Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel

The perfect spot on the island! The villa is right on the beach. Beautiful views at breakfast, and even better in the evenings, watching the sunset. We had no problems finding sunbeds or finding a place to eat breakfast. The villa is in a quieter part of the beach, yet very close to the nightlife. Breakfasts are varied enough for a multi-day stay. The reception desk can arrange everything from transfers to attractions. If you need more, John has a "desk" near the villa and will also help. Finally, the most important thing: the super helpful staff – special thanks to Razel!

We truly had a great stay at Villa Caemilla, a lovely boutique hotel. The location is good, not far from the hustle and bustle of the island’s lively areas, yet still quite detached and in a quiet setting. The sea in the front is not the best of the island (I’d recommend exploring other beaches on the island) but here you can admire stunning sunsets every night. The rooms are nice and well maintained. Everyone from the staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. The food is good and, while breakfast is à la carte with a sort of limited choice, the quality is good. One only suggestion I’d like to make concerns the sunbeds at the beach, which I feel could be increased considering the number of rooms at the hotel; otherwise, when they are all occupied, you are forced to lie in the sand, which is not very pleasant. That said, I would recommend this hotel if you are in Boracay.

I booked a single-person stay on Trip.com from October 9th to the 20th, but completely forgot to write a review, sorry for that.🙏 It's a wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast and a stunning sea view. They gave me cookies every evening, which was a nice. They gave me a shell necklace when I checked into my room. It's also so quiet and clean here, no bugs. When I checked out, they helped me book a boat to Caticlan with the staff, who helped me with my luggage and transportation. I would stay here again, thank you to the staff Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique 🤗🙌🏻

We have just spent the first five days of our honeymoon here and cannot recommend highly enough, this is truly a boutique hotel with all the personal touches that offers. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much for them, always with a smile. The hotel food is exceptional especially the breakfast's. The hotel is on Station 3 which we also highly recommend as the quieter part of Boracay allowing you to walk easily to the other stations.... Would book again in a heartbeat.... We had NYE here and the night was a great night. The food was next level and the staff are so lovely. The resort is set on beach front, so you have a great view of the beach. Wow, you need to stay here. My husband and I were debating between staying at a resort in station 1 or staying here and I’m so happy we choose villa caemilla. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and the view & sunset from our room is unmatched. The amazing thing about staying here is that you have the option to walk around and explore all areas of boracay. Also to mention phenomenal cocktails here ! And the food 🤤

Excellent staff, did their best to make us feel at home! Amazingly relaxing atmosphere! Excellent restaurant and bar both in terms of food and drinks as well as ambience.|Getting to the hotel was easy. Station 3, where villa Caemilla is located, is the most easy going, quiet part of White beach, making it the perfect spot for relaxation! |Room was big, well decorated with all amenities for a comfortable stay.|All in all we had a perfect stay at villa Caemilla thanks to the wonderful staff and its unforgettable atmosphere!

Everything was a dream come true ! What I read in their website was really who they are. My husband and I decided right away that this is the hotel for us ! From day one to our last stay , we experienced the best service and guest satisfaction from the staff ! Everyone was welcoming. A true Filipino hospitality ! Our room was clean and fresh, providing all that we needed. They cleaned our rooms daily ! So pampered ! Great view of the blue water from the dining area with a great menu to chose from . Very cute beach boutique hotel at the end of section 3. One star knocked off because our room wasn't ready and I was dying from traveling and the heat. All I wanted to do was shower. My family received shell leis and cold coconut juice upon arrival. The customer service was amazing! I loved that employees would stop, put their hand over their chest and say hello each time. I think the food at the hotel is some of the best except they can work on their service. Our room was great. Beware of pretty steep steps to your room. No elevators at this hotel. I loved the turndown service. They brought a personalized note, chocolate, and cookies every night. This hotel is a little bit of a walk from the rest of the hotels and food but you can always jump on a bike for a quick ride.

Outstanding boutique hotel located at station three, a quiet place in Boracay with direct access to the White Beach

Very lovely boutique hotel. Right on the Beach, you can lounge and watch the sunset in the evening. The hotel's staff are impeccable. I can't say enough about the caring nature of each one. They catered to our every need. The food was very good always an added flare to each meal. The hotel was located on station 3 which was a bit of a walk to the main area with most of the restaurants and shopping. In my opinion it was nice to be in a quieter section of the beach and still had many of places to eat and people watching opportunities. The room we had was one of the best, with a balcony looking out to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because we had a little trouble with our shower and it wasn't fixed right away until we complained to the manager. They were nice and compensated us for their error.

Beautiful hotel in the quiet section 3 area of Boracay. We were greeted with shell leis and a cold coconut juice that was so refreshing after our commute via ferry from Caticlan. What makes them stand out is the amazing customer service. My parents were thrilled by the surprise that awaited them in their bedroom to celebrate their 50th anniversary!

Ahhh... Villa Caemilla... Where do I start? This spot is not only a wonderful place to stay, but a beautiful experience overall. The hotel... Not as big as other corporate hotels with concrete pillars and a huge metallic logo on the doors. Villa Caemilla is just the right size, quaint and clean - just perfect for me. Our room was cozy, the lobby was well-kept and welcoming. Our room was on the main floor and a few seconds to the lobby and the beach. The layout of the hotel is convinient and well-planned. The food... Breakfast was delicious. I had the chorizo with egg, also tried the tapa with egg. They serve good coffee - Illy! But my favorite drink is the Morning Drink (lemon, ginger and honey), so soothing to the throat and a nice wake up drink while watching the sun rise. For dinner, I had sisig and the quinoa salad. Delicious! The service... Impeccable. Everyone - and I mean everyone - was polite and friendly. One member of their staff in particular, Ram, came on his day off or a time he wasn't scheduled to work (he wasn't in uniform and looked like he just woke up) to make sure we had a ride to the terminal. Thanks Ram! Let me also mention that you get a free water bottle - not the cheap kind - as a souvenir and as a convinient refill bottle for drinking water at hotel. Just show up at the bar and give them your bottle for drinking water. No need to buy a bunch of plastic water bottles! Genius. The hotel is in Station 3. If you like peace and quiet, no loud noise, just enough people walking by without disrupting your view - you got it! A little far from Station 2, where most of the action is, D'Mall, food options, etc. but that doesn't deserve a star off. I highly recommend Villa Caemilla and I thank the staff for such our splendid stay.

i dont recommenf this place if this is your first time in boracay because it is wayyy toooo far away from all other restaurants or cheap eats. Their foods are very expensive. The filipino buffet is twice as much as the other buffet price in the island and has few selection with 50% pork dishes. The food tastes good though in fairness to them. I always think that station 1 is high end, station 2 is middle class and station 3 is low end. Villa Caemilla food price is station 1. if youre old and has limited mobility this location is best for you. Just be ready to walk far to get cheap eats or try other restaurants. The beachfront is ok, the sand is not as powdery as station 1 or 2. There is no pool here. idk what other to see or do here if you only plan to stay in the hotel. I just don't recommend this hotel at all. Maybe if the food is not that expensive it will make up for its location. You are in station 3!! Dont act like youre in station 1!!! Btw, This is my 5th time in boracay.

Absolutely amazing! All dishes, especially breakfast are so delicious and have beautiful presentation. Highly recommended!
