Love Centara resorts always !!! Once in a life memory. Stayed near Newmoon days, high tide is awesome with just ankle level of crystal clear bright waters and white sands. Recommended: 2 nights at least ( without any planned island tours), it's worth Contact them for all transport, they are helpful !! Additional: this is a serene place with no construction sounds, no vehicle movement. Just waves and breeze 💗

This property flies Centara now. Remodeled. Give it a go. Chain Hotels are worth it. Buggies running from room to pier.

Me and my aunite stayed here during our trip to Thailand THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EVER !!! We got moved rooms 3 times !!! 1st air conditioning wasn’t working !! 2nd A RAT was in our room at 2am at night we had to wait 5 hours in with the RAT to then be moved at 8am - we never slept at all that night !! Because no one would help us the guy just laughed at the fact a RAT a BIG RAT was in our room we were terrified…. And last night we got moved 3rd - there was loads of lizards in our room !!! Although we just stayed in that room the lizards weren’t as bad as the rat Hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures online !!!! Food was disgusting WILL NEVER BE BACK !!! The Manager attacked my auntie when she was asking for some compensation for what had happened to us !!! We have video evidence of him grabbing her arm while all she was looking was a refund or some free drinks for how many times we had moved and the very very very bad service

My husband and I recently spent four days at a resort near the sea. Although the location was fantastic, we were disappointed with the service and the air conditioning that didn't cool enough. Moreover, leaving the resort was quite challenging as my husband had to walk through the sea, over rocks in order to get out. If you come back after sunset, it's advisable to carry a torch and watch out for crabs. We wouldn't recommend this resort for elderly customers. The breakfast offerings were limited and the prices were too high considering the facilities provided.

I loved our stay at Villa 360. My girlfriend and I stayed here in July 2023. I really enjoyed Villa 360. When we arrived at Tonsai Pier, we were met by a staff member and were given a transfer to the hotel. As we arrived we were taken to the hotel reception which overlooks the bay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After check in, we were taken to our bungalow at the top of the estate. Our room was better than I expected. The bathroom was something out of a movie. The bathtub overlooks the bay offering an incredibly relaxing view for a bath. The room service was always delivered timely and I never felt like I was waiting too long. We were there over my birthday and I was surprised with a birthday cake which I appreciated. There is some wildlife on the estate. We had a monkey visit us a few times which my girlfriend really loved. The only downside is the restaurant. I find it a bit lacklustre in comparison to the rest of the resort. I think the food could do with some improving but honestly I still liked it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favour and visit the village which is in walking distance. The cafes and bars there are really great and the village people are really nice. I'd also head up to the north of the island where there are more cafes and bars (we wish we discovered this earlier). Be mindful of the tide times when coming back from the Phi Phi town centre (not the village). If it's dark and the tide is out it can make for a not so pleasant walk back to the hotel from the drop off point. I really loved my stay and I will definitely be back when we visit Thailand in 2025!

Great place to rest in the middle of paradise! The location is great to have nothing surronding you but the village next to it is quite small, there are no streets on the hotel back so you have to cross all the beach (15 min walk in the middle of rocks and water if the sea is up) when you don't go by boat, sunny in the pool usually til 2pm after that only sun on the sea. The crew of the hotel is brilliant, one of the best ever from the pool guy to the cleaners not forgetting the receptionists. Important to say that is hard to come back by night (after 8pm) from Koh Phi Phi Don (expensive and lack of boats providing on those hours)

Absolutely amazing rooms, the view was breathtaking, the room itself was huge, their bath tub came with a view and could comfortably fit two people. They gave us a fully stocked minibar with loads of variety of food and drinks which were free. The staff is extremely helpful, spoke English well, and helped arrange all the activities we wanted to do at phi phi Island. They also have longtail boats from and to tonsai pier throughout the day, you can inform them and take it free of cost. The other private taxi boats charge around 1200 baht. Their buffet breakfast was the best from all the hotels I've stayed at in Thailand, they had more variety, it was all tasty, and they even had steamed buns. The room service we ordered was also delicious.

Whoever gave this place 4 stars should do a massive review! This place is barely 1 star at best! Furniture is old and weathered It is the most unsanitary hotel I’ve ever seen dirty toilets and random clutter everywhere Rooms have wall marks and windows full of bird faeces When the tide comes in your stuck and you have to get wet in order to visit the village The food gave me an upset stomach Please do not waste your money and go there! Wish I done my research before booking this place
