Views Boutique Hotel & Spa

Only went to the spa so I can't speak for the hotel. The therapists were very good. The spa bathrooms are not very clean and are shared with hotel guests using the gym. They offer no beverages in the spa package at all. You have to order and pay for this yourself from the restaurant. The spa is not couple friendly. There isn't really a time together zone. I have visited many spas and I think for the price the spa needs to step it up. The views are beautiful.

This hotel is a dream! From the minute we drove up and parked there was someone waiting to open the boot and take our suitcases for us. Check in was superb and we were given a tour of the hotel and then brought to our room where our luggage was waiting for us. The restaurant was amazing! The food was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Special shout out to Christy who made our time in the restaurant so special. We will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely breathtaking hotel. Total gem on the Garden Route. The staff are absolutely incredible too. Top notch service. The restaurants makes incredible food and the spa downstairs also amazing. Don’t miss this place! 10/10 would come back again!

This hotel is fantastic- it is ultramodern and the staff are exceptional. It's main asset is its location, right on a cliff overlooking the beach. There is a chance to see whales and dolphins and the sunsets are brilliant. Eating in the restaurant when to sun is going down is superb.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights on our Garden Route drive.|We had two large suites. They were facing the sea/beach and beautifully decorated. |The hotel was very quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and chatty. |The restaurant has recently launched a new menu and, although the food is excellent, there are some improvements to be made in terms of the wait for food (at least 45 mins st breakfast) and the accuracy of orders (incorrect dishes served, items missing from meals or anchovies served when these were asked to be removed!) We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and had issues with all three meals despite there being no other/very few people in the restaurant when ordering on all three occasions. We saw the staff having daily meetings, however our experience clearly wasnt shared as the manager at breakfast proudly came over to hear all about our wonderful stay. Unfortunately we had to point out the issues we experienced. |I treated my two daughters to spa treatments during our stay which they thoroughly enjoyed.

One of our most memorable hotel experiences – everything was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist team welcomed us warmly and even surprised us with a room upgrade. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The restaurant team was just as amazing, offering exceptional service and making each meal a pleasure. I absolutely loved the hotel, and even more so, the wonderful people who work there. I would return to South Africa just to stay here again. 💜💜💜

We went for a spa treatment at the hotel (weren't staying there). Stunning ocean backdrop, unique mosaic motive heated pool, nice amenities (sauna, showers, heated pool) and good quality treatments (we had the back massage and mini pedicure). Highly recommended 👌

Love the stunning views at The Views Spa & Hotel! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. What I really appreciate is that locals are invited to enjoy the hotel too—it creates such a wonderful community atmosphere and makes it the perfect spot to hang out. Whether it’s having family stay over, enjoying the beautiful spa and fitness center, or simply relaxing in the fabulous facilities, this hotel really is an all-rounder. A gem on the Garden Route!
