Villa Anita Rooms & Apartments Bozen

Excellent rooms a short 8 min walk from the main shopping area of Bolzano. We stayed in Bolzano rooms before so this was our first time in Anita Rooms. Quiet area and good sized rooms. The rooms share two very large bathrooms with nice showers. We had no issues sharing the bathroom spaces with the other rooms and rarely saw the other people. There is a shared fridge if you want to pick up some milk, yogurt, or other groceries to make your own breakfast. There is also a kettle and microwave. Villa Anita provides individually packaged toast, or Fette biscottate, with honey and jam. Just a short walk away are several breakfast or cafe spots if you want something more substantial. Having stayed in the other establishment, we knew what to expect. The owners are super nice and helpful. As for the bathrooms, they provide a hairdryer and a basic shampoo/body wash combo if you forget your soap. Happy we stayed here for the Christmas Markets.

Villa Anita is just beautiful, great hosts (ask for another accommodation, they have rooms in the city) that took care of everything. In fact 5* to the hosts and service, they gave me tons of recommendations, help with luggage and in fact offer breakfast for everyday. Compliments and many thanks. Also great location, rooms just 7 min. And the villa ant 13 min. away from the train station. (Depending on your walking pace, I was with luggage)

A wonderful accomodation in an excellent location, very close to the city centre, yet in a very quiet neighborhood! The apartments are very well served and maintained. Hospitality was excellent!

Great location to explore Bolzano . Just a few blocks from all the shops. Clean rooms, quiet neighborhood, good coffee.

Wonderful accomodations in a conveniently located, beautiful Villa, a stones toss away from Bolzano's historical old town. Well appointed rooms, gracious hosts and tranquil gardens to relax in after a day of hikes, shopping or other activities in and around Bolzano.

We had a great time there, everything was perfect. They made a nice memory for us when in christmas night all the supermarkets were closed, they gave us a panettone(christmas cake). Thank you again
