We've stayed in this hotel many times. The rooms are comfortable and always clean . The hotel is a picturesque old villa with high ceilings and a lovely courtyard that wraps around the building. The staff are always warm, welcoming and helpful. There is an urn in the entrance lounge providing boiling water 24/7, with tea and coffee always able to be made. At the reception desk you can request a cappuccino 24/7. The prices are reasonable, with further discounts if you join the Brown Hotels club. All in all, can highly recommend.

Beautifully renovated period home in the German Colony, recently converted into a boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. My wife's special needs as a wheelchair user and our requirements as kosher and Sabbath observant were met with understanding and eagerness to help. We had a wonderful stay and warmly recommend!

This is a 24 room hotel in the German Colony neighborhood. The hotel is well maintained, has the charm of an 19 century villa, located in a peaceful neighborhood.|Very nice lobby with free of charge tea, cofee, lemon water etc.|The staff is very welcoming. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop on the main street of the colony.| Rooms are medium sized, but overall it is a great experience.

Originally booked just for a few days but stayed here for nearly 5 weeks whilst visiting family. Great location near restaurant shopping and lovely interesting neighbourhood. Staff were brilliant throughout. Very attentive and friendly. We will be very happy to come back on future visits. It was perfect for us.

I was very happy with my visit. The staff is lovely and helpful. My room was on the lobby floor but that was not a problem and I had no noise issue. I love the style and history of this hotel and I had a great experience. Of particular mention is the high ceiling. The room was a bit small but that was not an issue.

Just completed a 6 day stay there. Wonderful in so many ways. Start with location. Emek neighborhood easy access everywhere without intense tourist presence. Hotel itself, quaint. My guess, about 25 rooms tops. Front desk staff was wonderful over and over. Soohair really stood out with great customer service and care, but Rand and Sufion also wonderful. Fresh ground coffee at front desk 24hr. Nice area to relax in lobby. Helped with late check out. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return there again.
