Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel

We love everything here. I’ve travelled to 40 countries, and my stay in Villa Caemilla has strengthened my belief that Filipinos are number one in hospitality. From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, it’s heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because I’ll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby, though the hotel restaurant is excellent as well if you don’t want to venture out, and reasonably priced. The hotel has beach beds where you can enjoy your afternoon right at the beach (and have a drink…). It is just a short walk to the lively parts of the beach (station 2), but secluded enough to be relaxing and quiet. The hotel staff are very friendly and eager to make sure you can relax and have a good time. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel based on its high reviews, and everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, and all the staff greeted me with smiles every time we met. The beach is right in front of the hotel, so you can step out of your room and dive right in, or enjoy a cocktail while gazing at the beach. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Not only was breakfast delicious, but lunch and dinner were too. My recommendations are the grilled scallops and the mango cocktail. With all-day happy hour and live music events, even non-guests can enjoy the restaurant. I'll be back to experience this wonderful hotel and its staff again!

We stayed in their Executive beach front room for the 3 of us. |Great view of the sea and lots of little things that elevated our experience such as TWG teas, complimentary bottle of wine, bath salts and the capsule coffee machine which sets this place apart from some of the other hotels in the area. The staff were always helpful in any requests that we had and made us feel very welcome. ||Oh and the hand written welcome letter is certainly a nice personal touch to exceptional service from when we checked in. ||This is definitely a boutique hotel and we have nothing negative to say about this place. Would recommend anyone else considering their next Boracay hotel to pick Villa Caemilla.

What a wonderful way to finish our trip to the Philippines, staying in this little gem. The arrival experience with a check-in, seated, with a welcome cocktail. was a sign of things to come. Where to start? A beautiful, quaint, little hotel, right at the beach, in the quiet part of Boracay., with it's own 'private' beach. A pleasant room, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast right at the terrace, with amazing views of the beach and sea. But what really made this place, were its' staff; such sweet, smiling, serving and professional persons, from front desk to housekeeping, from the restaurant to the bar. Highly recommended and I would return in a heartbeat.

Where should I start? We had wonderfull five days in Villa Caemilla. The team is very friendly , helpfully and smart. We enjoyed every minute which we had for breakfast, at the beach ( infront of the Hotel ), dinner or just to have a drink. The food and drinks were very tasty. If you are looking for a ,,nice-stay,, Hotel in Boracay, dont hestitate to book Villa Caemilla.

This was my 3rd stay at Villa Caemilla Boutique Resort Hotel, and each visit reminds me why I will never stay anywhere else in Boracay. Not only is it beautifully beachfront with a fantastic restaurant, but the true magic lies in its staff — from management to security, housekeeping, bar, restaurant, and reception, every single person makes you feel valued and at home.||On this trip, the surprises and care were endless: an early check-in, the welcome shell necklace, a complimentary room upgrade, and when I extended my stay, I was able to keep the same room for 6 nights without the hassle of moving. Then, on my birthday, the team surprised me with a HBD song and a mini cheesecake w/ candle — such a heartfelt gesture! They also reminded me of my airport pickup and mind you, even followed up with them (Southwest) when the pickup person failed to show up on the dot (without me even asking them to do the follow up, like wow!)||Villa Caemilla’s thoughtfulness extends to the smallest details: cute welcome notes, reminders of extensions and transfers, cute fresh cookie bites every evening at 6PM, turndown service before bed, and beach towels always ready. Even during Boracay’s 2-day island-wide blackout and a short water maintenance, the staff personally called to keep guests updated, so there were never any surprises.||I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the room because I am very fussy about details and cleanliness. This is my first requirement in the hotels I book and Villa Caemilla exceeded my expectations for cleanliness from the room to the towels and linens they provided.||The service excellence and wonderful experience also makes it worth staying here, definitely value and money well-spent!||The restaurant serves wonderful food (and cocktails!), the beachfront location is stunning, and the genuine warmth of the staff — always greeting you with a smile, a “good morning/good afternoon/good evening,” or simply checking how you are — makes this hotel feel like family.||Since the hotel is located in the quieter Station 3, it is the perfect location for people who want to be away from the noisy and bustling crowds, yet just a few minutes walk away (5-10 minutes), you can reach the main road and hail an e-tryk or go to Station 2. ||Villa Caemilla is not just a hotel; it’s an experience of true hospitality. Whether traveling solo or with company, you will feel pampered, safe, and cared for. A multi-awarded gem I will return to every freakin' single time. Like, I won't book a trip to Boracay if I won't be staying at Villa Caemilla. :) Definitely a 5-star, concierge-level experience at this hotel.

The nicest staff, the best location with the best atmosphere ive ever seen within a hotel. Will definitely be coming back. Everything we needed they did for us and made sure our stay was everything and more. Bonus points with the afternoon home made cookies by the best chef in the world chef Jay, as well as that, every meal we had was 100/10
