Villa del Mar Hotel

Just got back from the most amazing family holiday, I can't fault this hotel at all, we only stayed for four days but from start to finish the staff were all out to make it the most memorable holiday we've ever been on. The room was spotless and we had clean towels and bedding everyday, the maid on the 8th floor couldn't of done anymore for us ( so lovely and helpful) the bar staff were lovely and made the best cocktails I've ever tasted. The waitresses that served breakfast,lunch,tea were all so lovely and kept checking in to make sure we were okay. Aida was lovely and we became close to her as she made such a fuss of us every meal time, our son who is 18 months just loved her and she did all she could to make our dinning experience memorable. The food was amazing we went all inclusive and did not eat outside the hotel once as a fear of missing out on the lovely buffet, loads to choose from, different menu every day, we could even have cocktails with our meals. We have the holiday blues since coming back and missing all the staff and the hotel a like. We will definitely be back to visit again.

The best hotel we have stayed in, in Benidorm. The food and drink 🍹 is amazing, really tasty and freshly cooked. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and cannot do enough for you. We were upgraded on arrival to sea view rooms, greeted with a bottle of fizz and chocolates. The hotel is very clean, and smells so clean and fresh. The hotel is quiet and calm, and right on the beach front, with a short walk into old town, and about a 40min walk to new town. Taxi’s are plentiful if you didn’t wish to walk. The spa is one hour free per booking and we enjoyed this very much, as did the children. The roof top terrace is gorgeous. Only comments are if you like a big pool and balcony this hotel may not be for you, but as someone who loves a balcony I did not find this to be a problem. Very sad to be leaving today, will definitely be back to this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Villa del Mar Hotel. The cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff really stood out, and for the price I paid, the value was excellent. While the pool area was a bit on the smaller side and there weren’t many sun loungers, the rooftop bar provided a great spot to unwind, and having the beach just steps away made up for it. The food wasn’t anything spectacular, but considering it was an all-inclusive buffet, it was perfectly adequate. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return if I visit Benidorm again.

WOW! Fantastic stay yet again. All of the staff from the cleaners to the top management could not do enough to look after myself and my wife. The food was always hot and fresh and there was something to eat all day. A big mention to Joaquin and Veronica for their lovely hospitality. We will be going again as it is right on the beach (cant use I am in a wheelchair) and a lovely walk each way (ride in my case) The hotel is always spotless, the roof terrace is great when there in no wind. Roll on next stay at Villa Del Mar. Thank you to you all

We’ve just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel and it was nice.|Hotel is in a great location right on the beach it was very quiet but close enough to walk into the old town. |Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The bed was uncomfortable 😣 |The hotel is a bit dated in parts and the pool is on the small side. The buffet style food in the restaurant was ok bit repetitive and I didn’t feel like the quality was always there.||I personally wouldn’t come back to this hotel as I wasn’t blown away by it but it was fine for a mini break and the staff are great 👍🏻

Came to this hotel for my husbands 60th birthday. | The restaurant staff made such a fuss of him bringing him a cake and getting everyone to sing happy birthday. Booked a jacuzzi sea view room which was amazing the view 2nd to none.|The staff are fantastic and will do anything for you you just need to ask|From Sandra the manger to restaurant and bar staff and cleaners are so helpful a d friendly.|I would describe this hotel as a chill out relaxing one|Would think it could get very busy in the summer holidays

We been in June and the outside temperature was perfect, very clean inside room, they have also outside pool for adults and one for kids 😁 (our son love it).. also spa, I had a great massage time 😁. The beach is in the front of hotel ☺️.|The best thing on this hotel is the food, one of the best varieties of food and every day is different kitchen, also bar, kids fun place and live music every evening.|We been also served at the table by Mrs Dorina ☺️and sometimes by Mrs Gina👍🏻, both of them was lovely..all staff was brilliant.|Definitely we will go again next year☺️😊

Situated right opposite the beach the hotel is in an ideal place. It's quieter than just up the road. The rooms are adequately furnished maybe a bit dated but kept clean. Every day maid service. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The food is always good with plenty of choice. Ety was lovely and very polite. Very engaging and made you feel so welcome. Overall had a very enjoyable stay. Only downside is the pool. If that's what you are coming for then you will find it very small and enclosed.
