From the moment we arrived, every second felt like being in paradise. The level of service was beyond exceptional; the attention to detail and the genuine care from the staff were unlike anything I've experienced in over 20 years of traveling. The restaurant, in particular, deserves special mention. The food was next level, and the professionalism and warmth of the waitstaff were truly remarkable. Every dish was a delight, and it was clear that the staff genuinely wanted to ensure we had the best dining experience possible. Our room was impeccable – beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and the bed provided the best sleep I've had in years. The swimming pool was pristine, adding to the overall luxury and relaxation of our stay. What stood out the most was the staff's dedication to making our experience perfect. Their genuine desire to make us happy and their attention to every little detail made all the difference. This level of care and professionalism is rare, and it’s something I wish I could find in every hotel I visit. Villa Contessa is a true gem, earning every one of its five stars. We have rediscovered the magic of love at Villa Contessa! An unforgettable wedding anniversary, far away from children and everyday stress. Just one night, yet filled with endless relaxation in this paradise, which is a must for all Berliners looking for an oasis of peace. A place that Berlin cannot offer us. A big compliment to the staff, who act with the highest professionalism and dedication, as is rarely found in the hotel industry. Five stars? Absolutely deserved! We are already counting the days until we can visit this gem again.

This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location close to Europe’s finest city. It has it all. The spa is the perfect place to relax. The accommodation cannot be bettered: so comfortable, excellent attention to detail, and a view over the lake (which is a great place to explore). The food is so good you think about it for days afterwards. To top it all, there is the friendly team who together run and staff the hotel. They were all so helpful. They all seem so happy to be working there, and I can well understand why. We will be back, and would recommend it to everyone.

We recently stayed at this charming family boutique hotel and had an absolutely delightful experience. The food was excellent, with delicious options. Best cocktails ever! The service was top-notch, with a friendly and efficient staff that made us feel truly welcome. The beautiful views surrounding the hotel added an extra touch of magic to our stay, making it a truly memorable experience. The relaxing vibes throughout the property allowed us to unwind and fully enjoy our time away. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. One quick hour from Berlin, and this gem of a place has found a special spot in my heart. Elegant yet relaxed. Elevated but approachable. And everything that happens here is done well. Beautifully appointed rooms. Magnificent grounds Superb staff and service and the best eggs benedict I have ever tried. The perfect antidote against stress. Whether for one night or five, it is easy to highly recommend Villa Contessa.

Had the pleasure of spending a weekend in January here and can absolutely recommend this cosy, comfy and romantic hotel. This elegant village is just an hour away from Berlin and the hotel is definitely one of the most beautiful villas you will see there. We came here in the winter and were very much looking forward to warm up in the spa area, which also has an outdoor pool that’s heated and meant we could swim while it was snowing. The spa closes only at 22:00, so we had plenty of time for a dip after dinner. The hotel restaurant was great, which was lucky as there aren’t many options in the area for dinner otherwise. Everything was fresh and the kitchen was also happy to fulfill any special requests we had. But really, the best thing about this visit was the service. This is a family owned and operated hotel and everyone really went above and beyond to cater to our wishes. Lots of people work here and seem happy to be party of the team (loved watching them have team lunch at the restaurant!!). Although many are on the team, we felt almost alone and had a lovely intimate atmosphere for a romantic vacation.

I felt like an a fairy tale! I was searching for a relaxing spot nearby Berlin and I found this special place. The villa is located in front of the lake and the suites offer an amazing view. In winter the atmosphere is magic, especially with some snow ❄️ I booked a lounge suite located in the second new villa renovated last year and I loved it! Romantic and classy. The spa is also really nice, facilities are small but we have always found the spa empty and only for us - which was a plus. We did a massage but it was nothing special, I wouldn’t do it again in future. The villa also offers a restaurant. While we didn’t like the dinner, which I think was too pricey for the quality and the portions - we ABSOLUTELY LOVED the breakfast! You can choose your breakfast from among a vast selection in the menu directly from your room and enjoy it in the restaurant with lake view. Service was also really nice and helpful! We will come back again, next time in Summer!
