Vila da Santa Hotel Boutique & Spa

We stayed at Vila da Santa last month and had a genuinely great experience. From the start, Felipe was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rest of the team was warm, attentive, and always ready to offer useful suggestions about Buzios, making sure we were comfortable throughout the stay.||The hotel is beautifully decorated, with plenty of charming details. It feels colourful yet refined. Our room was very cozy and clean.||One of the things we loved the most was having direct access to a quiet, lovely bay at the back of the hotel. They provide everything you need for the beach, including excellent drinks. Juan was especially helpful and always checked in to make sure everything was going well.||The restaurant was another highlight. Breakfast were really good, and Thiago was always giving us great recommendations. Everything we tried at dinner was excellent, and we even got to enjoy a lovely Thursday night of jazz and bossa nova right there in the hotel. ||I also had a massage with Claudia, which was excellent!||We would 100% recommend Hotel Vila da Santa and can’t wait to go back soon!

The most beautiful boutique hotel. We had a fabulous few days of relaxing at the end of our five week trip to South America. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere in the perfect location. Our room was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers a wide, variety and selection of items for a great start to the day. The dinner menu is extremely good value for a boutique hotel. If you are in Búzios then Vila de Santa is the place to be.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights after visiting Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and finishing up in Brazil. A great location at the edge of the main drag of Búzios providing a peaceful, quaint and serene location. All staff were exceptional providing excellent service and the food was very well presented and often home cooked. Our room was charming and clean providing the usual amenities with a large walk in shower. Access to the beach at the rear of the property was easy and the attentive staff were on hand with deck chairs, paddle boards & kayaks etc. The property is lovely but it’s the staff that give this such high praise.

Excellent hotel. The service is exceptional. The staff were the most caring, friendly and helpful I have ever known. We felt really looked after. The location is perfect - near restaurants, right on the beach but it feels like an oasis of calm. Good breakfast. Nice room. Complimentary coffee and cake available every afternoon which we enjoyed. Cannot think of anything to improve it. Thanks for a truly wonderful stay from Mary and Michael.

We stayed here for 4 nights, after three and a half weeks of travelling around South America, looking for some relaxation and down time before heading home. The hotel was superb! The ambience is very calm, staff are amazing, accommodation is extremely comfortable with some luxurious touches. |The hotel location is perfect, a short walk to all restaurants and shops in the bay and the beach is literally out the back of the hotel.|Would definitely recommend this hotel which is full of character and charm.|Thank you to all the lovely staff for a wonderful stay.

This hotel was a great end to our holiday. Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are all really friendly. Many speak perfect English. |Everyone from reception, cleaners, and bar staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Juan on the beach was fantastic. He was attentive with deckchairs, umbrellas, towels etc.|We only had breakfast in the restaurant but that was all cooked to order as well as plenty of pastries etc to choose from.|Only tiny downside was the size of our room. We had no view from our window apart from a painted door to look at. The bed was pretty small too.|Lovely piping hot shower and toiletries. Good air conditioning. TV with the BBC. Excellent wifi. Worked on the beach|Reception lent us a kettle. This was good as we are early risers and breakfast started at 8am.|One could book the jacuzzi for an hour but in four days I saw no one in there or the pool. The beach was so close.|Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.|A great stay.

Villa Santa - is a small boutique hotel. Great position near the beach at the quieter end of Buzios. It reminded me of the Mama Mia film. Our room was spacious, with a large en-suite. Lovely room we would have preferred more storage space but we managed. There are lots of areas to sit and relax. Breakfast was great and the team were so helpful with my husband who is gluten free. Love the WhatsApp idea .. you can message and the concierge will book Restaurts, tours and help with anything you need. Perfect end to our South America trip.

This hotel is just gorgeous, such a wonderful setting and the decor is unique and lovely. The rooms are very spacious, super clean and beautiful. The staff have been wonderful and very attentive, and the restaurant is also amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Buzios
