Amazing hotel with massive rooms. Clean and nice. Rate for the rooms is relatively good but maybe because of the concert of Taylor Swift they got fully booked. But the staff are amazing. They have free laundry on the 5th floor. Location is great just beside the train station. I highly recommend it.

Updated, modern rooms with a couch and fridge (deluxe queen). hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the alt stadt, river, and walking trails. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for what you get, but there is an omlette chef and the selection is good quality. Staff was very friendly at reception. Beds in our room were spring mattress, not foam, which can be less comfortable. We would stay here again, good value for money.

Next to the train station and clean rooms. On the other hand, the building has a massive issue with the sewage/drainage system. Each room that is uses the bathroom, you could hear the water and I mean really noisy, not normal tube noises. I was waking up during the night because of that. Employee in the reception admitted that they've received complaints about that, but doesn't really help me as I spent 4 nights I the hotel and every night I was waking up at 3-4 am because of this. Obviously you could hear it during the day but doesn't bother that much as there are more noises and is somehow cover a bit the draining noise. Breakfast wasn't great quality for a 4 star hotel. Restaurant on the other side, was good. I general, I'd expect a lot more from a hotel on that category from my experience.

False advertising. They claim they are pet-friendly on their website and booking platforms. But they only accept dogs. No reason or alternative solutions (such as extra deposit) could be provided

The hotel was nice. It was comfortable and the price was reasonable. We arrived at the station and decided to stay another night then travel to the airport. It took about 1 hour to the airport. The exit of the train station is literally next to the hotel and has easy access to pull up suitcases... Super convenient. There's lots of restaurants, stores and supermarket close to the hotel, and it was a lovely walk around. The shower is nice and the bed is quite comfortable. The only part I didn't like was the pillows. They were very accommodating and offered me another, but I felt they weren't very comfortable. Overall we had a comfortable stay and highly recommend 👍👍👍

The location of this hotel is just perfect. It is literally up the ramp from the train. You are just 2 blocks from the old city of Schaffhausen. The hotel is very modern and the staff is extremely attentive. I am a Wyndham Diamond Member and was treated to a suite upgrade and given a welcome bottle of champagne with some chocolates and fruit. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. I truly give this a hotel 5 stars as a great package for business or pleasure.

One night stay for business trip.|Modern facility, with integrated pay and display parking.|Close to Schaffhausen downtown.|Not top welcoming service: long check-in procedure and, at the end, a not free room assigned. Found people inside! Never happened.|A new room as replacement was given out, but not a good business card of course.|Despite the above event, new assigned room was clean.|Not a awful stay at the end.

From the outside, the hotel is not very attractive, but inside it's very nice, modern and comfortable. Check in was a bit lagging and after a long biking day, when you just want to go to the room a take a shower, it's a bit annoying. Located near the train and the center where you can find groceries and nice restaurants.
