I don't know how this location only has 4 reviews. Their Bun Dau Mam Tom is top notch. Even better than the ones I had in Ho Chi Minh City.

Bun dau mam tom is delicious. The only strange thing is they dont have the usual boiled pork belly but rather some kind of cured cold cut pork belly. Still tastes good though, especially the chả cốm and dồi.

The food overall was delicious. I ordered on Grubhub for pickup and was told the restaurant only opened three days prior, on 12/04/2020. I was happy with the customer service. The Shaken Beef dish (com bo loc lac) is among the best I've had in San Leandro. This dish gets a 4.5-star rating from me, with a .5-star deduction because it was a bit too salty. The Chicken Teriyaki Garlic Noodles was good; the noodles are amazing, and the chicken was slightly above average. This dish gets a 4-star rating from me, and I would have given 5 stars if the chicken was more flavorful. San Leandro has quite a few Vietnamese restaurants, but I have found myself not liking the majority of them, rating the vast majority of them with 3-star ratings. Thus, I'm glad to see quite the contender from VietKitchen, a restaurant I will definitely revisit soon.

The food is very good here, and the inside of the restaurant is really nice. Worth checking out.
