Villa Creek Apartments

If they were 0 starts I will give that. I have been in constant contact with Villa Creek Apartments in regard to unpaid invoices, I haven’t been paid since last year in November 2024 and asked many times kindly to get paid for the work we did there. If you are a contractor I will not be doing business with them at all, they are very horrible and will not pay you and I’m a single mom that is trying to run her business and I don’t want another person to get scammed by them.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this new personal is 👎🏻 we were good when Jenny was the manager. They made us pay for the Cable & internet and now we don’t have the service I keep calling the office and they keep lying saying that the service was reactivated yesterday and I called the spectrum corporation and they told me that the office personal is not paying for the services anymore I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT AT ALL!

These apartments are Horrible, Roach infested, water leaks and even more Horrible no A/C or Heating in some units! Other units have mold ,foundation problems, roof leaks . The property always looks like Trash mailboxes are torn apart, no locks on mailboxes, mailboxes falling out! I could go on but if you read my review TRUST me this place is a BIG 👎

This was by far the worst experience of my life! The apts are easy to get into but there is not central air! They will come up window units in and just let that be! They do not fix anything, the ladies in the office constantly lie and say they are sending someone and no one ever comes! I contacted code enforcement and was told there have been multiple complaints but they switch management and they have to start the investigation over! So they are never caught, the roaches are horrible!!!! No matter what you do the roaches are everywhere under the carpet in the fridge, cabinets everywhere! You pay for pest control and never see anyone! These apartments are HORRIBLE! Yes farmers branch police are back BUT SPEED PAST VILLA CREEK APARTMENTS! Please don’t waste your money here you are better off in a hotel than these apartments

management is terrible. had a shower with no hot water, put in complaints about it but nothing was ever done. water pressure sucks also.

Rat infestation in this apartments, after multiple calls and emails they never did anything until the unexpected thing happened I get bitten by a rat. Think about it twice before moving here besides the horrible maintenance they never fix anything, they will shut the hot water unexpectedly without notice and go a week with only cold water and blame plumbers for that, many roaches in the units, inside the units have mold that never gets fixed they only paint over it. I can go on but I definitely do not recommend this apartments unless you are in need. Update response: I can assure I do live in this apartment this issue was brought up to corporate and they believe I do not need to be compensated. The whole building is infested the neighbors are moving because they do not care to fix this. I have been in contact with Elizabeth Najera that by the way she never reached out again. Don’t recommend anyone living here, if you place a work order it never gets completed. If you call the office to get some type of update regarding the work order they act clueless, not sure why if that’s their job, they should easily be able to pull up the account information.. They can’t seem to help in regards to any questions or concerns, they look at each other like a couple of goofys & nobody ever knows anything. Not sure who’s doing the hiring because the office has unqualified employees. Apartments are infested and the AC doesn’t work, some have actually been out of AC for weeks now and again the office staff doesn’t seem to care. All these 5 star reviews are fake so beware!!!

Over the apartments are cool but the old appliances barely work, one of the maintenance men are rude, super big water bugs come in old cracks 8 at a time because there was no fixing, smoking over here by one set and group of people and they blamed me where I don’t smoke because of my medical condition and I’m the only black in my unit put it together and was ready to evict me. The ac hasn’t been fixed in months and I have a baby now they’re ready to evict me but I’m living in horrible conditions I will be suing them soon. It’s hot and my child experienced sweating and outburst because of the no ac or units
