The good- it is a central hotel not that we went out at night as to dangerous.||The bad- well everything was bad. On entrance the receptionists were quite pleasant and easy to check in. The porter carried in one of six cases, then put his hand out and said” u give me tip now”. To which we said “ no” we had no change. The look that could kill was given. There were no towels or toilet roll. We were offered brown rough paper. The towels were offered had insects on and so rough you could sand paper the wood. The tap was loose on the sink, which didn’t drain. Massive-cockroach on the bathroom floor. The room had padded plastic walls and suspect dirty sheet. Black covers which made it look like a porn star set or a brothel lol. The kitchen staff were so loud morning and evening. We slept in our clothes. X1 teabag, x1 bottle of water. Filthy floor. No window. Fridge freezer in second room. Tv didn’t work . Air-con didn’t work. Black nylon cover over a settee which we didn’t look at.||Food cost over £ 50 for three pieces of chicken. They add for water, rice, bread, pepper sauce. Don’t ask for anything that is usually proved in decent restaurants & that u have to pay for. Front of hotel looks nice. But inside awful. Pool full of flies and in middle of grotty complex.||The bad - The whole experience has scarred us for life!!!!

The host did not disclose that the place is fully rented by the Chinese workers for months. The place is noisy, parking is non existent. We had to wait for the owner's cars to reverse out for us to park in what seems like a walk by passage. We did not feel safe. Breakfast is included in the R3000 per night but it leaves very little to br desired. They're only offering fried eggs swimming in oil, below par viennas, chicken outlets boiled in water and salt. It was disgusting to an extent that we had to forgo the breakfast we paid for and spend more money elsewhere for decent breakfast. In the yard, there's some construction taking place and the workers made so much noise until the early hours of the morning. The place is supposedly Pet unfriendly but one of their tenants had a huge dog inside the hotel room, I dread the smell of the room for future guests. I really feel I didn't get any value for my money and won't be returning to this establishment turned staff compound. The rooms can also do with some renovations for the amount on par with their well known competitors like Radison and Sun Hotels. Pictures on the internet are deceiving.

The front desk are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me with changing my flight back to South Africa as well as giving me advice on visiting the local markets and other sites in the city. ||Apart from the helpful staff the rooms are clean and the pool area is excellent.

Short stay for business, friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The shower taps were old and tricky to use but the water was hot with sufficient pressure. I feel like I got what I paid for and would be happy to stay there again.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, its definitely not a 4star. In my room the shower is not working properly, the rooms are not properly managed and don't smell fresh. The pool area is not that clean, its congested there are cats walking around. We found hair on the pineapple, during our breakfast time and I reported it to the guy, in the dinning area, but no one came to apologise. Its disgusting. I guess their website is deceiving. I will never stay at this place again.

The rooms are not neat and very old, smells terrible, air-condition not working. The beds are not comfortable won't recommend any one to stay here. They mentioned that their breakfast is buffet wow very poor only bread, cheese and salad you have to order some eggs. Waited for butter until we finished dining. Not worth the price we paid. Old chairs at the swimming pool area.

The personal was ok, couldn't swim since the pool was dirty. my room was good however no hot water and the bath tub was not useable. Else the location was ok since it was nearby our place of work and we could easy find our way to navigate

My room was too small with too much big furniture. It would have been more comfortable if the bar fridge was removed and if the big white chair was removed. Other than that it was good. The food was good and the beer cold.
