Villa de Pai

I stayed 2 nights here and it provided the best sleeping pad during 11 days trip. There were many bungalows and private bathrooms. You could spend time with a wide green yard next to Pai river. Just chill. The stay is quite inside and near the most busy part of Pai outside. Next to the night martket if turning right and to party area if turning left.

The view is stunning and very convenient to the Main Street. But the music across the road shakes the whole place till 2am and you can hear all of your neighbours talking chatting laughing even going to the toilet. And 6-7am the washing machine will start running and all of the noises will wake you up. We stayed two nights but total slept 5 or 6 hours. Exhausting. If you need a good night sleep, be aware when booking this place.

Not recommended to stay here if you want to get sleep - it is extremely noisy due to the bars across the street, some nights until 2 or 3 am. The bungalows are basic and relatively clean but could use some deep cleaning and general maintenance. The guy running the place was friendly at first and refunded our money when we realized that we did not want to stay several nights due to all the noise but unfriendly when we wanted to pick up a package that we had ordered to this accommodation. Positive: drinking water refills at reception.

Cute and basic accommodation. Beautiful garden surroundings by the river. Tranquil in the evening until drunk karaoke begins across the road. Fantastic location. Right in the centre of everything. Fresh water dropped off every morning. Microwave and hot water available. Hammock out the front of every bungalow.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in Pai. I was exhausted from the trip from Chiang Mai so I slept through the music from the bar outside 😂. So no complaints. Besides, the location is great, very close to the Pai walking street.

The hotel location is great. The bungalows look great inside and out, even though they're a bit small. They feature a nice size shower room and a balcony with pillows and mats to chill and relax, have a beer or whatever. The room was very clean, the gardens and ponds were really well taken care of. The restaurant has great options, from local to western items, really good flavor, service and price. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The hotel has a separate farm, you can go and it is free entrance and transportation. If I go back to Pai, I'll definitively stay here again.

First welcome was ok and the friendly staff. The room was a bit tiny and the bed was just about sleep 2 persons. For my opinion the bed was a bit small but kozy. The cleanliness was good. Nothing was dirty. The atmosphere was excellent. It's pretty quite.

Hello! The hotel is decent. I was staying in a villa which is very nice. The rating is not the best because I could not find any table when I came for the breakfast 🍳.
