I rented an apartment here about 40 days ago and moved here on December 6. After I moved here, I could not look at the deficiencies in the house much because I was a little busy after moving here. What needs to be done before the tenant enters this apartment: The washing machine does not work at all, the kitchen cabinets are in a very bad unusable condition, the water flows under the water counter in the kitchen when you turn on the water, the floors are extremely dirty, the garbage bucket is very, very dirty, full of dirt, in fact, these actions are also a great disrespect and rudeness towards people, some electrical sockets do not work at home, when you open the balcony door, the blinds fall pat pat pat, the windows of the rooms are very difficult to open and close, the lower part of the counter in the bathrooms is sparingly closed. There are holes at the bottom so that insects can get out, so the problems in this apartment never end with counting, but we reported them to the rental office, they are not interested, but they do not know that I am the rightful party here and I will definitely get the service I deserve and I will win, they will be the losers, but if you don't want to deal with such nonsense, I recommend you to look for a rental apartment in better places!
