Villa ACAEM

For €80+ per night the kitchenette room (family suite) was extremely disappointing. The space felt bare and neglected: mismatched kitchenware, chipped mugs, a refrigerator with the handle falling off and even spider webs in the corners. The shower water was lukewarm, there was no kitchen table for meals and the pillows were so overstuffed they were practically unusable. The room overlooked a busy street and the windows provided no sound insulation, so sleeping was difficult with constant traffic noise. On top of that, pricing is calculated by the number of guests rather than just the room type. A family suite costs more for four people (even with toddlers) than for two, which feels unreasonable and not at all family-friendly. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers - worn facilities, lack of comfort, and poor value for money.

I stayed a week in that hotel, very good, where the service was terrible, and they robbed me because I already confirmed it, that I waited for months, I spent months looking for a pack of, I took it there to that hotel, the girls, who sent me the room. He begged me in the room, a bracelet and a necklace that I had, and unfortunately, I'm going to report it when the girl saw me that I went to the lobby, she yelled at me because she thought the reporter should be careful with that place

Villa Acaem exceeded my expectations! Impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly staff ensuring a top-notch experience. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to major attractions yet quiet at night and relaxing. A perfect choice for anyone visiting the city. Highly recommended!

Many thanks to the administration of this hospitality establishment for doing their best to ensure the positive experience of their guests. Location of the villa is close to the city center in a quiet neighbourhood. You will find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms are large, clean and stylish as well as the bathrooms. The overall design is modern and Western alike. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel as well. Value for money is great and the overall experience is authentic. Keep going up ACAEM!

Stayed here for one night, because plans suddenly changed, ordered the room 3 hours prior to the stay, and no wait to get into the room. It was clean, had everything stated on the listing, and it was quiet and well maintained. Absolutely recommended.

We highly recommend the villa. We felt like home. This hotel has a nice, central location. Supermarket, cafes nearby. Everything is neat and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good but high price according to value (except you pay till 40€ as another client has written). About 20 minutes walking, far from the center. Without choices to eat near there. Very safe.
