Villa Boscardi

Our stay at Villa Boscardi was amazing! We had planned to stay only one night before taking the water taxi to San Pedro the next morning. This bed and breakfast was very clean and quiet. The grounds were beautifully kept, with a nice little courtyard just past a security gate and a plunge pool around back. Smokeez restaurant was less than a 5 minute walk and there was also a grocery store within walking distance which made it easy to get some Belizean cash at the ATM. The location was a perfect spot right near the ocean, and was a quick drive from the airport. The next morning, breakfast was wonderful, and they arranged a taxi to take us to the water taxi. All of the staff were great! I would most definitely stay here again when in Belize City!

The owner runs a beautiful bed and breakfast and her staff are amazing! The property is very nice. If you need to stay the night in Belize on the way to somewhere else I highly recommend this place. Ive given the location a 2 stars based on the neighbourhood, it is a developing country and need to expect that.

Jolene is a wonderful host of this hidden gem. We were staying just one night before flying to Dangriga. This quiet, super clean B &B with a lovely courtyard was only a 15-minute drive from BZE and was a perfect spot a block from the ocean. All the staff are friendly and personable, and they kindly allowed us to check in a little early and check out a little late, which was much appreciated in the rain. They even arranged a taxi to take us back to the airport. Coffee and breakfast were tasty and filling, and the Smokeez restaurant and a grocery are less than five minutes walk away. If in Belize City, definitely stay here!

Lovely and welcoming bed and breakfast for an overnight stay. We arrived too late to take a ferry to San Pedro so stayed here for a night. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was plentiful. Room was extremely clean and newly remodeled. Only downside was one of the beds was too soft and rolled us into the middle. Courtyard was beautiful and the property was very safe and secure. They arranged transportation for us from the airport and to the ferry terminal. And the location is close to both. Would definitely stay again for the convenience and hospitality.

Got off to a rough start but this was an awesome bed and breakfasts Villa. The pool was a little to desire but the property was in very safe and secure area. The food was excellent hats off to Ms. Pauline and the staff all were very friendly. The area had plenty to chose from to eat all in walking distance. Thank you for making this vacation an enjoyable one.

Villa Boscardi is a sweet little oasis in the middle of Belize City. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious, there is a hot-tub/plunge pool, the garden is lovely, and there are decent restaurants within walking distance. We could walk a block to the seashore and the breakfast was great.

Villa Boscardi B&B is one of Belize City's hidden gems. We stayed 3 nights as we wanted a base to explore the city which many of our Belizean friends had told us was improving. Our room at the B&B was beautifully furnished (each room is unique), comfortable, very clean with reliable AC and wifi, a balcony with ocean view allowing to relax outside in the evening over a beer. Francoise, the owner, is a delightful host and very attentive to her guests. Carole, who helps her, made checking in and service in the outside dining patio very efficient. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty and gave us a great start to explore the new museums, art galleries and cafés located downtown. Francoise also kindly organized for us a day-tour to Lamanai archeological site, easily accessible from the B&B. We highly recommend Villa Boscardi for your next stay over in Belize City!

Towels old and stained yellowish. So are the sheets. Room smelled musty and water seeped into the floorings since it was raining. Looks great but felt a bit cringe. Breakfast and staff were great and so is owner but can use new towels, sheets, and an overall upgrade/remodeling.
