Words cannot explain the amazing taste and flavor of this dish. My wife and I have been recently interested in trying new places and came across Viet Cuisine, It was our first time experiencing Vietnamese food and it did NOT disappoint! The service has to be some of the best I've personally experienced at any restaurant, greeted and seated within less than a minute of entering this establishment. Not to mention after we got our drinks and placed our orders, the food came out in less than 5 minutes between the two of us. The only thing I would have to say that I wasn't a fan of was the lack of space that the restaurant has in terms of seating but besides that I enjoyed my experience here today and I would highly recommend if you're ever willing to try new things! (I chose my dish based off other Google reviews so I had an idea of what I'd like ahead of time!)

Absolutely Amazing Experience! I had the Special Clay Pot and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The food alone was worth the visit, but what made the experience truly special was the chance to speak with one of the owners. You can feel the care, passion, and pride they put into everything. I’m truly thankful for such a warm and welcoming experience. Keep doing great things—I’ll definitely be back!

I always have an amazing experience at Viet Cuisine! The food is absolutely delicious, with authentic Vietnamese flavors that truly shine. I loved the chicken clay pot with brown rice—so fresh and packed with vibrant veggies! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick, even during busy times. Highly recommend this gem on Jordan Lane for anyone craving top-notch Vietnamese food in Huntsville. Went on busy day with large group. We had to wait for a table but they took our order while we waited and delivered the food to the table as we sat. Such friendly service drink is never empty. Food is flavored just right. Love the spring rolls.

One of the best recommended Asian house in Huntsville, Alabama. The price range is super friendly ranges $2 -15. You will surely never regret from all the food choices that they got in menu. It is considered as a legit Vietnamese restaurant. They never got shy away using those authentic Asian herbs. I had the vegan beef and mixed vegetables. It was packed with bold flavors that danced on my taste buds. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the vegan beef had a satisfying texture that rivaled the real thing. Great service and phenomenal food. We kept it simple today - apps were the priority because we were starved after navigating the madhouse that the local Costco is on Saturdays. Tried something new - they have an app called Chicken Taco. You might be fooled into thinking it's Mexi-Viet fusion, but you'd be wrong. Much like the Vietnamese took the French baguette and made it their own in a sandwich (Ban Mi), the Chicken Taco is reminiscent of something o ate in Saigon a few years ago but instead of a tortilla it involved a crepe. Either way it is delicious and totally Vietnamese. Their spring rolls are always top notch and spot on. Our meal consisted of Lemongrass chicken vermicelli for her and the lemongrass beef pho for me. The thing that astonished us the most is the speed in which everything was brought out from the time we ordered. It literally felt like they had read our minds and had it waiting. Needless to say, but we will be ping back. It's convenient and quick and their food is affordable as well as excellent.

The broth had a nice balance of spices and wasn't too oily. The beef was super tender, and the fresh herbs really made the flavors pop. Service was a bit slow, but the staff was nice. The restaurant is simple, nothing fancy, but clean and welcoming. Would definitely come back when I'm craving pho.

Food all were good and delicious, the service good friendly and fast. We ordered eggs rolls, wonton, meatballs pho and charbroiled pork and it was all good. Definitely come again next time when we visit the area. We went of Huntsville and on the way home to Lawrenceburg TN and stopped by this place late lunch.

The food was wonderful! I enjoyed the grilled chicken dish. We also enjoyed the lemongrass chicken with vermicelli. Service was perfect. Food was delivered quickly. We will be back!!

I came here because of the Yelp reviews. Typically I'm able to compare Vietnamese restaurants by their pho but today I was craving stir fry vegetables. I tried the vege beef with vegetables that came on a sizzling plate. I was a little hesitant because vege meats often come out too chewy or tasteless. This one was good. The vegetables consisted mostly of onions so I was a little disappointed. The sauce was good but a little too sweet and salty for my taste buds. Still I was super hungry and gobbled everything down. Service was quick and my server was nice.

I have visits twice pho lunch, and the food and service are good. They have a wide array of soups, noodle dishes, and even sandwiches. I tried the sandwich out pure curiosity, the second time I visited. I have never thought of putting stir fry on a bun, but it won't actually do well. I recommend visiting. Yes, I said pho in the first sentence on purpose.

The food was excellent!! The service was friendly and very fast. I'm from the Bay Area originally, so I'm picky when it comes to Asian food, and this place did not disappoint! Their vegan beef with vegetables was tasty!! While the dish was marked spicy, if you're used to spice, it really isn't spicy. That being said, they offer chili sauce and Sriracha at your table to adjust to your spice level preference. We also ordered some Vietnamese coffee, and that was great. Also, check by the register to see if they have their homemade fresh mochi. On the day we dined, they had a sesame and peanut mochi; we got those to go, and they were fresh and tasty!! It's definitely worth trying. I would happily dine here again!!

Fast friendly service. Great recommendations. Food was excellent and very flavorful. The restaurant was clean and surprisingly nice. Not what I expected from the exterior appearance. I was pleasantly surprised.

This was possibly the best pho I have ever had in my life! And I eat a lot of pho. The atmosphere was good, not too noisy. All the Asian waitresses that waited on us were very sweet and attentive. Kept my water glass full. If I lived here, this would be my place.

First time at this location and I can say the service is top notch! Really cute Decor in Ambiance was very relaxed. Had dinner with family, I I got the P4 ordered the chicken fried rice for son and he absolutely loved it! My husband got the chicken and vegetables with pineapple and he loves his Dish as well. The food was absolutely amazing not your typical Vietnamese food, they really make it more comforting and you can really feel the love in all the flavors. Speaking of which they have a house chili oil that is phenomenal as well. I really can't say enough about this restaurant we'll definitely be back!!

Well when you hit the five star Vietnamese place in town and it's kind of meh, that should have been a warning not to go to the 4 star Vietnamese restaurant in Huntsville. I had a wide noodle dish with pork, the noodles were undercooked, the pork came from a bin and honestly it was pretty lacking. I saw a lot of folks getting pho, so maybe that's the key. But pho is pho.

I believe Viet Cuisine began as a food truck over 10 years ago, serving primarily, if not only, Bahn mi, then opened an humble Bahn mi and boba tea store in Madison at the strip mall near the Slaughter Road/Hwy. 72 intersection. From there they moved to Jordan Lane [across the street from the current location, which is a full-sized restaurant - a former Frizzle's if I'm correct]. Wow, that's a lot of "moving and shaking" and growing for a local business. Well done, VC! I've been to the location on the east side of Jordan Lane several times now. Most, actually, all visits were at lunchtime. Each and every visit the service was fast, friendly, and efficient and the food is always consistent here. The restaurant was always clean, too! My "go to" dishes here are the lemongrass chicken and spring rolls. The prices seem very reasonable, and the portions are good, too. Thanks Viet Cuisine!

Looking for dinner close by, I pulled up Yelp and this place was showing good reviews and was a mile from our hotel. We walked in to order take-out, and almost all the tables were occupied - a good sign. I split my Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls (2 in an order), and they were fantastic. The rice paper wrapping was tight, tucked in perfectly, and it held its form nicely. Tasted great, too. The dip sauce was thicker than most, very tasty; somewhat strong, so I didn't use much. It was a perfect pairing. My Ginger Chicken was fabulous. I asked for it as mild as possible (the menu shows a hot pepper next to the description); it wasn't spicy at all and had wonderful ginger flavor. The dish came with tons of veggies mixed in - a personal fav - and lots of chicken to boot. Service was very fast and efficient, workers were pleasant, and the food was really good. Highly recommend this spot!

First time as a customer, my hubby has been for lunch but he is not very "foodie"...All I can say is ....FABULOUS!!!!! We called in the order (I know... it's not 1986 but still....) It was perfect! The food was AWESOME!!! This is my new favorite for take out! Their menu is a little confusing if you've never been there so we ended up with food for 3 days, but we are ok with that! Love love love this place. Will definitely return! Sooooooo YUMMY

First place I head to when I'm in Huntsville to get the best Vietnamese food. I love the pork fried rice and any of the Pho and Vermicelli dishes. Really very good service with food so good that I look forward to coming back here. When my son drives down to LA to visit, I ask him to get an order of pork fried rice to bring me. Yes, it is that good!

I love, love, love this restaurant! I can't travel to Huntsville without going at least once. Totally worth a trip. Fantastic service with friendly waitstaff. Delicious, fresh food every time. You must try the hot pot!

What a wonderful last minute find for us! We went to the Huntsville Botanical garden and were hungry after walking around outside. This food was delightful and staff were very friendly. I had the Beef clay pot (baked rice on bottom, beef and fresh veggies in a brown sauce) and my husband had the lemon grass chicken. We enjoyed them both so much, we ordered the same thing to take home to Nashville area as leftovers. Haha! We will definitely return when we are in the area and may make an occasional special trip down I-65 to get some special Vietnamese food! Music in restaurant is soft and soothing-almost like a spa.

First visit to this restaurant. I ordered the pan fried noodles w beef. My friend ordered the seafood pho. We both finished our dishes... not much left over. The service was fast and the employees were nice and accommodating. My sweet tea wasn't sweet to my liking but they gladly replaced it with another beverage. I can see myself coming for another visit when I'm in Huntsville again.

Flavorless soup, chewy meat and overcooked noodles. And it's not cheap. Nothing to recommend.

Pho Tai was solid & pork bahn mi was also good. Fast and friendly service. I saved my bahn me for lunch the next day and the bread was kinda hard so I used leftover pho broth to dip it in and it was amazing. Def recommend and I'll be going here again. Only thing they do I don't like is they are closed on Sundays! That's fine though it's with the wait.

I was not expecting much, considering I was in Alabama, but I had the fried rice combine with steak and chicken, and it was great. The fried wontons we're just what I expected and the service was great. I would recommend they stop playing the Six Christmas songs over and over again, even during the holiday season or diversified the playlist a little bit please - it started turning into the 110 days of Christmas....

Wow great place to eat. The food and service is amazing. It our go to place for a quick meal any time of the day.

This was my frost time here and I'd have to say overall it was excellent. I got my usual, chicken pho, egg roll, and Thai tea with boba. They did a really great job of seating people spaced out. They also were very attentive and food came out quickly! The only downside was their boba was over cooked and mushy. Everything else was great. And I only spent $16 + tip.

Service is great. I am always greeted with a smile. The food is authentic Vietnamese food. My favorite is the banh mi.

This is the best Vietnamese food I have had period. I could literally eat here seven days a week and not get sick of the food. The restaurant was packed when I arrived and there was even a few people waiting but not for long. The food here is out very fast and all the servers were very attentive. The lemongrass chicken and noodles with beef were both incredibly flavorful and seasoned very well. I would recommend this place to anyone even if you aren't that big a fan of Vietnamese food because as long as you enjoy good food you will enjoy Viet Cuisine.

Fantastic food !!! You won't be disappointed! I got rare steak beef noodle soup. The wings and both fried egg roll and spring rolls. Everything is so fresh, if dining in it was so nice to have everything on table to spice it as spicy as you want! Love the fish sauce and hot peppers! Love the Thai teas! I travel for work and this is my favorite food! They are as good as anyone in the country as well as the cleanest restaurants! Friendly staff ! Have to come again ! Wish I could take them back home with me!

Came here with the banh mi hyped up. Personally, I have never been a huge fan of these sandwiches. However, Viet Cuisine changed my mind. Something about the speed of service, that special sauce, the perfectly toasted bun, perfect ratio of ingredients, and low price really got to me. The atmosphere was also homey and welcome. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes.

We are suckers for a good Bánh mì, and thought we would give Viet Cuisine a try. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The staff was VERY attentive! They had men's and women's bathrooms with changing tables. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating on the inside. We ordered the pork Bánh mì with fried wontons with a meat filling. The Bánh mì was tasty, BUT the pork was cold to room temperature and very dry. The bread was a bit dry also that created crumbs everywhere. This put a damper on a beautiful sandwich. The wontons were crispy and tasty with a sauce that paired perfectly! If you want a great Bánh mì, this probably isn't it. There are better places in Huntsville (hint, try Airport Road) for Bánh mì. But, if you are in a pinch and close to Jordan road, give them a shot!

This is hands down the best Vietnamese food in Huntsville. It is so delicious. I eat there 1-3 times a week! Staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is very clean. If you haven't been here, give it a try. I recommend the chicken curry and spring rolls, but I've never had a bad dish.

Wished I lived here.....I would eat here at least once per week. The food is flavorful, hot and the service outstanding!! Tonight, I started with the wonton soup. So much flavor in this simple soup and loaded with delicate wontons (at least 7-8). Then on to my main course ----- beef lemongrass with steamed rice!!! Slightly spicy (I'm a bit of a wimp but this was the perfect level of spice for me) and the lemongrass gave this dish so much flavor. Portions are generous.....easily could have shared the entree between two people. This isn't my first visit (4th) and each time the service has been exceptional. Attentive but not buggy. People that live in this area are blessed to have such awesome Vietnamese food!

I have probably eaten here upwards of 30 times. It is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Huntsville. For consistency, quality, service & speed it's a great place for a convenient lunch or dinner. I like to order the veggie sandwich, veggie garden rolls, or vegetable pho. They have a little sauce bar on each table so you can adjust spiceness/flavor. The bubble teas are also very good here.

One of the top places I take my friends and family when they visit Huntsville. They are always very satisfied with the food here. I stop by regularly to get their excellent Pho and Bánh mì as well. One of the best family owned restaurants around.

Just found this awesome place a few months ago thanks to a good friend... now we can't stop eating there .. when we are in Huntsville we usually go 2-3 times a week.. also turning on other family and Friends that like it as well as we do!!!! The Food is Amazing... Spring Rolls, Clay Pots and don't forget the wonderful dessert Bingshu... yummy .. the owner and his staff are top notch. The food is always fresh and hot and they are so quick... if your looking for a great Vietnamese place look no further

While visiting Huntsville for a weekend soccer tournament we decided to try the VIET, based on the Yelp score. We had three chicken Pho and one spicy sesame Pho. The inside was quaint, clean the service was excellent and fast (perfect for a meal between games). The chicken Pho was excellent, in Taste and portion. The sesame Pho while not to our traditional Pho palate preference, it was good it was just that the sesame was a bit over powering halfway through; if you like sesame I would recommend you give this a try. The price was 33% less than we pay back home to top it off. Give this place a try if you are in the mood for Vietnamese and find yourself in Huntsville.

This restaurant is great! I came here with my boyfriend and parents - we were seated immediately without reservations. The host as well as the servers are incredibly friendly. I ordered the pho with steak and meatballs - which was delicious. It was a little heavy on noodles whereas I would have preferred more broth (but that's a personal preference). They have a good variety of options on the menu as well. The beef fried rice is also really tasty - it has a smoky flavor that's really good. The seafood clay pot is a must try! Overall delicious!

My daughter got the rare beef pho and I got the lemongrass beef. We each had an egg roll. Food was served quickly, and so delicious. The portion sizes are perfect. The restaurant was immaculate. We are only visiting Huntsville but we will go back again before we leave. I saw so many dishes I would like to try.
