We chose this hotel because of its location near the train station. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The decor was vibrant and the rooms well appointed. One of the comfiest beds ever slept in. Enormous batgroom with bath and shower. We had a double superior room. Windows opened to allow some fresh air. Kettle with supplies and safe in the room. USB charging points hext to the bed always appreciated.|Breakfast was extensive. I loved taking a plant to my room for the weekend and getting a snack bar in lieu of an unnecessary room clean. We had wine in the bar on an evening and it was priced well. It was 10 min walk to the old town which suited us. The hotel kept our luggage pre-check in and post-check out which was invaluable.|The staff were delightful and this was a really good stay. Highly recommended.

Great visit . Hotel is perfectly situated close to rail station, making for easy access from airport. Adjacent to large shopping centre and a short walk to main square. Alongside large park which was ideal for my wife jogging through. Rooms are good size, well equipped and sound proofed. Breakfast is excellent. Very nice , helpful and friendly staff. Nice bar too with great cocktails. I found the hotel very good value for money. Recommended.

Highly recommend this hotel!|Excellent location for exploring the city, only a couple of minutes walk to the old town, and a hundred metres from a tram stop.|Our room was a deluxe double which was very nicely fitted out. The bathroom had a walking show and separate bath, which was a godsend for thawing out after a long day out in the cold.|All the staff were very accommodating and polite. And the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The bar was also very nice and reasonably priced.|Would happily stay here again!

Nice hotel, clean and well appointed rooms. Bathroom is very good with shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion. Emailed hotel before trip to request a room overlooking the square but this wasn't accommodated unfortunately. The bar staff were friendly and helpful, drinks a little expensive and the bar was cold, we kept our coats on. Check in was quick and efficient. Female reception staff weren't very friendly, 2 mornings I spoke and got ignored, didn't try again. Good WiFi.

What a fantastic location for a hotel. We were here during Christmas season and it’s full of festive atmosphere. Right in the middle of everything. Just about 3 min walk to the old town for the Christmas markets and everything else. Right in front of the hotel there’s a huge square where there’s a smaller Christmas market. There’s a huge shopping mall next to the hotel to get away from the cold for some shopping, food, coffee or get something from the supermarket. Breakfast was very good too . Room is spacious, new and clean. Unbeatable in terms of location.

Hotel is very central, easy walk to get to the old town and the tram is outside takes two mins to get to Jewish quater. The room was very clean, be careful of the glass wall between toilet and shower. Staff seemed friendly.||One thing to beware of is if you book a taxi ask how much it would be. We asked for taxi to go to the airport and it was more than double the price of the Uber we got on arriving from the airport. Best to get Uber or Bolt at least you know what your paying.

Spent 2 nights here in Kraków and loved every minute of it. The hotel was really nice, clean, stylish and the receptionists were very friendly in and helpful. Very close to the main square and everything you would want to go / see in and around the city. The city itself is beautiful ! Super safe and clean. Very reasonable priced rooms considering the location and the price of food drink etc is quite good in comparison to other Europe city's. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, clean and open lobby, and centrally located. This hotel is located right next to the mall and the plaza, and across the street from the park. Their breakfast had an amazing selection and everything was so fresh like their fruits and fruit juices. Between the convenient location and the amazing food, I really enjoyed my time here.

Zatrzymalimy się na tydzień. Lokalizacja hotelu wspaniała. Śniadania dobre. Obsługa w recepcji przyjemna. Niemniej bardzo irytujące jest ze klucze do pokoju i windy ciągle nie działają. Codziennie musieliśmy je aktywować

Came here with my family during a pilgrimage trip with the church. This hotel I would definitely come back to if I was ever back in Austria. It's close to a mall and has its own restaurant. The rooms were very cozy and had a new look feel to them. There is a gym and free WiFi which was a huge plus

Vienna House is a sparkling jewel in the middle of the city. Everything is perfect.. the rooms, the bar, the restaurant and the staff. Where else can you take a plant to your room? We had a fantastic time in Cracow and are looking to come back soon.

Stayed here three nights while on a city tour. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. Restaurant is good for breakfast and other meals. Room was modern and staff was excellent. Make this a choice for hotel when in Cracow

My regular hotel in Krakow. Nice place, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, WiFi coverage is a little spotty - but the wired connections in the room are extremely fast. Location makes walking to the market square very easy - so plenty to see in the area. In future trips I will always stay here.

Great location. Close to mall and train station. Short walk to Main Square in Krakow. Friendly staff. Only complaint was that the room had a faint odor of cigarette smoke, perhaps from a previous guest.

The location of the restaurant is good. It was a good stop for us while we were waiting for our train. They have good desserts and beverages.
