Vientiane Garden Boutique Hotel

This hotel has an excellent location, close to the main street, where you can walk for hours in the morning and evening if you enjoy walking. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is fine considering the price and the rooms. It has a pool, and breakfast is included. It's a basic but nutritious breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel. Honestly, for the price, location, etc., it's excellent. (The only suggestion is to clean the cobwebs!) The staff at perfect are friendly and helpful… The rooms have all the amenities. The pleasant pool in the garden has a cozy lobby where you can relax or have a beer. The hotel offers assistance with visas, etc., and has taxi contacts. I recommend it 1000%!

This villa-style hotel has a charming atmosphere, with two-story buildings arranged around a courtyard pool. It feels like the kind of resort villas that were popular a few years ago. The room was not very large but kept clean and comfortable. The bed was fresh, and amenities were well provided, including tissues, a hair dryer, and even sandals, which were handy for pool use. The security box was key-operated using the room key—simple and easy to use, which I liked. The shower had a minor issue with water leaking from the hose, but it was still usable without problems. During the day, many foreign guests were drinking beer or relaxing in the pool, while in the mornings people enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside their rooms. It’s more suited for adults who want to enjoy a resort atmosphere rather than for children. Since I was traveling alone, I didn’t use the pool, but the vibe was very nice. Breakfast was buffet style—nothing remarkable, but nothing to complain about either. The location is lively, with shops, restaurants, and even a live music venue nearby, yet the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The only inconvenience was on rainy days—you have to pass through an uncovered area to reach the front desk, which can be bothersome. Other than that, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Pool was ok but falling apart. Breakfast was ok. Very unwelcoming neighborhood. Clientele not great. Do not recommend for family. Front desk guy was nice but overcharged us 25% according to their own prices for a ride to the mall. Rooms were functional mostly. We left a day early and they did give us a refund for it so 👍🏻 there

Impossible that this hotel deserves three stars. The room was absolutely unsafe, with exposed electrical wires and broken furniture patched up with tape. Everything was dirty and poorly maintained: stained sheets, a bed completely collapsed in the middle, filthy walls, and an air conditioner leaking down the wall. The staff was cold and unwelcoming, and the overall atmosphere made us avoid using the pool despite its presence. While the location is decent and the breakfast was acceptable, these minor positives cannot compensate for the deplorable state of the hotel. It was shockingly overpriced for what it offered. Overall, a disastrous experience – avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible experience – avoid this place We had already paid through Agoda, but upon arrival the staff tried to make us pay again. The room we were given was on the ground floor, ugly and poorly maintained, with a hole in the wall. It smelled of humidity and cigarette smoke everywhere. The toilet was leaking and the overall condition of the place was just awful. We didn’t even bother asking for a refund or a different room because it felt so sketchy. We simply left. Definitely the worst hotel experience we’ve had – stay away.

I have stayed here many times and every time it has been good. Staff are really frie and courteous. Rooms are big and clean. Rooms are set into a garden and swimming pool. It is quiet at night time. Safe, kettle, fridge, water and coffee are supplied in each room. The breakfast is really good with verious choices. They have secure parking for motorcycle. Reccomended l.

I stayed here once before and was very impressed. The price was great, the room was comfortable, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. All the staff were friendly and service-minded, including the owner, who always greeted me warmly. This time, I chose to stay here again—and I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Vientiane.

This really is a garden in the middle of the city. All posted photoes are ezactly what you get. This place is the one for you, if yoy want a great breakfast a pool to chill in and be meet with a smile every morning. 5 stars is just not enough for this place. Sure its not the hilton double tree, but its also not double tree prices. At the price you pay, this is 100% value for your money.
