Their service goes far beyond expectations and turns a simple stay into a memorable experience!

Fabulous from start to finish. Views are amazing and everything is within walking distance. The steps to access the hotel from the beach are daunting but you get used to it and plan accordingly. Tip: if you are heading towards nearby Ossos Beach for a meal or sunbathing, then just walk on the street from the front of the hotel it’s quick, easy and avoids the steps. Rooms were lovely and individual. Staff were great, especially Felipe at reception and the breakfast staff, and our entire stay felt safe and luxurious.

We are staying here at the end of a 5 week tour of South America. The room is beautiful, overlooking the bay with fantastic sunsets. The room is long and narrow with a huge comfortable bed and powerful shower. Not much room for luggage. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable, new additions every day, pastries to die for and eggs perfectly cooked. The location is brilliant, one can walk either to the left ( the newer town with lots of high end shops) or to the right where there is a more " fishing village" vibe, both excellent. The staff are all friendly, courteous and provide 5 star service. I am therefore very disappointed that we were charged today for using 4 coffee pods and there is NO FREE WATER. Considering the price of the room and the opulence of the hotel one would have imagined coffee ,tea and water would be complimentary as they are even in budget hotels. What a shame, everything else is perfect.

Lovely hotel, clean and quiet room but could make some improvements. |Outdoor space for our room was quite poor by comparison to the other classic rooms. Towels need a refresh as no longer white or thick.

It's hard to say what I liked the most about the hotel. The staff are very polite and friendly. The room and facilities are clean and well kept. The view of the bay is something that will be on your mind for the rest of the night. Don't miss the view while having breakfast or with a cocktail during the sunset. I would rate it 11 out of 10. It will top your expectation.

Amazing hotel ! The staff were super friendly,happy and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The location was perfect with steps going down onto the beach front. Amazing restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal. The hotel is designed beautifully it felt very luxurious. I will most definitely be returning

Great place with excellent service. The quality of the food in combination with the people are perfect. We enjoyed the infinity pool in the evening and also the quality of the hotel. The position at the boulevard, close to the center, is also an advantage.
