Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel

We love everything here. I’ve travelled to 40 countries, and my stay in Villa Caemilla has strengthened my belief that Filipinos are number one in hospitality. From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, it’s heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because I’ll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby, though the hotel restaurant is excellent as well if you don’t want to venture out, and reasonably priced. The hotel has beach beds where you can enjoy your afternoon right at the beach (and have a drink…). It is just a short walk to the lively parts of the beach (station 2), but secluded enough to be relaxing and quiet. The hotel staff are very friendly and eager to make sure you can relax and have a good time. Highly recommended!

Our trip and stay at Villa Caemilla has been an exquisite experience. From the welcoming atmosphere to the professional and helpful staff and great location. It's located in Station 3 in front of the beach-- it's in a more quiet and peaceful area so it's great for couples or families traveling together. I paid for breakfast inclusions and it was worth it. My girlfriend and I loved the breakfast and the cocktails. I unexpectedly got food poisoning from eating at a different place on our last night, and they were helpful. To help calm my stomach, the chef prepared regular rice porridge and a ginger and lemon tea for breakfast at our request. Overall, we had a great experience here and would love to stay again next time we visit Boracay.

Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel is a gem in Station 3. It was our first time to stay along station 3 and was delighted with our choice of this hotel. We have opted for an executive suite for our overnight stay as a coupe, before joining our family in station 1 for two more nights. The hotel offers a very relaxing ambiance. We enjoyed our stay so much that we limited our activities within the hotel's vicinity and ate all our meals at their restaurant. I appreciate the little details like the sweet notes and the complimentary bath salts. Thank you, Hope, of Front Desk for finding us an available executive suite, and to Roma, for all the delightful meal recommendations and for your genuine warmth. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in their Executive beach front room for the 3 of us. |Great view of the sea and lots of little things that elevated our experience such as TWG teas, complimentary bottle of wine, bath salts and the capsule coffee machine which sets this place apart from some of the other hotels in the area. The staff were always helpful in any requests that we had and made us feel very welcome. ||Oh and the hand written welcome letter is certainly a nice personal touch to exceptional service from when we checked in. ||This is definitely a boutique hotel and we have nothing negative to say about this place. Would recommend anyone else considering their next Boracay hotel to pick Villa Caemilla.

What a wonderful way to finish our trip to the Philippines, staying in this little gem. The arrival experience with a check-in, seated, with a welcome cocktail. was a sign of things to come. Where to start? A beautiful, quaint, little hotel, right at the beach, in the quiet part of Boracay., with it's own 'private' beach. A pleasant room, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast right at the terrace, with amazing views of the beach and sea. But what really made this place, were its' staff; such sweet, smiling, serving and professional persons, from front desk to housekeeping, from the restaurant to the bar. Highly recommended and I would return in a heartbeat.

I really love this place. All the experience I had here was amazing. The beach is right in front of the hotel, so you can step out of your room and dive right in, or enjoy a cocktail while gazing at the beach. The staff in particular were wonderful, and they made my stay even more special. I've traveled before and been disappointed by people even at amazing places, but this is the first place I absolutely want to return to!

I chose this hotel based on its high reviews, and everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, and all the staff greeted me with smiles every time we met. The beach is right in front of the hotel, so you can step out of your room and dive right in, or enjoy a cocktail while gazing at the beach. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Not only was breakfast delicious, but lunch and dinner were too. My recommendations are the grilled scallops and the mango cocktail. With all-day happy hour and live music events, even non-guests can enjoy the restaurant. I'll be back to experience this wonderful hotel and its staff again!

Everything was a dream come true ! What I read in their website was really who they are. My husband and I decided right away that this is the hotel for us ! From day one to our last stay , we experienced the best service and guest satisfaction from the staff ! Everyone was welcoming. A true Filipino hospitality ! Our room was clean and fresh, providing all that we needed. They cleaned our rooms daily ! So pampered ! Great view of the blue water from the dining area with a great menu to chose from . Very cute beach boutique hotel at the end of section 3. One star knocked off because our room wasn't ready and I was dying from traveling and the heat. All I wanted to do was shower. My family received shell leis and cold coconut juice upon arrival. The customer service was amazing! I loved that employees would stop, put their hand over their chest and say hello each time. I think the food at the hotel is some of the best except they can work on their service. Our room was great. Beware of pretty steep steps to your room. No elevators at this hotel. I loved the turndown service. They brought a personalized note, chocolate, and cookies every night. This hotel is a little bit of a walk from the rest of the hotels and food but you can always jump on a bike for a quick ride.

Outstanding boutique hotel located at station three, a quiet place in Boracay with direct access to the White Beach

Very lovely boutique hotel. Right on the Beach, you can lounge and watch the sunset in the evening. The hotel's staff are impeccable. I can't say enough about the caring nature of each one. They catered to our every need. The food was very good always an added flare to each meal. The hotel was located on station 3 which was a bit of a walk to the main area with most of the restaurants and shopping. In my opinion it was nice to be in a quieter section of the beach and still had many of places to eat and people watching opportunities. The room we had was one of the best, with a balcony looking out to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because we had a little trouble with our shower and it wasn't fixed right away until we complained to the manager. They were nice and compensated us for their error.

Beautiful hotel in the quiet section 3 area of Boracay. We were greeted with shell leis and a cold coconut juice that was so refreshing after our commute via ferry from Caticlan. What makes them stand out is the amazing customer service. My parents were thrilled by the surprise that awaited them in their bedroom to celebrate their 50th anniversary!

Ahhh... Villa Caemilla... Where do I start? This spot is not only a wonderful place to stay, but a beautiful experience overall. The hotel... Not as big as other corporate hotels with concrete pillars and a huge metallic logo on the doors. Villa Caemilla is just the right size, quaint and clean - just perfect for me. Our room was cozy, the lobby was well-kept and welcoming. Our room was on the main floor and a few seconds to the lobby and the beach. The layout of the hotel is convinient and well-planned. The food... Breakfast was delicious. I had the chorizo with egg, also tried the tapa with egg. They serve good coffee - Illy! But my favorite drink is the Morning Drink (lemon, ginger and honey), so soothing to the throat and a nice wake up drink while watching the sun rise. For dinner, I had sisig and the quinoa salad. Delicious! The service... Impeccable. Everyone - and I mean everyone - was polite and friendly. One member of their staff in particular, Ram, came on his day off or a time he wasn't scheduled to work (he wasn't in uniform and looked like he just woke up) to make sure we had a ride to the terminal. Thanks Ram! Let me also mention that you get a free water bottle - not the cheap kind - as a souvenir and as a convinient refill bottle for drinking water at hotel. Just show up at the bar and give them your bottle for drinking water. No need to buy a bunch of plastic water bottles! Genius. The hotel is in Station 3. If you like peace and quiet, no loud noise, just enough people walking by without disrupting your view - you got it! A little far from Station 2, where most of the action is, D'Mall, food options, etc. but that doesn't deserve a star off. I highly recommend Villa Caemilla and I thank the staff for such our splendid stay.

i dont recommenf this place if this is your first time in boracay because it is wayyy toooo far away from all other restaurants or cheap eats. Their foods are very expensive. The filipino buffet is twice as much as the other buffet price in the island and has few selection with 50% pork dishes. The food tastes good though in fairness to them. I always think that station 1 is high end, station 2 is middle class and station 3 is low end. Villa Caemilla food price is station 1. if youre old and has limited mobility this location is best for you. Just be ready to walk far to get cheap eats or try other restaurants. The beachfront is ok, the sand is not as powdery as station 1 or 2. There is no pool here. idk what other to see or do here if you only plan to stay in the hotel. I just don't recommend this hotel at all. Maybe if the food is not that expensive it will make up for its location. You are in station 3!! Dont act like youre in station 1!!! Btw, This is my 5th time in boracay.

Absolutely amazing! All dishes, especially breakfast are so delicious and have beautiful presentation. Highly recommended!
