Villa Anita Rooms & Apartments Bozen

We really enjoyed our stay here. It took a minute to figure out how to get in behind the gate though. Our hiking guide booked the place for us and it worked out just fine. We had a room that had its own bathroom. The shower was in the main room which was a little different but creative to have a personal bathroom instead of a shared bath with other guests. It had a bidet which i have come to appreciate. The only drawback was no ac but they did have a fan. Unique beautiful villa for a stay.

My stay was overall pleasant. I visited Villa Anita in May 2025 for 3 nights. The villa is beautiful. They have a beautiful garden with lots of fruit trees and plants, you can just sit and relax there. The weather was pleasant so we didn‘t need any air conditioning or heating. It is about 15 minutes walking from the Bolzano main station and about 8 minutes walking from closest restaurants and market area. The room was clean. They provided coffee machines, tea and snacks in the common areas of the apartment. The building was secure and accessible through a code or by ringing the bell. The person at the reception was also helpful and guided us about the places to go around. Overall nice experience, would visit again.

Villa Anita is just beautiful, great hosts (ask for another accommodation, they have rooms in the city) that took care of everything. In fact 5* to the hosts and service, they gave me tons of recommendations, help with luggage and in fact offer breakfast for everyday. Compliments and many thanks. Also great location, rooms just 7 min. And the villa ant 13 min. away from the train station. (Depending on your walking pace, I was with luggage)

Excellent rooms a short 8 min walk from the main shopping area of Bolzano. We stayed in Bolzano rooms before so this was our first time in Anita Rooms. Quiet area and good sized rooms. The rooms share two very large bathrooms with nice showers. We had no issues sharing the bathroom spaces with the other rooms and rarely saw the other people. There is a shared fridge if you want to pick up some milk, yogurt, or other groceries to make your own breakfast. There is also a kettle and microwave. Villa Anita provides individually packaged toast, or Fette biscottate, with honey and jam. Just a short walk away are several breakfast or cafe spots if you want something more substantial. Having stayed in the other establishment, we knew what to expect. The owners are super nice and helpful. As for the bathrooms, they provide a hairdryer and a basic shampoo/body wash combo if you forget your soap. Happy we stayed here for the Christmas Markets.

Great location to explore Bolzano . Just a few blocks from all the shops. Clean rooms, quiet neighborhood, good coffee.

A wonderful accomodation in an excellent location, very close to the city centre, yet in a very quiet neighborhood! The apartments are very well served and maintained. Hospitality was excellent!
