Vignoble Le Cep d'Argent

Fantastic sparkling wines and a beautiful vineyard. Definitely worth visiting! Met the owner Jean-Paul who was very knowledgeable and passionate about wine making. A 6th generation winemaker from champagne France he really knows his product and the wine industry.

It was very good. Everyone who served us was very attentive and friendly. The lady who attended us was very attentive and we were very grateful that she took the time to explain each wine to us, besides my parents only speak Spanish, the lady was very condescending trying to say words in Spanish. We had the experience of 15 coupons, excellent wines. The man who served us the wine was very nice and cheerful. Last but not least the brothers, what nice people! We loved it! A thousand and thousand thanks!

We paid 15 dollars for testing different wines and we got a glass too. We couldn’t have a tour because we couldn’t stay more. In general it was a good experience to be there. We went walking through the grape garden. We bought 2 bottles of wine.

This was the first winery where we experienced a coupon system which we did not care for. The tables were plastic and could have been replaced for something a little more sturdy.

Great for wine teasting activity! Very friendly staff, best ice wine I've ever tasted! We'll be coming back soon!

Amazing service, delicious wines (favs were Fleur de Lys and both fortified wines), beautiful winery! Definitely recommended and would come back. Next time I'd bring my lunch and have a picnic (they have tables in the field).

Wow! What a great find on a new quick drive up to Canada. Each coupon is $1 CAD and they take credit cards. You buy the coupon in the front of the store. You also buy a glass for $5 CAD which you get to keep. The wine tastes range from 1 coupon to 4 coupons. I loved their white wine - the Cep d'Argent Vin Blanc Sec. I believe that this wine is their best seller! Extra coupons can be used towards bottle purchases. Bottles start at $18 CAD. Excellent service as well. Would recommend!

We were doing a food tour of the Eastern Townships and Vignoble was on my list to check out. We love vineyards, local farms, and ALCOHOL so it was a no brainer. Not far off I-55/ I-10 (15 min) this country farm offers wine tastings ($4.00) as well as a an education on wine making. We were there on a quiet summer weekday afternoon and it was just that, quiet and beautiful country. The 6 samplings of the wine tasting was fun and we were happy to pick up a few bottles to bring home to try with a fine homemade meal.

We saw a sign on the highway for a winery, so we followed the sign. We were there in few minutes. The place is funny - it's got this whole medieval theme and a function room. It's slightly tacky, but it's really cute. I didn't have high hopes for the wine, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good each of the ones were that we tried and ended up purchasing a few of them. I would definitely recommend stopping into this place if it's on your way. They also had some pate that was locally made and we just sampled it last night it was sooo good.
