Villa Cascais

Simple, elegant Portuguese seaside villa is lovely with clean, comfortable accommodations. The staff are warm, friendly and willing to help with anything you require. Regine made transport arrangements to Sintra and reservations at a wonderful restaurant. The hotel restaurant has great breakfast, making eggs to order any way we chose. Staff in the restaurant cheerfully greeted us each morning and bent over backwards to deal with any dietary requests/needs. Manuel, the bartender, was happy to share ideas and sightseeing tips as well as suggesting the perfect restaurant for our last evening in Cascais.

I rarely give perfect 5 stars on my reviews as I have a really high standard. This was even a 5 days stay and they were consistent in their good service. But this place I can tell was a teamwork of people who are happy with what they are doing as you can see the attention to details in all aspects on how the place is run from the phone with Gina to the people in the reception. They were all friendly, helpful and approachable people who were there to ensure you are having the best experience in the hotel. Everything just worked so perfectly! Internet, cleanliness, parking space, service, beautiful design of the floor in Portuguese style! They even offered us chocolates! Nothing can ever beat the location of this place as well ofcourse. I want to thank everyone for their really sincere service all throughout our 4 nights stay! Gina thank you so much! This hotel also comes with a nice & beautiful Italian restaurant at the first floor.

My fiance and I came here after coming a few days early to Lisbon and booked last minute. Not only was our room stunning and the location as good as you can get but the staff was so lovely, friendly, and accommodating every step of the way. Additionally the restaurant serves wonderful breakfast and is one of the most popular patios in town for lunch and dinner. It is so nice to be able to stop for a night cap cocktail and then walk upstairs straight to sleep. Thank you for everything, we will be returning in the future!

We‘ve had an amazing stay at Villa Cascáis! The views from the rooms and the restaurant are amazing sea views. The service was amazing in the hotel and the restaurant. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is amazing. The staff members are all really friendly and speak many languages. We would always choose Villa Cascáis again! Thank u so much.

Great location in the centre of Cascais. The room was spectacular, spacious bathroom very comfortable bed, everything you could want including beach towels provided. Buffet breakfast was ok, I would have expected better. The thing that really lets this hotel down is the indifferent service. A couple of the team were great but others across the hotel didn’t seem very happy. I would say this is more a restaurant with rooms than a hotel. There is certainly more emphasis on the restaurant. We did dine there one evening and whilst we had a great time, the food was average. In summary the rooms and decor are amazing but the service needs to improve.

My sisters and i stayed in this beautiful hotel for my 60th birthday ... what a lovely hotel |Perfectly situated in the town center overlooking the water...the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff left a lovely welcome drink and cake for my birthday in the room which was a lovely surprise. The restaurant which is on the first floor has an Italian menu all the staff are very knowlegable about the food and wine. A big shout out to waiters Marco and Assad for the excellent service on both nights |Receptionist Regina who was so helpful and the lovely Marlene who served us an amazing breakfast every morning with a lovely smile . Thank you for making our stay special

You won't be disappointed. Great location, nice Italian restaurant at the hotel, friendly staff. One morning, the kitchen opened late and we missed breakfast. They felt bad so they gave us pasteles de nata. Very sweet. Then when we left they apologized again and gave us a bottle of wine! Very kind people and very comfortable stay. Definitely recommended.

Stayed over for a couple of days with a friend and it was perfect! The free sun beds at the nearest beach were the icing on the cake❤️ rooms are spacious and beautiful, the staff is so kind and helpful. Local restaurants are amazing, honestly you just need to walk out of the hotel and you will automatically stumble upon the best meals of your live

Restaurant is on second floor of The Guesthouse. Amazing meal at VillaCascais, Chef's tasting menu with local wine pairings. Best meal in Portugal. Service outstanding surrounded by beauty of the sea. If you are looking to start or end your Portugal trip with extraordinary gastronomic experience - try to Chef's tasting menu.
