From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning natural beauty that surrounded the resort. The lush greenery, pristine white-sand beach, and crystal-clear turquoise waters created a postcard-perfect setting. The resort itself was a haven of luxury and comfort. The accommodations were spacious and elegantly designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest from the start. The resort also offered a plethora of activities and amenities to keep me entertained throughout my stay. I indulged in rejuvenating spa treatments, relaxed by the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and participated in exciting water sports. There was never a dull moment during my stay. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. The breathtaking surroundings, top-notch amenities and outstanding service all contributed to making it a truly unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a luxurious escape. 5 out of 5 stars! Can't wait to return!

First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful, but then it stops , no restaurant . On weekends the hotel next to it the restaurant is closed as well after 5 pm , if you look for absolute quiet time than you are at the right place . Because there is nothing else to do in walking distance. The city is around 7 km away. Taxis are very expensive, around 40 dollars for the 7 km, and the local buses are way cheaper around 5 dollars . The hotel itself is run down .the rooms are big what is nice but not really clean . Bed is comfortable. You will need mosquito spray . The garden is beautiful, and the hotel dog chocolate is super friendly and likes a good scratch. The pool is dirty and more a place for drying close for some people. The breakfast is very simple a pancake and toast with butter , no options to get something else . We left after three nights, even we booked for 7 nights and moved clother to the city.

TL;DR||No restaurant, private beach or snorkeling at resort||Cannot swim in lagoon||Simple breakfast over lagoon||Great staff, quite helpful||Close bus stops - easy to get to town||Good price for room, lovely location||Room serviced about every 3 days||||I enjoyed our stay however...||Online information needs updating as it is very misleading. NO RESTAURANT ANYMORE. Unfortunately we only learnt about this on arrival at the resort which was very disappointing. They still provide a simple breakfast as stated (usually tea and coffee, toast, bananas, papaya and sometimes pancakes or on occasion eggs). For dinner go to town or neighbouring resorts were great (Tropicana and MG Cocomo).||||There is no private beach as stated in the features section and no snorkeling. There is the lagoon - lovely to kayak on but not safe for swimming due to pollution.||||Staff are absolutely lovely and I enjoyed our stay here. Staff picked us up from airport and helped us book some day tours and activities. A reasonable price for room. Lovely gardens. We stayed in a garden room which is private and secluded from other rooms. A few cockroaches came into the room at night through tiny holes in ceiling. Pool is small and surrounding deck chairs broken, but still a nice spot.||||Would be ideal to have an A4 paper sheet in room with some key notes like time of breakfast, how to do laundry, lagoon not safe for swimming, etc. Otherwise just have to keep asking staff.||Wifi only works close to reception.

If you are looking for a lovely place to spend a few nights, it will be Vila Chaumieres. Just 20 minutes away from the airport. |You enter from the parking space through a beautyful flower walkway. Everything is green and colorful. The main building with reception, bar and restaurant is located directly at the water. We choose the room on first floor with a good view along the waterside. |The hosts and owners are very nice and good hearted people. They were quite kind with rearranging some nights, because of our flight issues with Air Vanuatu.|They also run a really good restaurant. You can sit directly above the water, surrounded by lots of fish with a fantastic view. The chefs chocolate mousse was very delicious. We enjoyed all our evenings there with different main courses.|And if you need tour guides or recommendations to visit, they explain all and organize it for you. We also did a little kayaking along the waterside.|It was a good and wonderful time the

Stayed for two nights. The restaurant is closed, but I hope it opens up soon. Sunsets on the lagoon are gorgeous. The rooms are little outdated from what is shown on the booking websites, but still cozy. The hotel is about a 30-40 min walk from downtown. Buses and taxes are plentiful as well. Breakfast included in accomodations and service while there is great. Would definitely stay again when I'm in Port Vila!

You can't beat this place for the price and the location. Owner and staff are extremely friendly and the owner gave us a ride to airport at 5am for a reasonable price.||The room is as described as has a decent kitchenette. There is no restaurant but The Tropicana 100m away has great food and drinks with a view over the lagoon.

The room was peaceful and comfortable, the view was spectacular and the Wi-Fi strong.|Beautiful gardens surrounding the accommodation types. One wonderful friendly dog to pat, lovely breakfasts. Morgan, Mary and the other girls helpful and interesting. |A great place to stay for a week or two as you get to know the area and Port Vila. |Air conditioning/fans, |comfortable beds and buses available to ride to town outside.|Go and stay! Affordable and laid back, no noise and hassle, quiet and serene.|Thanks to Morgan and Mary(s).xxxx

Lovely and quiet, lagoon view room was the best with large balcony to relax, the restaurant serves beautiful food and a lovely view and atmosphere. Staff are lovely. Ursula and Richard are fabulous hosts, giving great advice and stayed up till late waiting for us to arrive after long delays. The pool was relaxing, and as there are only 5 rooms with no children, it was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a nice quiet place to relax and wind down
