Excellent value for money. Clean, very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast. ||Rooms are a bit outdated, but the bed was excellent. Rooms on the higher floors facing courtyard are really quiet.||Location is perfect if you are used to public transport - trams and S-bahn very close. You can get ditectly to e.g. Alexanderplatz with a tram in less than 15 minutes.

It reminded me of a cheap motel from the 80s, with a lingering aroma of cigarettes, a constant scream of sirens from the road below, staff who would rather you werent there. The carpets were all stained, our bathroom had broken tiles and black mold, our blinds were broken so they didnt shut and hot water changes temperature like a president changes tarrifs. And to top it off the hotel carpark was full so we were recommended to park at the Contipark around the corner who kept our car hostage as all pay machines were broken. Only good thing about our stay was the (additional cost) breakfast. We wont be back, and suggest others avoid this place also

We ordered drinks from the lobby and took them to our table ourselves, We got up to go up to the room The female worker arrogantly said to bring your empty cup! This situation made us feel very bad. Our Belongings Were Stolen! Zero Security! My boyfriend and I stayed at Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Berlin Prenzlauer Berg between 24-28 September 2025. After checkout, we asked if we could leave our luggage for a few hours and handed it over to the reception before leaving. When we returned home and opened my boyfriend’s suitcase, we were shocked to find that a brand-new, sealed perfume package belonging to him was missing and a small black pouch of his had been opened, with the perfume inside stolen and the pouch left open. This means his belongings were stolen while his luggage was under the hotel’s supervision. This is absolutely unacceptable, security and trust are non-existent here. We have been trying to call the hotel but cannot reach anyone and are getting no response.

Very clean and large rooms. Had a comfortable sleep. Fast service at checking in and out. Position is a bit outside of main places.

Arrived 11.30pm via taxi from airport. I would suggest getting the train FLEX from airport and then the tram as having used there rail system during our stay, it’s great. Plus the taxi cost 70euros. Train would have cost about £8 each.|Hotel- staff are so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was a huge variety suiting every nationality. |Room - very clean and big comfy bed, only one pillow which suited us but I’m sure you can request another if needed. Courtesy bottle of water on arrival. No kettle but we didn’t miss one as breakfast had lovely coffee machines and tea choices.|Tram stop 2 minute walk, direct tram to centre 20mins. We download the app BVG and bought the 24 hour ticket for about £8 which saved our legs. |Would definitely use this hotel again.😊

TV was damaged in the first room. In the replacement room the towels were 100% missing. Those are such basic topics which the hotel cannot handle. Don‘t go here!! Waste of time and money. As the hotel manager asked for my room: I was booked at room 274 on June 16th, 2025. I spoke with the reception which than gave me room 774. By the way - the airconditioning was also not properly working. We were a group of 23 people which experienced the same with the room temperature.

While this hotel has a friendly check in service and fun, modern look--oversized lamp in lobby, bright colors, chic graphics, comfy bench swings in small cafe--this is, mostly, a basic room (more on this in a moment). The hotel is located in a heavily trafficked area but good news is there is a fantastic sunny breakfast area on the first floor--so you don't have to skedaddle in the a.m. looking around the hood--with everything from a cappuccino machine to yogurt, fresh breads, eggs, sausages, cheeses, pate, cereals, juices and fresh fruit. Near check in there is a convenient small cafe with pastries, bread, cake, small pizza, tea or coffee with an airy view and cute seating (picnic table style, indoor and out front.) Again, the staff is uber helpful! For example, they can answer geographic questions in detail --thank you, Dennis!--and sell tram tickets at the front desk. As far as accommodations--here we go, whatcha need to know!--the AC is minimal so expect to sweat a lot in your dorm sized room. The WiFi is ridiculously slow--if it works at all--at 4.5 (compared to 120 in Texas). There is no instruction sheet on how to set the thermostat or what time breakfast is at or if there is an ice machine (there isn't one, btw.) No hot pot or coffee mugs. No in room fridge. No tub (the photos online display one) but the small shower in your private bath is pretty decent. The bed IS comfy with large screen tv directly across on wall. Our view was an enclosed green space area with no access to the traffic or big city buildings--yay! Quite relaxing! So if you are wanting a hip place to chill with minimal amenities--but terrific free breakfast--this is the place for you! Hope this helps in your decision process! Photos included. Ciao!

Among my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. Our room overlooking the busy intersection was beautiful and meticulously clean, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, lots of variety of hot and cold items. The lobby area is super cozy and a nice place for a hot or cold drink or to pick from their delicious-looking selection of pastries.

Hotel had a nice vibe and nice staff but when I checked into my room first noticed long black hairs in the bed. Later that evening many long black hairs in the shower and bathroom and crumbs all over the floor. Next day I asked for room to be thoroughly cleaned only to return and find exact same crumbs in same place on floor. They kindly moved me to another room only for me to discover that room covered in long black hairs all over floor. Pretty grossed out by the whole experience. Will never be staying here again.
