I am a fussy traveller with high standards. Spent 10 days here with my mum whilst she had surgery nearby. This hotel was great, very clean, all staff lovely and highly accommodating, going over and above. |We had a delux room, slightly on small side but excellent bathroom, comfy bed and terrace access that made a difference. |Everything you could think of available for breakfast- good quality |Great location on a flat pedestrianised street with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars,etc easy to walk to many areas within 15mins

I stayed at Hotel Kaunas for 3 nights and I have to say, I truly enjoyed it. On the first night, I had some issues with the air conditioning. I went to the reception, and they mentioned it needed to be set to 20 degrees. I'm not sure why, but I still couldn't get it to blow cold air. Fortunately, the weather wasn't hot at the time, and opening the windows helped. However, I can imagine this could be a problem during the summer.||That said, the hotel itself is very lovely—clean, in a great location, and with wonderful staff at Restaurant 55. I only had drinks there, but the service was still excellent. The room was spacious, and the cleaning service was well done. Breakfast selection is also very good. Thank you. Hope to be back again soon! :)

I love this place. I had been here twice. It's so central,everything is nearby, including all types of restaurants( pasta, steaks, burgers, pizza). The rooms are spacious with a neutral and classy design. The staff varied in age and skills, but rest assured they were all polite and trying to help. I generally just love Kaunas. Everyone is so nice, polite with good balanced manners, both men and women. They leave you alone but immediately cater to you if you ask for directions or just speak with anyone. Population is young and objectively good-looking.

The hotel is ideally situated at the end of the main avenue and easily reached from the airport via the 29G bus, which costs only 1 euro. My room was clean and comfortable and similar to what you might find in the UK in a Premier Inn or Travelodge. |Breakfast was basic, but a good enough selection. |Staff friendly and pleasant. |All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel.

This is a perfectly placed hotel in the city centre in east walking distance to most of the sites you’d want to see on a long weekend.|We booked a superior double room with access to a shared balcony looking out on to Liberty Avenue. The room was large and the bed was fantastically comfortable. |Breakfast was good with the usual choices of fruit, cereal, hot and cold buffet all of which were tasty.|Unfortunately the restaurant on the ground floor is undergoing a refurbishment during our visit so we couldn’t eat there but this will not doubt add to the hotel once it is complete. |Great stay and great room.

Fantastic staff, good layout, clean and with good food and positioned half way up the Main Street for want of a better description, good spa and fitness facilities also. Great place ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kaunas Hotel is a very professional, good and clean hotel. We came from Belarus and had a long drive and we arrived in the Middle of the night asking for a hotel room, the receptionist was very friendly and gave us a good room for ~100€/night. We slept a few hours, showered and had a very good and big all you can eat breakfast inclusive. Very very good experience here! Will definetly come back on my way to Belarus!

-staff tried their best - Hotel was under renovation (we got informed after reserving a non refundable booking), should be mentioned upfront. Pool in the spa was completely cold. We booked the Hotel because of the spa, but we could not use it with our kids
