We spent only one night here during our month long trip in Croatia, stopping here between our time in Split and Dubrovnik. Ena welcomed us upon our arrival and offered us a cold drink before showing us our room on the top floor. She also made some excellent restaurant recommendations. Be advised that this is an older hotel and it has no elevator so pack accordingly.||Our room was clean and nicely appointed, the plus, doors that opened up on to a large terrace with postcard views. Ena kindly chilled a bottle of wine for us that we had purchased earlier when touring a winery that we later drank that evening. The hotel is ideally located just outside the bridges leading to Old Town.||We had a car and parking was provided right in front of the hotel. In the evening, we settled in, with our bottle of wine, on the terrace which had a wonderful view of Old Town and THE BRIDGE.||In the morning, we went down to reception and were offered a Turkish coffee. We really enjoyed speaking with Ena. She was only 11 years old during the Balkland War and she told us of her experiences. Learning that she was also a guide, we engaged her services for a morning tour of Old Town.||Although this is an older hotel and could use a bit of TLC, it is full of character. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we entered the hotel and treated like we were family members. Our stay was comfortable and we had the best sleep of our trip, we were almost late for our 930am tour as well slept in. ||All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this quaint hotel.|

I have stayed at this hotel four times in the past 8 years. I always come here and immediately feel at ease and begin to wind down. The rooms have this calming effect on me as does the calling to prayer from the mosque. The staff is often new due to seasonal changes and yet after a few minutes with them I feel as if we are old friends. I have known Sabina, the hotel manager, for all of these years and she is as knowledgeable, genuinely open, and generous a person as one could ever meet. It was wonderful to be able to spend time with her on my visit, insofar as she had several business meetings that she had to work around. This time Ena and Rebecca 'rounded out' the staff and we discussed in depth the past and future of Bosnia. I also want to give a shout out to Samir, a new friend with whom I had several fascinating conversations and who drove me to the bus station.

We had a lovely stay here. We were met warmly by the staff on arrival and offered a welcome drink on their beautiful terrace with view over the bridge. The room was nice; well decorated and furnished. air conditioning and WiFi worked well. The bed was comfy. The only thing to criticise is the bathroom needed a bit of upgrading perhaps. ||Breakfast was ok : a bit basic. But very reasonable.||Overall we really enjoyed here and it was excellent value for the price paid.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I traveled here a couple of weeks ago. Our room was perfect and we were looked after exceptionally well by the staff at Villa Anri. Our room was lovely and the view of Stari Most from the terrace was simply stunning. Mostar is very easily accessible from Dubrovnik and a great base to explore the surrounding countryside. The staff were very helpful with ideas on how to best spend our three days here. Highly recommended and thank you so much for a wonderful stay :)

First off, you can't beat the location. Our family of three had an upper room with a HUGE balcony overlooking the old bridge. We could have used another day here just to enjoy that space properly. But exploring was called for, and a walk of just a minute or two put you right into the heart of beautiful old town Mostar.||||Balcony aside, our room was full of character, clean and quiet, and with good air conditioning and comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. There was limited free on site parking, but we had no trouble securing a space.||||Our hostess could not have been friendlier. She provided wine to enjoy on our balcony when we arrived, and a bottle to take with us when we left! We were surprised to find her still on service in the morning, covering all the duties involved with breakfast - and in all that time, I never saw her without a smile. She was a true pleasure to be around (I'm only sorry I can't remember her name now). Oh, and she also recommended an excellent restaurant just over the small bridge which provided a memorable setting for an evening full of dramatic thunderstorms and heavy rain.||||All in all, an excellent stay, and I would definitely return for my next visit to Mostar.

We stayed three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. About a five minute walk away from the chaotic Old Town, Villa Anri was a quiet refuge. We were welcomed with a choice of drinks, enjoyed the private terrace (room 301, but remember there’s no elevator) and a basic, but tasty breakfast. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful with dining recommendations, finding a local ATM, arranging for local tours and a driver for our onward destination of Sarajevo, and providing some TLC one day when my husband had a cold — those instructions for medication in a foreign language can be tricky. Stay here,

Our stay started with a super quick check-in which included a nice description of the town using a map and afterwards a glass of wine on the roof terrace. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast local and fresh. I thought the staff where all so happy and friendly which made us feel really welcome. For a three star hotel we were very happy.

The place is very welcoming and has a warmth to it because of the rustic design and the very nice host. However, the place needs a bit of updating especially the showers and the spring mattress. It was clean but you can see that the place is just old. But the staff are really accommodating and friendly and the place is really close to the bridge. You can even see the bridge from the rooftop!
