Very nice vibe and interior! The food was good, the pancakes tasted a little bit burned. The meat was tasty. Friendly stuff but english was a bit challenge.

My recent visit to Vietal Kitchen in Hannover was a truly enjoyable experience. We ordered two dishes, and both were fantastic – you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the richness of the flavours. The service was friendly and incredibly efficient, with our food arriving impressively quickly. The restaurant itself has a traditional design which creates a very pleasant atmosphere; it was lively enough but certainly not too noisy, making for a comfortable dining experience. If you're in Hannover and looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, I would absolutely recommend Vietal Kitchen.

Traveling for work and being able to enjoy food from the areas I visit is a perk. This restaurant is a big perk. The starters we tried were all delicious and fresh. We could tell everything was made with care and quality. Dinner was outstanding, with fresh ingredients and spot-on flavor. We all agreed we would go again. As a treat, some street performers gave us a fun show.

Good quality & tasty ! Love the beef pho soup & duck steak. Deep fried spring rolls and Buddha rolls are all very nice, we'll visit again for sure!

A cool funky spot. They offer some unusual flavours and unique combinations, unlike other places in the neighbourhood (that are staying on a safer side). However, the prices are also higher. It is worth it - the presentation is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the food is tasty. Two starters were enough to get me pleasantly full, so feel free to start small, even though everything from the menu looks luring.

We went there with my family, and we all loved it. The dishes are delicious with a lot of vegetables, presentation was beautiful, and the atmosphere was great. The staff were all friendly. We had a great experience! Cannot recommend enough!

I ordered a season menu, ‘Beef Time’. It is with asparagus and noodles are with pepper and soy-sauce. But I had 4-5 tiny asparagus parts. The rice-noodles are a bit over cooked and the pepper flavor in noodles are way too much tastes like they added a pack of pepper. The beef was somewhat (dried) chewy. Onions were still spicy, even though they were stir-fried. I could still taste onions on my tongue when I was back home. Food balance is off, although the restaurant has a good atmosphere. My impression on other menus is fusion styles.

Very attentive and polite service, fresh ingredients, lovely prepared/served, and tasty & authentic dishes. The portions are sufficient (satisfy your hunger). All good, if only the prices would be more human and realistic. Far too expensive for what food is served and where. Don't judge a book by its cover, but the prices are truly too high. Anyhow, try it out and see if you like it.

Yelp
Came specifically for the dessert. Couldn't decide and ended up sharing three between the two of us to get to try more. All of them were absolutely delicious and I will be back to try the rest!! Also awesome - apart from one option all desserts were gluten free :)

Yelp
The first few weeks of a restaurant opening are going to be chaotic, but that didn't stop this one from making an all-in-all pretty good first impression. The vegetarian food here--if you're looking beyond a baked potato and a salad--is the best in Hannover. There, I said it. It made up for waiting an additional twenty minutes standing near the front door even though a friend had reserved a table a week ahead already. It even made up for the restaurant cramming our party of five at a tiny table for four with the fifth person having to sit very uncomfortably when the restaurant didn't have the balls to dismiss the two Asian girls at the adjacent table we needed who wouldn't leave even after they'd finished their food and paid for over an hour. The food and drinks that eventually arrived came in a very timely manner, everything was super fresh and perfectly cooked as well as attractively arranged, and we were all very happy with our meals and the service. I ordered the Dragon Bowl and there were plenty of perfectly cooked shrimps but a measly amount of rice noodles. That being said, the snap peas were perfectly pan seared on one side, the veggies were julienned to reasonable sizes, and the sauce was well seasoned. The prices are kind of steep for this restaurant with the amount of food you get, so be forewarned that the average German will not be full with just a main dish. I ordered the Buddha Rolls to supplement my meal and they were very good with seitan and a fragrant peanut dipping sauce. I tried my friend's Pagoda Schale seitan rolls and they were outstanding and tasted like the delicious food you can get at Buddhist temples in Los Angeles. My husband's Tuna It On was just too salty for my taste though, and my least favorite dish of the night along with the Sweet Sticks, which turned out to be very overpriced sweet potato fries--no, there is nothing special at all about these 10 average sized thin sticks of sweet potato that they tried to arrange into a sad little pile to be worthy of its €3.90 price tag. Beverages also average around €5 a pop. All in all, the prices are high for what you get and there are a few kinks to work out, but the quality of what you get makes up for it a little. I would go back to try the rest of the menu just because there is still so much good to be had at this trendy new joint.

Yelp
We went on a public holiday, and our server was lovely! She spent a great amount of time explaining things in her best English, gave recommendations, checked in with us throughout the meal, and all of it felt utterly genuine. The food was phenomenal - it was filling but healthy so I felt like I was eating like a queen but not destroying my body (which is just what I needed as while travelling Europe: my choices have included lots of friets!). Also great for vegetarians and vegans.

Yelp
Nice ambience and friendly stuff. Ate a big soup with noodles and beef. I got some chili, lemon and spices to arrange my own taste. Drunk a good green tea. I can recommend this restaurant. :)
