cultural attractions, shopping and a huge range of food and drink options. Our room was absolutely fabulous - very spacious, huge comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and lovely toiletries. Fluffy bathrobes and complimentary slippers, water and sweet snacks were a nice touch. Breakfast was exceptional - lots of options, all really well cooked and presented. The staff were excellent, ranging from reception, to restaurant and bar. The hotel seems to have a really good approach to sustainability too, which is a bonus.|We’ll be back as soon as possible! Thank you to all who made our stay so memorable.
