Viktoria Hotell & Konferens

Just stayed 2 nights. The young woman on reception was very friendly and helpful. Even had free bikes which we rode the 5 kms to downtown. Uppsalla is very bike friendly and there are bike paths everywhere. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was included in the rate and was average but made it economical in very expensive Sweden. The hotel is huge but had very few guests. It is on the edge of town with easy access to the highway. No charge for parking. Would definitely recommend.

This is the first English language review of this hotel, and I hope people read it. The location seems to have been the reason for one person to give the hotel a poor rating. If you look at map, you will immediately see that this location is not in the downtown area (and for 995 SK do you really expect downtown?). The Viktoria is clean, modern, well-maintained, has a full kitchen for guests which offers tea, coffee, cookies, amd fresh fruit 24 hours a day. The staff is very responsive, kind, helpful and their English is very good. A dinner buffet, included in the price, was generous, and consisted of roast beef, salads, veggies, bulgar, cole slaw, lox, rhe usual breads, and I'm sure I forgot a few things. I am sure breakfast tomorrow morning will be terrific. The hotel is next to a fire house and much of the old equipment is on display here. In addition, paintings from around the area adorn the walls. There are not enough kind words to say about this hotel. Give it a try. You will not be sorry.

was aware that hotel is remoted from city center, but not expect that it’s in middle of fields literally :). ||Service is handy, rooms are ok and clean and some mini kitchen available as well. Very good and tasty breakfast.||Summary very fine as for Conference purpose, but if you are just on business and overnight is needed - look on better locations. If traveling by car - then is fine, parking is on site.||Airport is approachable by bus within ~25 min and stop in walking distance, so its fine as well.

The hotel is a bit far from the center know if you are without a car would not recommend it. For the rest of the structure is very comfortable and clean, the rooms were large as well as the beds, wifi great, there is a small gym available and the food is great and plentiful. I found myself really well. Do not underestimate that the price is really good compared to the other hotels in the area.

A good place to sleep for the night at a reasonable price. Place was clean. Dinner and breakfast were good. Nothing wrong. Nothing to brag about. In my view the place was average..... Remember, half the world is above average and half the world is below average. Viktoria is in the middle in my view.

The rooms are neat and clean. The food of the restaurant is just amazing never ate this good food in any hotel. Customer support is great as they were very helpful shared some good points to visit. Overall great place.

Visited for a quick lunch, three different choices was on the days menu. With a small but fresh salads bar. All in all a very nice lunch. The food was very good.

I warmly recommend to stay at Viktoria Hotell and Konferens, the food is really great and the rooms are comfortable. Perfect for conferences or private visits. It is also very close to Arlanda Airport.
