This was a very convenient hotel in an expensive area, so did the trick for one night but would not have wanted to stay here longer.||On the positive side if you are driving there is plenty of space to park, the staff are super nice and friendly and it's very close to the lake and also to the Bled Union bus stop which takes you to Lesce Bled station. On arrival I walked from Bled Jezero but it was a really good walk, especially with a heavy bag, albeit a wheely one, so wouldn't recommend that.||The room was nice and big and with a decent balcony, but the room itself was very threadbare, esp the bathroom which has missing shelves and fittings hanging off the wall. The shower was hand held which I haven't seen for years :)||As I said the staff were great and didn't make a fuss when I knocked a painting off the wall with my bag which then fell down the stairs ! and also were very accommodating in leaving my bag after check out.||Breakfast was OK, pretty basic nothing special but filled me up at the start of the day.||One odd thing is they only accept cash, but there are lots of ATMs around closer to the lake.

I put two stars as this hotel should have. Don’t’ go to this hotel!! It is apparently a 4-star hotel but except on the wall in front of the hotel, you feel them only when you’re hit by the very old style of the hotel. The room was not clean, I found chips near the bed. It could be a gift but in this case, directly put it on the table or the bed as usual in a standard hotel The bathroom was a « mushroom room », you could probably create your own business by selling all the moisture on the wall. The curtains are so thin that they could be used for cigarettes. With the sun rising at 6AM, I hope you didn’t spend all your night at the casino, else your night will be short… Did you ever see « The Shining »? It will appear like a very bad remake! You will feel the same heavy atmosphere with a noisy floor and heavy decorations. Fortunately, there is no lift so you will see no blood in the hotel. Fortunately as well, there is no maze and nobody ran me after with an axe. The very old style hotel looks similar to a two-star hotel near my home and the owners are 80yo. This hotel hasn’t been renew for probably the time of the Yugoslavia. They don’t accept credit card but no worries, they moved from Slovenian tolar to euros! It was clearly my worst experience in Slovenia of all my vacations. I strongly recommend to not go to this hotel and prefer another one maybe further to the lake, you will save time! This hotel is a shame for all other (very) good Slovenian hotels and moreover for the pretty city and lake of Bled. Good luck if you go to this hotel!

The room had a weird smell, the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain had mold on it and there was thick limescale in the bathtub, and on the window especially. I can only hope they changed the sheets... Always look under your bed.. definetely not a 4 star hotel. The location is fine and the breakfast was alright, but the coffee had zero taste.

It is a nice small hotel with familiar atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but good. They had free parking for cars and the front desk was working 24 hours. Of course you cannot expect a five star hotel for that price, but it fulfilled our expections.

The staff here are lovely and helpful, willing to do early check ins. Parking on site is very useful, since the hotel is very close to the center of activities, the lake, and is reasonably priced for the location. One caveat: the family room was awful cramped and hard to spend much time in. But what does that matter? You should be outside anyways.

Comfortable quite hotel in downtown Bled. 🏰🏨 Large rooms with quality beds. 🛌 Welcoming hotel staff even late check-in after midnight possible. ⏰ Early breakfast 🧇 with rich buffet and fresh coffee. ☕️ Hotel staff very friendly and smiling. 😃 A serene place to enjoy Bled and its surroundings. 👍🏻

I wish I had read the reviews before choosing that “hotel” as I usually do. This place is not that bad but definitely not 4 stars! It’s not even 3. 😞 I booked a room for 7 nights and I am a bit disappointed with spending my money. The place is generally very old and smelly. Rooms seemed to be clean though. Don’t expect delicious breakfast every morning. If you are a breakfast person like I am, you will be disappointed. You will get the same thing every day. Eggs, ham, some cheese and some other stuff- very simple like yogurt and cereal if you wish to eat something sweet. Every day the same. On the website I found information that an iron and toiletries are included. I obviously brought my own toiletries, but it should be included as it says on their website! I could not even wash my hands with any soap in their bathroom unless I have my own, because there was none. After a few days I had to ask to bring a toilet paper to my room.. no one really bothered to bring some, even a cleaning person while cleaning the room. Another thing is a WiFi- it’s a disaster. If you come from a different country and have internet limit on your phone then just keep that in mind a WiFi is a disaster here. Rooms are located one next to each other that you can hear your neighbors so well that unfortunately I had problem to sleep at night until I bought earplugs. Walls are also very thin. The hotel was definitely overpriced for its standard unless they have better deals for more people. I traveled on my own and I would definitely NOT recommend that place. The nice things are a location and it was warm. One lady from the staff speaks English very well and is very friendly. The rest of the staff is a bit rude. I am giving 3 stars ⭐️ only because it was really warm and heating worked very well.

As a former worker in this so called "hotel", i advise you not to go there! It's litterally better to sleep outside on a bench than in this hotel. The food you get for brekfast is old. The boss used to yell at us workers, if we thrown away any food so the guests had to eat expired yoghurts, 3 day old scrambled eggs, a week old sausages,... You should always double check the invoice you get from this hotel, because the boss (Mr. Martin) is a scammer, and he always made fake invoices without tax, to save him some money. If the workers did an original invoice by mistake, he would yell at them and threaten them that they will get fired if it ever happens again. He also didn't pay the workers their salary, and would simply ignore the calls and emails about their paychecks. The rooms are a total disaster. If someone slept on the bed and didn't make the sheets dirty, the next guest to use the room would have the same sheets. The bathrooms are moldy and always wet. The showers are leaking and the toilets aren't flushing. The workers aren't specified to work at a hotel, there are usually just students doing their summer/weekend jobs to get some extra cash. How would you feel if a 16 year old was responsible for cleaning and sanitizing your room? I suggest paying a little more and going to a hotel where the staff will be trained to make your stay as pleasant, hygienic and healthy as possible, or even go to a hostel, i bet the rooms there are cleaner and you at least get freshly made food and clean bedsheets there.
