I read many amazing reviews on this place, so when I was in the area I stopped in and brought co-workers. We all tried a version of their Valhalla burger, which are their “stuffed” burgers, made in several different versions. I like spicy, so I ordered their Helheim and prior to committing to it, I asked a bunch of questions about the spice level and what their Spitfire sauce was all about. The guy working the counter was very helpful and friendly, he even went and got me a sample of their Spitfire sauce to try. It had amazing flavor, but it was HOT! I can handle lots of heat and this sauce was hot immediately and then stayed that way about 30 seconds and then got doubly hot! (I’m sweating right now thinking about the experience while I type this!). I asked him to put just a little bit of the sauce in the burger meat when they made it. He did warn us that this series (the Valhalla) of burger can take 15 – 20 minutes to make and he was right, I think we waited about 20 minutes. Once the food came out it all looked and smelled amazing! I immediately cut into the burger to see what the inside looked like and it was not only packed very nicely to ensure I got good flavor in each bite, but the doneness (temperature) of the meat itself was spot on! The bun was amazing, held together perfectly and tasted great! Nothing I’ve ever had before, I’m assuming from a local or special baker, or made for them. Their onion rings were great too. Overall, excellent all the way around… Highly suggest coming in to try their amazing burgers!

Viking Burger blew us away on our first visit! We tried two of their stuffed burgers recommended by the staff – one stuffed with mac and cheese and the other with jalapenos and peppers. Both were absolutely fantastic – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend! Shanon & Jeremy Johnson, Journey Home Realty, LLC | eXp Realty

Google
Quiet and quaint little spot. The guys running the place are very kind and have a fun schtick. He informed us the stuffed burgers would take about ~20 minutes as they’re made to order and made well. Boy was he correct. This burger nearly made me shed a tear. I got the Jana. Cooked wonderfully, THICK, and juices were oozing wonderfully. My first bite had a great cheese pull, and everything was seasoned perfectly. We also got the onion rings and fries, both seasoned wonderfully and CRISPY. No limp or soggy fries here! I will definitely be back. When you imagine your craving for a big juicy burger, this is the spot.

Really lovely local spot! Fantastic food and atmosphere. Owner is really kind and friendly! A definite recommend for any burger fan.

Google
Went for the first time during a weekday lunch. Viking Burger is tucked away just off Jefferson and easy to get to. We ordered the Muspelheim and Freya burgers with onion rings, and the food was great—juicy, flavorful, and well-prepared. The only downside was the oddly quiet atmosphere, with no music or background noise. Overall, a solid spot for a tasty burger, just could use a little more ambiance!

Google
First time visiting with my dad after a dr appt. He had a taste for a burger so to google I went. Found this place and reviews were good so I thought we’d try it out. Ohhhhhh goodness, the food was AMAZING and the service is A1. We got the All Things special. Must visit!!!!!

Google
Guy behind the counter was also the cook. Dude was hustling running back and forth. Super friendly too. Food was awesome. Got two of the specials ($11 for a burger, fries, and drink), wings and a kids meal. Everything was made fresh. Viking sauce (chili) was great. Probably about 6-8 tables if you want to sit and eat. There are a ton of places to eat in the area and this place was rated was higher than all of them and for good reason. Definitely stop here for a bite.

Google
I absolutely love burgers, and I have to say, Viking Burger in Newport News is a must-visit! The quality of the food and service are outstanding. Everything is handmade, and the taste of their burgers is truly unmatched. The people in this town are lucky to have such a fantastic spot. Highly recommend it to everyone!”

Yelp
Folks a quick update from our Oct 2025 visit. OUTSTANDING again. Just to add to other great experiences. Everything was perfect. Even the toppings were fresh. Crisp lettuce and wonderful tomato. The fries were nice. Not that soggy crap that you get from some places that don't change the oil enough. The staff very very friendly. Go and enjoy yourself. Stay out of the chain joints. Those place have nothing in the joint.

Yelp
I've heard about Viking Burger for years from friends, but I rarely get down this way. But today is Hobbit Day and we're celebrating our anniversary, so an adventure seemed appropriate! They have a pretty extensive menu for a burger joint, with nine Valhallas (stuffed burgers), almost 2 dozen signature sandwiches (think patty melts), several regular burgers, hotdogs, and several sides including onion rings (they were out today), tots, several iterations of fries, and nachos. I ordered the Jana - a Valhalla stuffed with Swiss and Muenster cheeses and mushrooms, topped with a fried egg and "Viking Sauce," a sort of chili or meat sauce that seems to be made from turkey. It's huge- I practically had to unhinge my jaw like the Midgard Serpent to bite it! This is a $15 burger and it is well worth it. Understand that when they say "stuffed burger," it's basically two burgers with the stuffing squashed between them on a nice, big bun. I may not need to eat again today. My Bride got the Frigga sandwich - a beef patty with bacon, caramelized onion, Gouda cheese and grilled pineapple tidbits. At $11.50, it's reasonably priced, and must have been good- she wolfed it down like it was Tyr's hand. We opted for combos so we both got tater tots crispy enough to do ASMR videos with and drinks- they have both fountain and bottled drinks available. We had one of each. With Newport News' exorbitant meals tax, lunch came to $46 before tip. I'm not even mad about it- it was worth every penny. An excellent meal with some great customer service. I'm not likely to make the hour drive just to eat here, but I will certainly be back anytime I'm in town already and need to slay my hunger Viking style!

Yelp
Our family has an issue with going a second time to restaurants, because they tend to not be as good...but yesterday (11/15/25), we went to Viking Burger a second time...excellent! Just like the first time! We all ordered Ragnar burgers with fries and a drink, their special. The owners young son was there helping out asking if we wanted more soda or condiments. We especially like the hamburger rolls, nothing we've had anywhere else. The prices are very reasonable as well, and the service is top shelf!

Yelp
This is what I'm talking about when it comes to burgers! I mean golly. The flavors. The greatness. The cheese. The heart attack! Wow. I'm so happy going here because vikings are cool and their menu is based on that ! Small little place with a lot of flavor. Got the Muspelheim- spicy, juicy, thicc. SOLID 5/5

Yelp
This app just makes for the worst creation of expectations. This place has great reviews but theres nothing special abt it. Yeah the food doesn't suck but at the same time is not a 5 star restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely GREAT burger! Fresh ingredients and toppings. Made to order. I had one of their stuffed burgers and it was awesome! Thus is not a fast food restaurant so your burger will be made when you order it. Worth the wait! Come in!

Yelp
Have been wanting to try this place for a while now and finally took the opportunity. It's tucked into a strip plaza, and doesn't really have a lot of seating, but the place wasn't crowded when we arrived. It was pretty warm inside so the AC might have been down. It took the person a few minutes to get to us. We ordered our food, and got the combo but the drink situation is slim pickings if you don't want a fountain drink. The burgers are made to order and so there is a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. My husband and I ordered the Muspelheim which is one of their stuffed burgers. Stuffed with jalapeño's, onions, mushrooms, and ghost pepper cheese topped with an onion ring, cheese sauce and Viking sauce. The burger was about as big as a baseball and packed with flavor (a little messy to eat). My oldest ordered the Timoch which was stuffed with Mac and cheese and topped with lots of bacon. My youngest ordered the Odin which was topped with an onion ring and cheese and Viking sauce. My husband also got the Ragnarok which was a combo of tots, fries and onion rings topped with everything but the kitchen sink. There helping was very generous and everyone raved about their burger and we will definitely be back!

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
My husband and I searched on Yelp for a quick place to grab lunch while visiting Newport News. We came across Viking Burger and it did not disappoint! We disappointed ourselves by not ordering a "stuffed Valhalla". The burgers were made to order fresh and delicious! Would return in a heartbeat!

Harrison R.

Yelp
Excellent Burgers, Stuffed Burgers aren't something I've seen before but they taste awesome.

Yelp
It looks like the ownership has changed and not for the better. The food was okay but I don't think the guy who took my order understood the simple modification I was asking for - substitute the onion ring that came on the burger and just get a few more fries instead. The burger initially came out with no onion ring (great!) but no sauce either so I got up to ask for sauce and saw the guy was coming out of the kitchen with the onion ring that i didn't want and a bottle of sauce which he put on my burger as i awkwardly watched. When I initially walked in, there were three other parties who were waiting for their orders - no one had food. It's weird to walk into a restaurant where no one is eating. Out of the four parties, I received my burger second, and I kinda felt bad. I asked the other patrons how long they had been waiting, and they said 15 minutes, which is the time they were quoted for their stuffed burgers (mine was only 10-12, as it wasn't stuffed); their burgers came out soon after so I didn't have to feel bad anymore. Also there was 0 ambiance - at least turn on the radio or something.

Yelp
I have came here once before and the burger was so good I had to come back and try it again with my husband being his first time he loved his Viking burger with a fired egg hard and barbecue sauce and provolone cheese it was so good he ordered another to go . Walking in to the restaurant make me feel the ambience of a Viking . The service is great they are very welcoming helpful with refills and also helping us decide on a good burger to dig into . Definitely a good spot if you are a burger person .

Yelp
This place has good burgers & dogs. Everything is viking themed with viking decor throughout the small restaurant. Friendly staff. I can't really speak to the location as it was my first time in this town. I was here for a concert. It is located in a strip plaza of some sort. It was busy when I went for take out and dine-in on a Thursday. We got the Ragnar Double Burger, a chili dog (hot dog with viking sauce), and some tots. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.
google avatar

Vanessa S.

Yelp
The burgers were just good. The price was definitely up there for what it's really worth. Yeah it was good but that's it. The service was actually not that good either. They saw me come in but she kinda looked like she didn't want to help me and then she headed back to the kitchen without acknowledging me. Overall it was a pretty ok spot.

Yelp
So this unassuming storefront of burger Nirvana is right off the main drag of Jefferson Ave. As I pulled into the parking lot the aroma of grilled onions and meat sizzling. With the decor of posters and nautical decor to my understanding this is the smaller of two venues you order your version of a burger type then decide if you desire fries, onion rings or tots and a drink. The host was very patience with this 8 person celebratory bunch of diners. Now we ordered a lot of food, The Baldor,Vikingdog to a patty melt my big let down was the fresh cut fries seemed a little thin and greasy but the onion rings were spot on as well as the tater tots real great hospitality and attentive service a lil pricey because most items are ala carte but the burger were ok be the judge for yourself

Yelp
The people here are amazing and the food was to die for 10/10 would recommend and super cool art good atmosphere

Yelp
Someone took me for a birthday lunch. I chose the location for a first time visit. They have a very extensive menu. The burgers we both had were ok, we finished them but dont think I would return to have again. The fries were overly browned on the outside but partially raw on the inside, so very unpleasant to eat. The dining area is small and clean about 4 tables and surrounded in art befitting of the theme. The experuence wasnt a wow.

Erica C.

Yelp
The Valhalla burgers are literally the bomb! The service was super friendly. Free refills on fountain drinks and the best crunchy tater tots I've ever eaten! People commented on the price, but the quality of the meat and the quantity is well worth the burger splurge. Nothing ho hum about the flavors. Stuffed with Mac n cheese, chorizo and so much more. Definitely treat yourself. Worth the wait while being prepared fresh. We will definitely return.

Yelp
Stopped by because of ratings. Glad we came. Friendly staff, great Viking ambiance, and I love their Viking menu theme!!

Yelp
This is a must go-to for your burger needs! Viking has been on my radar for a while and finally had the chance to stop by, and it lived up to the hype! First off excellent customer service. The guy behind the counter answered all of our questions as well as brought out samples of two of their sauces for my husband to try to see how spicy they were. My husband got the Valhalla burger stuffed with pepper jack cheese, jalapeños and had the spicy sauce all over it. It hit his spice palette and he ate the whole thing. Also got their fries. Very good fresh cut fries! I got a single patty with American cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato and pickle! It hit the spot and was delicious. Tried my combo with onion rings and they were good but I just didn't prefer the seasoning they used on them. Will be back to try more of their Viking burgers!

S M.

Yelp
Hole in the wall type place. Delicious food and nice people. I got the Alf with no ranch and my husband got the angry Odin and a Viking hot dog and we shared some tots and fried Oreos and it was all super yummy! For sure recommend and will be a new spot! Also decent prices in my opinion
google avatar

Yelp
The Viking burger was really delicious, but it was a little pricey. But I would recommend if you are looking for a good burger to eat.
google avatar

Yelp
My friend and I came to this place after work since it seemed good and we felt like burgers. What really intrigued me about this place was how they put food inside of the burgers so I opted for the Mac and cheese and pulled pork inside. Wow was it amazing. Plus an egg on top. Definitely was a big burger and it was falling apart but still delicious. The fries were good but nothing special. Overall the meal was good and the service was very friendly. It did take a little for the food to come out but knew it was really fresh (burger came right off of the stove). The ambience was nice with fun Viking decorations. Though a bit pricey, I would come again to try something else.

Yelp
Service ruined my feelings of the food in general by how a service mistake was "corrected". I paid for a standard double Ragnar burger. No additions or subtractions. I got home took two bites and realized it was a single. I returned to the restaurant 10 miles during holiday traffic Zero words. No apologies just handed me my bag. I got home. They just cooked an additional patty and jammed it on my burger. The picture tells the story They even had the slack, horrible, hubris to reuse the wrapper. I received a clump of burger that was the least appealing burger I have ever received I thought this would be a local spot that we could support but they showed me what a local restaurant that has no controls no criteria about customer service truly is This is incident may have a silver lining, I am spared the indignity of buying $11.09 for two pre fab burger patties and getting whatever they choose to put in my bag.

Stephanie N.

Yelp
Did not seem at all special except they offer chilli on your burger. Which I'm not a fan of chilli at all. So to each its own. The workers were cool, but I just would never go back there for a burger.
google avatar

Anye S.

Yelp
Stopped by on our way through town. They weren't busy at 1 pm on Saturday but the ihop was. What is wrong with people? I had the managers special "patty melt" which was only almost a patty melt, as it used Texas Toast and not rye, but otherwise hit the spot. Hubby had a bun burger that had the same meat, cheese, and grilled onions as well as fries. The fries are fresh cut but we're still crisp which was nice. Service was friendly and the food was prepared pretty quickly. There are a handful of tables so we dined in. Each individual patty is thin, so a double is not unreasonable. I was very very full after just a patty melt and one fry. We would come back if we got hungry on a road trip through here again, for sure.

Mathew P.

Yelp
Fantastic burgers. I recommend one of the stuffed burger and Viking fries. Great service as well!

Reese L.

Yelp
Great food and great service! The food came out hot and fast and when the server came out he offered me a chair when I was sitting halfway off the booth with all of my buddies! 10/10 would come back

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem and definitely more than meets the eye. A golden light shining and standing out among a sloppy mess of food joints that claim to have tasty burgers. Look no further. Greatness & unbelievable taste awaits your face hole! I was granted the glory of consuming a double flavor patty blast in between two golden buns. Onions, pickles, and some sauce that hit like a millennial in a mosh pit. Behold!!! The ODIN BURGER! Assisting like a tag team partner in a cage match, the fries! Seasoned perfectly like the weather in San Diego, hiding in a brown paper bag like a crackhead in a dirty street corner, it jumps out and steals all of your will power to stop consuming the flavor blasted potato sticks. Brought to you by alien tree folks with unnatural powers, they require no assistance (sauce). I definitely enjoyed my visit here and I'm looking forward to the attempt to attack the VALHALLA one day. Like a satisfying fireball to the face, I'm sure I will not be let down. So go in, prepare your army (your mouth & stomach) and March onward to the glory that awaits behind these doors!

Yelp
My first time here, I got the Alf burger and added fries and drink for extra $5. The burger tasted good, the toppings complimented each other well, however the burger was a bit small for the price $10. I wasn't a fan of the fries at all, they had a weird taste to them and were also very greasy and hard
google avatar

Nicholas B.

Yelp
Viking burger has some of the best burgers I have ever had. The price is perfect for the great selection they have. If you like spicy food and a great menu this is the spot to go.
google avatar

Michaela S.

Yelp
Are you in need of a tasty, filling burger? Tired of the bougie "craft" burgers that cost an arm and a leg and fail to deliver any real flavor? Then Great Thor you need to put an order in at Viking Burger! Any time I get a serious burger craving, this place is now at the top of my list. Last weekend, I needed a burger fix so I ordered through Grubhub to have one delivered. Looks like they've moved locations somewhat recently pre-shut-down, so I can't comment on the new digs. Just on the food that arrived at my door in a timely fashion. I ordered the Orkahauger, which is basically a bacon, mushroom, onion and swiss burger. Perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious. I savored every single bite. I also ordered a side of fries, and those were not so great. Can't remember if I'd forgotten that, or if there's something new on the block - but totally not my style. They are more the hand cut, mushy style of fries rather than crispy. So if that's your jam, you'll dig it. Overall, this is THE burger place if you want flavor, value, and ultimately deliciousness.

Yelp
I found this place on yelp and was not disappointed. The serive was great and was only topped by the food. The burger was amazing. The fries were great. This local spot is a must try, you will not regret it.

Yelp
Well here is my review of Viking Burger, it's a small spot. Was kinda of expecting a bit more because the name is Viking Burger, you know when you think Viking you think large and loud lol! I was expecting statues of Thor, Odin etc lol, but don't let that discourage you from going. Our burgers were flavorful and juicy. We both got the Odin and it was good. So give it a shot, now don't go thinking you're going to be transported to Valhalla lol! But before I go I would like to give a shout out to our server, poor thing lost her voice but she was a trooper in making sure all the customers were cared for.
google avatar

Melissa D.

Yelp
The menu is overwhelming so take time to read it instead of just ordering a reg hamburger. You are there for the food, not the ambiance. Ask for an ice tea refill. I guess I should have ask for ice also. Room temp tea, no thank you.
google avatar

Darrel J.

Yelp
Burgers are pretty small for a place with Viking in the name . Tots are good , chili is good . Service is good. Just small burgers , even if you pile chili cheese on em Burgers are good tho

Yelp
Ooooh this is a great little burger spot! We made the trip up from VB after a coworker's recommendation and boy was it worth it. Currently due to the pandemic, inside dining appears to be closed. They were pretty busy but masks are currently required and patrons were spacing out and waiting outside as necessary. We placed an order at the counter, and did have to wait a little over half an hour for the food to be ready. They have an online ordering system through their website, and I would highly recommend doing that, even if you plan on eating there at one of their 4 outside tables spaced along the shopping strip. That being said, the wait was absolutely worth it. For our first visit I wanted to keep it simple, so went with a single Thor burger which is a cheeseburger + grilled onions. I added Lettuce, Pickle, Tomato, and Mayo. They have burgers that get far crazier than this, including a build your own stuffed burger!!! The simple burger, however, was wonderful on its own. Tender and juicy, placed on a high quality roll with fresh toppings, salty American cheese... every aspect balanced out perfectly. I was worried the bun would overwhelm the single patty, but it wasn't an issue! My husband got the double Odin, which has two Torcs (onion rings), cheese, and pickles. He really enjoyed it, and was absolutely in love with the onion rings. We got a side of onion rings as well, and while they had really great seasoning and he loved them, I wished they were a little bit crispier. I think I had seen older pictures of the thicker, darker rings, and was expecting that type of breading. The Viking Fries were pretty much everything I could want out of chili cheese fries. The "Viking sauce" has finely minced meat and is seasoned so well- salty and ever so slightly spicy, without being overwhelmingly so. Combining that with the cheese sauce on the thick, fresh cut fries: A+. I was thinking we would not finish the whole thing after ordering both these and the Torcs, but we absolutely did. No regrets.

Yelp
Went here for the first time at about 8 pm tonight and was surprised it wasn't packed! I told the server (I believe his name was Dee) that it was my first time here and that I came because this place had very good yelp reviews. Dee was very helpful and went over the entire menu with me, which is rare nowadays but very appreciated! My wife and I got A Viking burger, Viking dog, and Astrid burger and fries and let me tell yall, this place is fantastic. Quality food for the price and the employees are very informative on the restaurant and are pleasant to talk to. Will be back again

Yelp
It's been a while since I put together a review so why not?! Long story short, Viking Burger has been around in Newport News for a couple of years where they set up shop off Warwick Blvd until relocating to a bigger area where Aago used to run before moving across from CNU a year ago. Thankfully this restaurant is still operating during the COVID-19 pandemic, but only for takeout and delivery. Since I live less than 5 minutes away, I've been ordering lunch from here while I'm working remotely for my job the past 7 weeks (and safely I might add). For this occasion, I ordered the Thorfinn which consists of two patties, Swiss cheese, thick bacon, one Torc (their onion rings) and BBQ sauce as part of the Torc combo. My girlfriend ordered the Odin Torc combo. Overall, the meal was pretty good. The burger, as usual, was very filling. Also, thick bacon.....who can ask for more??? And being a Swiss guy, it added a nice taste. I would've preferred to have some more BBQ sauce on my sandwich, but at least it wasn't messy. The only slight negative I would have to my meal would be the Torcs. I love onion rings and every time I ordered here, they would be crunchy. Even though this bunch was good, they were overdone and tasted of a lot of grease. I'll cut them some slack since there were times they were out of torcs (probably due to lack of food supply during the pandemic). But overall, a nice lunch. #SupportLocalBusinesses

Yelp
Burger was meh. fries were soggy and not cooked all the way. Service was mediocre. took a while to get refills. I wouldn't mind coming back to try something different as the photos look good in other reviews, maybe what i ordered just wasn't it that day. I had the ragnarok fries (don't recommend).

Gregory G.

Yelp
Great service, great food. Owner was amazing and gave us a military discount and free dessert.

Yelp
If you are looking for a good tasting, great value for your money burger, this is the place. There are a lot of great burger choices. I ordered the Valhalla burger. It was delicious. I was going to post a pic, but the burger was gone before I remembered to take a pic. Lol!! Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Pretty great burger and onion rings. They have decent service but nothing is outstanding IMHO. It was by far the best burger I had in the Newport News area. I was there for a business trip and saw the reviews of this place and decided to give it a whirl. The staff while friendly, did not fully know what was going on. Perhaps I had a new order taker. None the less, she was friendly. The food on the other hand was great. The Thorfinn was a wonderful burger. I mean who doesnt like cheese meat lettuce pickles and onion rings? Ummmmm duh its a winning combo and if you use the right cheese that is properly melted with quality meat and veggies on a tasty bun, you cant miss... in this case, they didnt miss at all but nailed it right on the money. I did think it was a bit pricey, but yeah I will go back next time I am in town... If you are planning to eat there, they have very limited seating and the honestly the seats/tables were in need of an upgrade. But lets be honest, the food is the most important part of this joint.

Yelp
Master of Puppets by Metallica played in the kitchen as they prepared my epic burger. A burger filled with PULLED PORK and Mac n Cheese. A slow tear falls from my face remembering that burger as I write this. Sad Bc I can't have it rn. All story telling aside, the burger was awesome. Worthy on its own for the 4 star. I believe it was called the Viking burger, not sure. Not originally part of the burger, I added lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles at no extra charge. Those veggies are a bare minimum to good burger in my opinion. The lady taking my order was funny. She also told the burger would take about 15 minutes to make. Understandable with what was in it. Not a fan of the grease skinny fries, it might be for some people just not me. They cost extra but a lot places do the same. I wasn't fan on the strawberry ice cream I got either.

Yelp
This was an over priced product for the amount of food you get. $38.00 for two burgers. It's a ripoff. I have two burgers for 10.99 not sure how that totals up to 33 bucks. After we were served we asked for a side and the server gave a look of pure disgust. People notice this. I did the food was ok it was not the best. You should work on your recipe itemization it is not well designed. Not coming back. To expansive for what you get.

Yelp
We had to check this place out on a Facebook recommendation. It was so good. It is a small spot with only a handful of tables, but the flavors pack a punch and people kept coming in. They have stuffed burgers and great flavors. You can build your own or go on their burger menu items. Good luck pronouncing them, but worth every bite!! They have a daily special, manager special and staff pick. We tried their steak cheese egg rolls and each had a different burger! The classic Odin, double. A spicy one and one staff pick. We will be back again! You must check it out!

Yelp
The Valhalla burger line is something epic like an episode of Vikings! Stuffed with cheeses or peppers or pretty much whatever you want, the burgers are hearty, delicious and fill up little Marauders or Mountain Sized Beserkers alike! Friendly staff and a cozy neighborhood setting make this a must-visit burger joint in the Hampton Roads area!

Yelp
The burgers are fresh and hot. I honestly would recommend any of them as the ingredients are fresh and they take care to use quality products. Be aware of planning to sit down to eat, the area is SMALL. Plan accordingly. While the food takes time to get to you, remember it is freshly made at order. The wait is worth it. The staff has always meant well but has at times been flaky honestly. First time I went, they lost my order while I was waiting after i ordered in person and the last time I got onion rings instead of tots and I was tired of waiting so just ate them instead. All good through. I will go again as the burgers are worth it!

Yelp
Most expensive tater tots around. Quality of beef has gone down over the last few years.
