Vienna House Easy Günzburg

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Excellent location in the city center, underground parking with direct entrance to the hotel. We had a large family room. The room was cozy and clean. The children were most pleased with the swing in the room. Excellent breakfast, large selection of everything, excellent fresh pastries. Also the hotel staff was nice and helpful. In the future, when we plan to visit Legoland again, we will definitely come back here.

Location on an uphill and quite a walk with baggage reaching from HBF! Basic but spacious rooms with no AC and no mini fridge. Kids friendly spaces was a delight! Bicycle option possible Breakfast was decent , good place to sit outside near the church!

Everything went marvelously. Great location, staff, and breakfast. I´m looking forward to going back soon! I would only make a suggestion. For some reason, I thought the parking was included but it´s 8 euros per night, which is totally fine, no problem. But did find it curious that all the other guests I came around thought the same. Maybe something is unclear on the website or in the booking process.

It is a perfect hotel especially for families. Large and clean rooms, there is a delicious breakfast in the center of Gunzburg. They have bikes rent free. Great opportunity fir discovering the area.We had another hotel reservation but it was a big disappointment. Then we came to this hotel, all the ladies, but especially Klaudia and the lady has glasses :) (sorry dont know the name)helped us a lot. Thanks again for all your support. We had a great stay for our 2-day trip to Legoland. We will come again next year!

I don’t know how this hotel got its four star, to me it is, at best a slightly better 3 star hotel. As my stay here are quite disappointing. First of all, what I like about this hotel is, its bathroom is relatively big. And it has some, not much, but some children facility like toys and stuff for kids to play with while we check in. I will give them a star for that. But other aspects are really not worth the price that we paid. First of all, there is NO ROOM SERVICE! It’s really shocking as we DID NOT hang up the “do not dosturb” card and there is no room service at all! The diaper that I left the day before was still in the garbage can. Come on, four-Star? Also the beddings are a little bit itchy for us. Their hygiene is definitely less than satisfactory. Plus there is no air conditioning in the room. I flipped through the reviews of this hotel. There was one comment posted 6 years ago, saying that there was no air-con and the hotel management replied that they were working their best to deal with global warming and their first step was to put a tiny fan in every room. Now. 6 years has gone by and there is still NO air conditioning. And the fan is only slightly better than nothing. We kept our room window open during the night and was waken ip by outside noise —— loud chatting and church bells ringing at 15 or 30 mins interval. We can’t close the window, cuz that would be too stuffy due to lack of AC. Service is at their best average, not too good although not the worst. Location-wise, I do not recommend travelers without cars staying here, as the way from main train station to this place is upward slopes all the way. And people traveling with cars need prepare to pay for their garage usage, as there is no free parking. All in all, we are very disappointed with this hotel and the four-star rating is completely misleading. Who rate them this four star, seriously?

We were delighted with our choice! The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious, and the breakfast had many options (even small kids' plates in a small corner with choices for kids). For sure it is a hotel with lots of families with kids, and there is noise, that's why if I was single I wouldn't pick It. But is a great family-friendly hotel within walking distance to the center of the small town and polite staff.

Excellent location and service. Kids really enjoy a swing in the room 👍
